This is the only place I've been in Mineola where the staff is just nasty. I've been there twice to pick up prescriptions and the person at the window is always incredibly rude. Today I needed to pick up meds for my granddaughter. The lady at the window said it would be 30 minutes, I asked about transferring it to Lindale, she said I had to call that cvs to start the transfer. I specifically said, nevermind, I'll be back in 30 minutes. I drove home and asked my son to go pick up the meds but when he got there the lady said the prescription was transferred to Lindale. I thought maybe she had transferred it anyway so I called the Lindale cvs and no, it wasn't transferred, they just didn't fill it.

Just want to say that Jessica was so friendly and helpful last night! All I needed to do was drop off a package for UPS, but her friendliness and prompt service was exceptional, and she put a smile on my face for the rest of the evening! Thanks, Jessica!

If I could give "0" stars I would. My doctor called my Rx in around 5pm. I waited up until 7:50pm to go pick up. When I arrived the pharmacist and tech were just standing around talking to the woman who works up front. They were just riding the time clock till they closed at 8pm when they could have been filling people's Rx's. I will be calling them in the morning and having my Rx transferred. I will never us e them again!!

The pharmacy is awful and the pharmacist was not helpful. I had a scheduled flu shot appointment for my son made online. I screened shot the confirmation. I called first because first name had a D instead of a Z. The girl on the phone said it all looked good with a Z on her end. Showed up for appointment today and was turned away for no appointment. I explained everything and let them know I had a screen shot of appointment, she rudely said I can tt the pharmacist. I explained everything again and pharmacist kept saying they could not take walk ins today completely disregarding what I had said. We won't be back because this was a huge waste of time and they were pretty rude.

Went to pick up prescription and called ahead to ensure they would stay open maybe 1 or 2 minutes past 6 to pick up for after surgery medicine, got in line at 5:45 car in front paid and stayed at window til after 6:01 then took off. I pulled up and they asked me who I'm here to pick up the medicine for I tell them then they tell me to just come back in the morning they're done for the day. Why even ask me then?

Don’t go by the hours online. Even then, go early. Went at 5:50 to pick up a script and the pharmacy was closed. I asked a tech walking out why closed early and she said they close at 6. I said it wasn’t even six and she shrugged and said they clocked out early. Transferring to another pharmacy. Totally unprofessional and not the first time I have seen it. Completely inappropriate conversations between employees, rudeness to customers, and making their own hours lost business.

I just started going to this CVS and so far everyone I have dealt with at the pharmacy window is pleasant. This evening not so much. The lady that waited on me tonight seem to have an attitude. I'm not going to give her name this time, because everyone can have a bad day. But next time we posting it. Giving a 2 for lack of courtesy!

Whoever was working the pharmacy window this morning at 10:02am on 8/29/21 should be given a written warning or fired. We had a prescription sent over yesterday evening for my son who was diagnosed with Covid. We drove to the pharmacy and they were closed yesterday evening. I get there as soon as they opened this morning and she says without hesitation it will be a 30-45min wait, to have an inhaler filled. Something that requires no counting, no mixing, no dosage calculation. Just pull the box off the shelf and label it… So I asked if she could transfer the prescription to Lindale where he’s quarantined now. She said I’d need to call the Lindale CVS myself. I explained they don’t open until noon, and she has the prescription in hand, why couldn’t she just send it to them. Her response was, “that’s not our policy and she can’t make an exception.” I told her, this is why I don’t normally use CVS and as I was driving off she yells “Bye!” with a smile on her face. One hour later we call the Mineola CVS pharmacy and spoke with Rebecca the pharmacist, super nice lady. We asked again if they could please initiate the transfer of the prescription and she gladly said yes. Props to her for excellent customer service. We appreciate her help. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. However the face at the window representing their pharmacy needs a heart check, she doesn’t belong in customer service especially in a pandemic.

I wish I could leave a zero. This pharmacy has been so unhelpful. every time I go through the drive thru. There is always a issue and it forces me to come inside. They even made me come inside knowing I had covid. This use to be a good pharmacy but it has gone so down hill.

Never process my prescriptions via the CVS app and I have to call every time to get them refilled. I wait on the phone forever after I negotiate their automated answering system. It takes me a couple hours every three months to get refills. Go somewhere else if you have a choice.

The pharmacy staff is courteous and very fast. They have even gone out of their way to find coupons on expensive drugs for us at times. I would never go back to wal mart pharmacy even though it's much closer than CVS, it's worth the drive!

This is so much more than their pharmacy. The store is neat and organized. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Manager is available and nice. Good sales, and lots of coupons when you check out. Great store and convenient location.

I can’t speak for all of the staff, but the individual that I spoke with in the pharmacy was very rude and lacked customer service skills. I will not be using this pharmacy again. It doesn’t take much effort to be a nice person.

Shopping here is very convenient, the store is clean and organized. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. Manager goes beyond on customer service.Pharmacy is dependable and will help you with your insurance/prescription issues.

Have been using cvs pharmacy for my prescriptions for over 4 years went to nm to work no cvs had Precriptions transferred over came back and am working in Hawkins tx went to cvs on Memorial Day to get blood pressure medicine refilled they couldn’t give me a couple till the prescription was transferred even with me having stage 4 kidney failure done with cvs

The staff in the front are lazy and dumb. I stood for over 10 min. while Mary the manager talked to her friend about her weight loss surgery. Ill use the pharmacy but not the store.
