GREAT WORKERS. HEB NUMBER 1 AND 2 ON CONWAY AND GRIFFIN HAVE ALWAYS HAVE RESPECTFUL WORKERS AND CARRY OUTS. I HAVE A BROKEN RIGHT ARM WITH A METAL PLATE. I ALWAYS TELL AND ASK FOR HELP UNLOADING CART AND CARRY TO CAR AND UNLOAD. THEY ARE RESPECTFUL AND HELPFUL IN BOTH HEB'S . THANKS MANAGERSAND STAFF.

This cashier must have had a terrible day by the time I came along. Didn't bother to say hello, then topped it off by laying my change on the table. Never said here us your change. She definitely needs to be friendlier to the customers. Shelves in the store were somewhat skimpy, but they did have the largest presentation of trash bags I have ever seen.

It's 350 pm. Person sees my struggle.,sits there and refuses to help. Cruelty at its best.Still waiting. Need gas.Still waiting.What's wrong with this picture,,I am told by a guy working outside . I asked for electrical cart. He said I am going to go and look for an electrical cart for you. He never returned.. A young girl found me one outside right away. Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. It was 7.45 pm.Last minute stuff I missed. You wonder what makes act this way.337 p.m. November 26th I had a very nice cashier she asked if if somebody could help me outside and yes they could when the young girl helps me outside she takes my electrical cart. Well that's normal. But if I hadn't been looking back there with this weather I could run over her. She was behind my car she didn't know how to work the little car and she didn't bother to tell me to wait I was backing out. And I finally stopped and I waited and this young lady never got off that little car to tell me you know what I'm stuck back here. I'm not a complainer but you know what all this doesn't make sense to me. People are nice kids need to be taught something . This girl was in a smiling like she thought it was very beautiful that I could have run over her. This is a nice place with nice people but my God isJanuary 26.around 2:20 pm. Went to put gas. Gave man Raul my gas card. He didn't know how to work the pump and said I needed a pin. I put gas there 85 percent of the time. I told him please do not go inside and put that gas card. He said I can't do it out here because it won't work. I said if you put it inside it won't work but if you put it out here it will work. Very very stubborn person.Telling me how wrong I was. And why would use the gas card outside. He put gas and said the card wouldn't work inside. I said I told you it wouldn't work inside. He said but you got to pay. Paying is not a problem. It's you not listening and arguing. He kept within the same story that it wouldn't work outside. A lady put gas card in machine and it worked. She got to put one more dollar. She showed him see it works outside. This man was arguing telling us how wrong we are and the card is not to be used outside. Well we proved him wrong. It was a headache and no apology

Our neighborhood H-E-B is starting to look so much better after all the remodeling. All it needs is some floor work and it’s gonna look beautiful. Strip those old ugly looking tiles, wax the concrete and that’s it 👌

My local HEB grocery store and the closest one to my apartment. Definitely not the biggest one but does have your basic needs. If you're looking for fancy food or exotic cuisine then this HEB is definitely not the one you're looking for. The one closest to me that carries just about everything from around the world is HEB on Shary Rd and Expressway 83 or the one in Palmhurst on 3 mile line and N. Conway.

This HEB is clean and organized. I know for sure it had been remodeled and parking was paved. I like it it's close to home. Great job!

my mom and i always go to this heb because it’s the closest, we’ve never had a problem with it until now. My siblings which are under age were with my mom alone in the parking lot putting the groceries in the car when a man approached her and my siblings saying that he would help her for 3 dollars. My mom denied his help while hiding my siblings and telling him that she would call the cops. The man kept looking at them for no reason and even tried to reach for one of them. I would say to put more security staff around the parking lot so people could be safer.

Although there are closer HEBs to my home, I enjoy going to this one on Conway. It is not so chaotic, the aisles are wide and the store is laid out well.

Terrible lack of items and it's impossible to find a worker for help with anything... The lines are ridiculously long because out of all the lanes they had 3 open... One of them being a self checkout... Rude cashier's as well... Don't recommend it...

Always shop here, great place and great employees, yesterday 3/4/23, stop by and got us some cooked crawfish, shrimp, papas and corn,,,, this stuff makes all the local so call Cajun food restaurants look real bad at half the cost,,,,, great work HEB

Best experience I have ever encountered in this HEB EVER!!! Very attentive the employees there first with an employee that help me look for nature's own bread.. Secondly this 2 sweet young lady employees one by the name Kate the other young lady I didn't get her name . I've been to too many HEB's but this oneTOPs on customer service . GOD bless this employees

The store is impressively clean and quite large. Even the parking lot was clean. I was also fairly impressed with the variety and quality of fruits and vegetables sold here. I'm not from the area, but if I were I'd probably add this spot to my go-to grocery options.P.s.: I usually prefer organic produce. Unfortunately, on my visit I did not pay much attention to this, so I will have to update my review accordingly in the future.

Had a very bad experience today at HEB with a cashier by the name of Tony R. at store 820 Conway St Mission Tx at the end of paying my groceries he started to attack my husband in saying my husband gave me money to pay for my beer! A young man storing my food in the bags told Tony that I had gotten my money out big story short he embarrassed us very bad service in a so very nice store with such workers that bring their problems to their job if it wasn't of his way of attending us I would if given this store a 5 star sorry HEB but check your worker's before hiring them🤦🙅

I love that this H-E-B it's always so calm and mellow. I can always shop in peace and the manager Ezekiel is always so helpful and friendly with everyone. The only downside to doing at this HEB is that it doesn't have as much variety as the one in Palmhurst in yogurt and meat market.

Always a good experience coming to this place. It's right across the street from where I work, so it is very convenient to shop after my shift is over. Been here so often now that I see familiar faces in employees and costumers and they are all very very nice.

My favorite grocery store. Always well stocked. Always find everything I need. This morning one of the supers helped me unload my cart on to the belt for cashier. Didn't get his name but he's the very tall thin gentleman. I see him there all the time. Thanks so much you're awesome! !! 😄

The personnel at HEB are always so friendly and pleasant. They're very helpful too.When I ask where items are, they personally escort me to the location of the item. It is admirable to see the management staff pitch in and open a cash register to keep the lines moving. HEB is the best store.
