It is currently 812 am and I've been waiting since 749 am, still no one has showed up to open the door. Shame on you CVS. Re-evaluate who you employ. Ratings are low as it is.817.825. Oh yeah this is super ridiculous. Need to change your store ours of operation if the person you hired or their back up cannot get here in time.

My dad’s pharmacy did not have an RX in stock that Dr called in Friday afternoon. I called around and this CVS DID. They pulled the needed info from the other pharmacy, filled it within an hour AND when I arrived to find it was over $250 with insurance and a coupon THEY provided, I asked if instead of 30 pills I could get 10. The dr isn’t sure it’s going to help and that’s a lot of $$ for an experiment. The pharmacist asked me to wait a few minutes while she did some checking. She literally came back with a coupon for ZERO cost from the drug company. AND printed it to give my dad’s regular pharmacy in case we need more! Her kindness and going above and beyond truly touched me. I will be moving my prescriptions there!

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable they helped me sign up for their discount program and I always save at least half price on my purchase. I no longer go to wall greens, CVSs prices are much better. Plus it's closer to my house.

Pull up to the pharmacy drive thru and there is one person ahead of me and I pull up they closed the drive thru window I was trying to pick up a 7 year old asthma pump for her to breathe I thought a pharmacy would treat you better than that but I guess not

VERY RUDE PHARMACY EMPLOYEE. Fix your tone when you talk to people. You sound like you hate your job— not my problem so give the attitude to your boss. Sashenka was very rude and needs some training.

It seems like new people every time I’m in there. Not enough employees and those that are there are usually rude. Most don’t take responsibility for anything. In there yesterday to purchase nutritional drinks. The first 6 I picked up had 1/23 expiration date. Manager stated that’s how they came from the warehouse. Most times you have to look for an employee to help you are check out. Please be careful.

I ordered pictures for pick up around 5pm. I got a notification saying my pictures were ready by 9pm . When I arrived, one of my pictures was on the floor and the other was still in the machine. The employees are never in the front of the store. It seems like they expect for the customers to do self checkout and the machine always asks for an employees help. I’m definitely ordering my pictures from Walgreens next time.

This is the first time I’m ever writing a review in public only because of the attitude the girl showed at this store. Looks like she’s the only one working on the floor and shows big attitude and doesn’t want to help the customers in any way. This girl needs to be fired and need to hire good people with good customer service experience. This store anyway has only 2.2 stars and looks like they never want to improve or just waiting to shut down.

If I could do 0 stars I would the girl working 3/9/23 at 9am should consider a job that doesn’t require customer service. Like I wanted to apologize for asking her to get out of the office and help me, every customer that needed anything got a nasty attitude and face, no great or thank you, I was just there for her to scan a UPS package, she scanned it said “phone number” threw my package over the counter and walked away, I was like ok thank you ☺️ I don’t know what she needs but get it to her fast because that bad attitude is going to get her in trouble with the wrong person one day.

3/13/2023, approximately 4:43 pm: I don’t know the name of the front store, cashier, guy with a beard, was extremely rude and didn’t want to help me. I will have to say I’ve been to several CVS stores and this by far is the worst.The Pharmacy is a very slow pharmacy however, the staff are very friendly. I needed a particular medication and for some reason I cannot get it with this pharmacy and have to drive an hour in order to get my prescription. You should get rid of people that work in the front because they make the biggest impression that Guy was the worst!!!

Placed an order on the app for photos to be printed. Estimated pick up time was after three hours. After three hours I still did not receive an email confirmation for the photos. So I decided to go to CVS to see what was going on. There was two women working the register the lady helping me told me to be moved to the side and helped several people in the line. After 5 minutes, She went to check the photo Computer and it turned out that it ran out of ribbon paper. I noticed that there was not an option to cancel order however I wish there was a better communication process established that way didn’t have to wait for 10 to 15 minutes to tell me that they ran out of paper. Do they not order the ribbon paper in time to have enough in stock? it would’ve been better if there was a better communication process between the retail store and customers that way I could’ve changed pick up locations and not have to go through this hassle. Management needs better communication.I believe Ebony was the manager on duty. What other options could she had given me? Poor management skills.

Horrible experience when checking out at "SELF CHECKOUT"! The ONE girl on the floor is so rude, doesn't like helping customers....a customer came in and asked us if we knew if someone was available to help yet she heard that customer and said NOTHING! (And this is while waiting for self checkout) When trying to check out the items weren't coming up sales price, according to her she said I had to input my number I did several times and she's just shrugged her shoulders like well idk what to do .....like do your job, all you have to do was honor the sales price for my items and i would have been on my way....how is it my fault your the only one there working. It one thing when you want ppl to treat you nice yet you come off straight rude and disrespectful! But can also have your kid laying on the floor under a blanket behind all kinds of carts full of items needing to be on shelves.DON'T shop here take your money else where!

Store manager Ebony is extremely ghetto and rude. This store constantly has expired over the counter medications (when they're not empty) and the workers attitudes are nasty. This is the worst location I have ever been to and will not be returning any time soon even though this is the closest location to my house.

I went this store on 3/12/17, expecting the worst experience ever due to the reviews. Starting from the Pharmacy (I was picking up a prescription), both the clerk and Pharmacist, recognized I was standing there and acknowledged me. Oh, let me not forget while browsing the stocked shelves a non pharmacy clerk asked if I needed help. We chatted and she was very helpful and pleasant. When I went to sign the ticket for rx, I reached for a pen on the counter, the lady behind the counter apologized for not asking if I needed a pen. WHAT get out of here! I started looking for the camera's, too nice. I have never been treated so respectful as a customer as I was in this store. This store that I was actually prepared for the worst service based on reviews. I even asked if the staff was new and told them why (ratings). Needless to say, I could not, not give them a 5* rating for how I was treated. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I just experienced horrible customer service at this location! I waited in the pick-up section for at least 10 minutes! I was not even acknowledged. Mind you there were 3 people behind the counter just running around and doing whatever they were doing. Oh, and I forgot to mention I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE! When I approached one of the workers there that I needed help. She looked at me stupid. I asked, "excuse me can someone help me, I am here to pick a prescription." I was making eye contact with the worker, and I got nothing. She did not reply back! She looked me like I was stupid!! Then after a minute of looking at me she then said that I needed to go to the pick-up section. NEWS FLASH, I WAS ALREADY THERE! Anyways, she gave me my prescription and I was on my way. Horrible customer service ever! It does not matter how tired you are, or if you hate your job, or if you're about to close, you are there to service the customer. A fake smile would have helped for crying out loud. Better yet, an apology. By the way the person that helped me out, her name is Blessing. Not so much of a blessing tonight!

Walked in and couldn't find a single employee to help me. No one at cash register and some office door was open but no one was in that room either.Asked the pharmacist if there was anyone that could help me and they radioed5-10 minutes later there still wasn't any employees in the store so I left

If this is the Cartwright & Texas Parkway [2234] location, the manager confirms the store is closing permanently in a year or less. This used to be a Eckhart's store that CVS bought. Soon it will be a empty shell blighting another middle class neighborhood. If they can't make strong profit ... bye-bye! The sense of "community" is non-existent with these large corporations. Your convenience is not their problem. 😞

Horrible customer service at this location. I will never come back. I went today today, January 3, 2020 around 11:30 am. They made me wait almost an hour for my photos that were ready for pickup the night before because they put my order under the wrong name! The girl up front had to call her manager for help. That’s when she finally looked it up by my phone number and found it. The guy at the front initially told me I had to go home and resubmit the order because they couldn’t find it. 😡 Get a whole new staff. Or shut it down. Never again!!

On Friday, Krystal was the front cashier on duty, she was pleasant and greeted my son and I as we walked in. She offered assistance and when I had trouble with a product I wanted, she quickly aided me. She smiled the entire time and treated each guest with excellent customer service!

Their pharmacy staff is the worst I have honestly ever witnessed! They lost my 3 prescriptions I dropped off 6 days prior. The guy had nothing else to say but can you come inside as we were in the drive thru. I don’t understand how a pharmacy can actually lose your prescriptions! Will never come here again.

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this CVS. I was trying to pick up my medication a couple of days ago. They clam that they did not get a conformation. When in fact it was done a few days ago. Such incompetence like this needs CVS doors to Shut Down and replaced with a Taco Bell restaurant.

BEWARE people this store has items that are not being charged at the posted price. The store manager and employees know that it has the wrong price but says they have been instructed not to give refunds or credits for ANYTHING even if they verify that the price is incorrect. I will never shop there again and will do my best to use all media to inform the public of this dishonesty. This is horrible.

The self checkout they have in place in there now is annoying. Also the fact that it’s not really always a self checkout in literal terms because one of the employees is always breathing down your back to assist you when you didn’t ask for it.

It's a standard CVS. The parking lot is a little awkward to get into and out of, but is safe and has lots of large spaces. Inside is clean, and employees are willing to help. The pharmacy is also friendly and fast.

Go to any other location besides this one.Update:I went back on a whim2 yrs later it’s worst. Check the lot on your cosmetics. They stock the bare minimum and it always look like a hurricane is coming and the store was raided.
