Dropped off prescription MYSELF, came back for the medication and they told me NOTHING had been prepared for my daughter because they had no orders. I explained that I had taken the prescription myself and dropped it off and they denied anything. So my daughter didn’t get the medication she needed. A technician then tells me that she can look but it’s gonna take a long time and they probably need to remake whatever I had. Then I question her if she DOES have my prescription and she says NO. Ummmmmmm . Okay? So what would she make 😂Horrible customer service and little empathy to customers and their medical needs. If I could give 0 stars, I would .

BEWARE of pharmacists trying to charge $130 for FREE Covid-19 testing if you don’t have insurance. We just had this happen today as we pulled to the drive-through for the test appointment. The pharmacist wanted us to pay $130 for a test that is clearly FREE based on the website information. Either they were discriminating based on nationality or wanting to pocket the $130. Testing has been going on for a while so it is not a matter of miscommunication.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy they are very rude to customers even making fun of them. They aren't busy but lazy and never fill the prescriptions. I will never be coming back who makes fun of customers... So disappointed ☹️

My doctor sent in a order for Amoxycillin on SUNDAY. They didn’t have it in the store. We will get it tomorrow. Pick it up at 1:00. Went on Monday. Still not there. Went again today(TUESDAY) at time they said it was going to be there. They said they were closed for lunch and will have it ready by 2:00. Now this is very important medicine as I have pneumonia,which is a serious illness. I will definitely be changing pharmacies. 2 day wait for a prescription? UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

Waited 15 mins for them to reopen after lunch. Several walked by me and said they’d be right with me. A couple bet me to the window since I’m in pain and the lady at the next window told me I had to get in line. Horrible service. !!!Go to CVS

Thieves. If one of your prescriptions is not available, they will pick the most expensive medicine ON PURPOSE and make you pay for it. You need to go to another pharmacy to get better customer service from honest people.

I bought two Ebay $50 gift cards for my daughter here and when she tried to use them couple days later she entered the redemption codes and it said they were invalid so I called Walgreens back and explained the problem and the lady was rude and said not her problem to contact ebay so I did call Ebay they said the cards were linked to another account I said how i just bought them they couldnt disclose any information and told me to report it to ftc.gov so i did so now im out money and ill never go there again considering i used to go there all the time CVS here i come

Call to find out about. T-shirt before driving all the way. Guy told me they had the shirt in maroon color in the size I’m looking for.. once I get there no color or size available. The Laziness I’ll be looking for the size and given the right information plus the stores not even busy.
