The pharmacy department is soooo rude!!! I mean it was almost offensive that nobody acknowledged me while I was standing there for almost 5 minutes. It only takes a few seconds to say “hello, we’ll be right with you” instead they just stared. I’m so glad I don’t live in this area because I would be very disappointed if this was my local cvs.

I usually go through the drive thru, but this day I decided to go in. The pharmacist was very nice, she helped me find the non pharmacy item I was looking for, answered my questions about the pharmacy item I came to pick up, and was very helpful. My experience today has really changed my opinion of this CVS. Thank you.

The pharmacist was rude to me. I asked for someone else to help me, and she refused. I have filed a complaint on her. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to a non-CVS pharmacy because of her rude actions.

They do anything to make money. My insurance company approves medicine for 30 days at stretch. My doctor prescribed medicines for 30 days. CVS cartwright issued medicine for 30 days but billed for 35 days, just to squeeze more money.
