More than Petsmart, which seem to be abundant in the Valley. This is the first PetCo in the area and it's still brand spanking new. Probably my fave thing about this location is the layout of the store. No more tiny little alcove for the aquariums which, for me, get claustrophobic and a little scary. It's in an open area, in the middle of the store. Other departments are clearly labeled with huge signs coming down from above.I noticed a relative lack of employees, so I can't attest to their friendliness (or lack of) or their helpfulness. Besides, I was on a mission for cat fountain filters. In and out. I did notice and was sucked in by the impulse buys near the register but that Twix was awesome at the movies later that day!You can also get your pet groomed and trained here... it's a one-stop shop!

The staff is good, but they have a lot of fish issues. I only got stuff from the store and they all got sick and died and we’re sold out of the treatment probably because a lot of people have issues. It’s a good store, just make sure you quarantine the fish because there are issues..

Omgness, we have been waiting for over 5 min to pay 2 items. There is only 1 cashier and she's is taking so long to help the customer in front of us. If she's the only cashier, she should call the salesfloor employees to help customers who need additional help, especially if she knows it's going to take long. I would have given you 5 stars if our checkout experience would have been different. The salesfloor employee who assisted us was so helpful and knowledgeable, she was awesome! But, your customer service at the front end needs improvement. Not happy!

You feel integrated by the employees they always asking questions? How big is your tank ? It's like da you need a tank for the fishes you are purchasing. I have to show the picture of my tank which is 125gallon. They make you feel stupid.

The ladies at the front end were so helpful. I was having issues because the email they had sent had no barcode to scan for my free item but they figured it out and I came home with a free meal for my fur baby.

I found the place to be very clean and organized. The stock was pretty solid throughout. The one thing I can not excuse is the lack of customer service. I walked around and did not have anyone come up to me and check if I needed assistance. The employees seemed to be roaming about their business. Unacceptable.

While I am always happy with the grooming provided for our Chihuahua, Peekie. Today, I was disappointed. The usual aroma of being recently bathed was not evident, her paws were soaking wet, and her tear stains were not addressed. I knew that the person responsible for her grooming had to leave by 5 and the work was done in 45 minutes. As far as I'm concerned, having to leave at 5 is a personal matter and should not supercede the responsibility to the client!

They have anything you need for your pets. Whether you have a dog, cat, rabbit or even a bearded dragon. I love coming to get everything for my rabbit here. They sell brands that I can trust and are affordable. You can get your pups groomed and trained here. They hold adoptions as well. They could do better with customer service though.

My family and I came into the store to purchase a hamster. We waited by the cages for 15-20 minutes. Then we walked around to look for an associate to help get the hamster but to no avail. The entire 45 minutes we were in the store we never saw an employee. Needless to say, we left without purchasing anything.

Petco has a good selection of dog food, cat food you name it and it should be there. The dog clothes is a lil pricey. Amazon usually has some deals on dog tshirts and so forth. I heard gh be last Saturday of the month is when vaccinations are done

I was very hesitant to leave my puppy anywhere to get groomed for the first time. However, I tried petco grooming because a friend recommended me to try it. Zaida did an amazing job and the girl at the front desk recommended what to do since my puppy was nervous for her first time. Will definitely be back!

Online it shows that they open at 8am so I assumed they was open and the doors was open also. I went inside and was waiting to be waited on and 2 women started threatening me they was going to call the police and said I was trespassing before I could even explain myself. Very rude staff and I don’t recommend going here. I will be following up with corporate to have them educate their staff in customer service. If I could leave no stars I would. Take the time to go somewhere else to shop for your pet needs and leave this store alone.

I love the pet grooming services they do an amazing job with my Boston Terrier “Oreo” and soon I’ll be taking my puppy Luna as well. All I can say that I trust them leaving my Oreo there and I know they will take care of him well. Thank you Petco Staff for your amazing job and keep up the good service!

Prices are pretty high. You can find most things on chewy for half price, but the convince is you can get it then an there. Some of the animals seemed skinny.

This afternoon my parent went to buy a bag of dry dog food to this location because it is the one closest to our home. When they were going to cash out, the man at the registers was very rude, he threw the bag of food from the counter to the cart, and when my mom was was going to receive her change he only gave her coins. Coins are fine if that’s all your change but when my dad asked my mom how much she had received back, the register guy pulled out a bill from just under him and gave it to my dad, meaning he was going to bag my mom’s change just because she was taking care of my baby nephew and was not paying attention to how much money she had received back. I’m disappointed at how this random man tried to take advantage of my parents, such a disgrace, never coming back! The picture of the receipt is just proof that this is not made up.

We purchased 2 harnesses for our dogs, going on a trip. They were too small., but didn't realize it until we were on trip. Got home and returned them. The store wouldn't take them back and wouldn't even give store credit. Reason, past 30 day return policy. We were 7 days past. 35.00 ea= 70.00 lost. Ridiculous...never again

Very clean and so many healthy dog food selections. Received immediate assistance from a rep that provided very informed recommendations regarding different brands of dog food and the benefits of each. Also signed up my dog for training so I'll update my review after 6 weeks are completed!
