NOOOOO WAY!!! They never pay attention to customers who need to ask and know more about what they sell and they do it with a bad attitude and annoyance. Until yesterday I went for the last time and I asked the girl who was at the register, for a simple price and she continued ignoring me as if nothing had happened, I was very kind and not even like that, well, I went days ago. and they only have a single cash register working, while there was a line of 7 people, the “manager had to go do that job and put the other cash register to work… The truth is that it was the worst thing that could happen to them.” In fact, it's a total mess, and even more disappointing to see them chatting in groups of 7 at the front door, all laughing and having a good time, while having to do department tours when there are clients who need help. There's no point in going there. And I haven't been the only person who has had this complaint. Many of you are strong and healthy BUT IMMATURE, there are adults and disabled people who need to be cared for, do not last more than 20 minutes in a line. It is clear that you do not need that job, be honest people and resign, because there are other good and hard-working people who need their place. This is a new place and they started in the worst way, very disappointing, and as long as I have the opportunity and possibility to tell the whole world how irresponsible and bad service they are, I WILL, without fear of anything. DISAPPOINTING!

First time inside. First of all, 20.99 for 1 lb of beef jerky!🤤. Prices were fair. Cool environment. Like a tractor supply mixed with a little academy sport kinda vibe. Free popcorn while you're shop?

The people working were unprofessional! Was cussing the whole time. Would not quit touching on me. Took over an hour to purchase a chainsaw. Then they over charged me and I had to go back to get my refund for the sell price that was advertised!

They need more people who know how to work the tills up front.Both people up there were having problems one lady walked out leaving her stuff on the check out counter.I went back in because of them not giving me a discount on something I bought instead of it going back in my credit card she took it out of my card when I checked this morning.

They have everything from blackberry pie filling to Carhart dog harnesses to patio furniture and boots! It's a really fun place to shop.

My family had the most wonderful experience here. I was hesitant at first because there's other shops already in town for some of the stuff Atwood sells, but the atmosphere here was... Different, in a good way. Much more family oriented with a WIDE variety of selections in all departments. My favorite of course was the poultry section, filled with baby chicks, bunnies, and baby duckies!! The people working here were super friendly and it was awesome to know that Atwood helps support local organizations. With a heart for God and a focus on the family, Atwood is a perfect addition to Mineral Wells. Its safe to say, for all my ranch and home needs, I found my perfect store. Now all Atwood needs is a working rewards program and an app!!

Everything was Great, except a Very Rude worker, that works with the baby chickens, Yelled at me ( a Customer) Sorry couldn't look at her name tag close enough, didn't want to get yelled at again Customers are Not Supposed to be Treated That Way Ever😞She was taller than the nice girl and had a hateful Deep Voice 😭 She was also Rough with the poor Babies 😔 The other girl working with her Should be in charge, Not Her 💕 Other than Her I'm glad you are now open, and found what I needed and left,since I was upset I doubt I come back Good luck 💕💕

Always going in here. They have a great staff always very helpful and polite. We have purchased everything from Amish popcorn (yum) to lawn and garden equipment.

I love the store itself, but every time I have bought something the cashiers have been so rude. Not 1 thing said to me the whole time. I understand that times are changing but I feel as if this needs to be worked on. Part of good customer service is to make sure that the customers are satisfied and how is that supposed to happen when there is no communication. Communication is what keeps customers coming to the store. Good customer service is what keeps a business open. If I we’re the manager of the store, I would be absolutely livid.

Awesome, everytime I go there it hurts my wallet lol. I've been buying those little carpet matts and I've done most of my living room I play on doing the dinning room and bedroom also. Looks pretty cool with all the mixed matched colored carpets.
