This store is well restocked, and that makes it a lot easier to shop. I also enjoy shopping in the evenings when the store is less busy and theres more parking spaces available. So far, their parking lot hasn't had any shopping carts in random locations, which leaves me at ease when I go in to shop. Furthermore, the staff standing near the entrances are very welcoming as you enter & leave.

One of the largest Walmarts I have visited. It was clean and well organized. As usual they want you to do the self checkout so they can save on labor. Bathroom was clean. Parking lot was huge.

Went in for clearance on Halloween candy. It was 50% off. Got exactly what I wanted. Floor person was very helpful in making sure item were marked down since none of it was signed. I also returned a game I bought online that I did not open. They did not sell it in the store and the code was not recognized but, she was able to do the refund anyway. All the cashiers were opened and self check out was closed since marked down items were not being recognized. The store is well stocked and all personnel were very friendly. Great store.

Ordered an online delivery but only half of the order was delivered. Called the store and they said that the store scanned everything and it was loaded. So I guess the driver decided to help themselves to the order and steal it. Now we have to wait 10 days for a refund.Going to ask the store for the delivery drivers info so we can look into pressing charges for theft. I would recommend not using delivery as there’s a very good chance the delivery driver will just steal it.

I've been coming to this store since it opened. I even worked here for 8 years. I went in today with a return. I initiated it online. It said please return you items and scan the bar code. These were my only directions. So I loaded up my return and brought it to Customer service. They were so rude. The lumpy old lady and and the fat kid working with her. Normally I wouldn't be this rude, but I was laughed at, taunted and ridiculed. They said I needed the original box. I told them I didn't have it. They said they needed the numbers off of it. Well that's great because tada I have the numbers on the merchandise. Then they told me it was to late to return. I showed my barcode that specified I had until March 20, 2024. She was like yea it's March. Actually it's February ma'am. Her and the boy begin to be mocking. They call csm over. She said we can get you the same item and replace this, but that's all we can do. I should have just said fine. And returned that one. But I told her it was never used and was defective once I set it up. So she called the manager. The manager said I'll be right there. I've been here 10 minutes already. I'm waiting another 10 minutes. She still doesn't show up. So I leave and call the 800walmart number. They told me to find any box that it would fit in( even if I had the original box, there was NO WAY it was ever going back in it. ). And sent me a return pickup label. So someone will be coming to pick up my items. I'm not sure why the store made it so freaking difficult. Or why they thought they could treat me however they wanted. But I'll be going out of my way to not have to deal with them again. To their management, store manager and corporate.... these employees are complete garbage. I think y'all could find better help then that. Your gonna laugh and sneer at me because I followed directions your company gave me? Pathetic

Overall, it was clean and with people ready to help you find things. Quite a few things were out of place on shelves, like people decided not to buy something and just left it on a shelf anywhere. There must be a lot of theft, a few empty boxer were stuffed in the back of shelves. It's really a shame that people do that.

I get calls on my personal cell phone from customers that want to pickup their orders. I've been told that my phone number was given to them by employees or that my phone number is posted for pickup call. I don't work at Walmart. I've asked Midlothian Walmart to remove my number & even tried to contact management, no success. This is a inconvenience & annoyance.

Waited over 30 minutes to get help for paint, asked workers they said they will send someone over then called the store front area and they said they will TRY to get someone over! Wow try!!! Some great customer service there! By the way no one ever came I went to Lowe’s instead! SMH Even their press for associates doesn’t work!

Shocking that this is a complaint! Find it to be shady business practice that they don’t mark when something is a nonreturnable purchase . You have to go through ten screens asking if you want an extended warranty but they can’t have a screen saying you can’t return something. Or at least a sign up on the shelf. Real honest business practice.

Never clean, never front faced. Employees are generally rude every time i go. Lately a lot of packaging has been damaged on all the products all over the store. I had an employee tell me rudely as I was checking out i NEEDED to leave a review on the terminal or their store wouldnt get points or whatever. He was not kind about it, and I'm not one to be a karen. But the receipt checkers are usually really far out of line and BLATANTLY RACISTS. DUDE every time i go i watch them and they always pick every black and Hispanic person leaving. And they walk up going nuh uh let me see that receipt never asked me but I've seen it happen almost every time i go. Not impressed, you wanted my review here you go.

The Walmart supercenter in Midlothian Texas is not a very good store. They can't keep the shell stocked and some of the employees are not very kind and the manager needs to be fired. I think they need a whole new staff

I am tired of paying the prices where you get customer service and not getting customer service. I only shop there occasionally and get upset every time I do because of the lack of stock on the shelves. The Walton brothers would be ashamed of how Walmart is run nowadays. It used to be about the people now it's about the almighty dollar.

The Midlothian walmart is actually a nice experience. I'm used to walmart being chaos, but this one is totally not! Things are stocked and actually in the right place. It is clean and staff is nice as well. Again totally unique Midlothian Walmart. Waxahachie and Red Oak Walmarts are not like this!

Frozen turkeys advertised as 98 cents per pound were ringing incorrectly at check-out on 11/3/23. Barcode on turkey is not calculating the correct weight of the turkey in determining the price. I reported to several employees who may or may not have been able to correct the problem.

Said they won't do exchanges with a receipt! Only return to debit card which takes several days and then make new purchase. That's ridiculous and I will never use this Walmart again!

Worst customer service ever. I bought a gift card for my daughter that didn’t work and customer service refused to get a manager to even see if anything could be done about it. Will never shop this location again.

Don't buy gift cards here. They won't sell more than 2 per customer per day. I understand trying to protect people from scammers, but those scammers aren't going to ask for large sums of money in increments of $30. According to the associate customer service won't even sell more than 2.

I had a five star review of this Wal-Mart... that changed today when I had to return a $14 keyboard..Customer Service claimed after three days, I couldn’t get a refund, because the box I NEVER OPENED, contained the listed items but with a different serial number. I was told that I could not receive a refund, despite the box NEVER BEING OPEN, until the woman at the counter opened it. But I was given the option to speak to a manager, at which time I said “I would love too”The manager saw the receipt and all the contents strewn out and said “we will give you a refund”I told the person at the counter “I was not mad, I was just insulted that I was being called a thieve for $14, since it appeared as if I replaced the keyboard and mouse for $14” she said “I did not call you I thieve”, I said “well wouldn’t I have to be one, to do that”It was the insinuation over only $14 that took me 30 minutes to get back in line, waiting for her to call electronics, and then her manager... it averaged to 50 cents per minute per my time which I value way more than 50 cents A minute!

and the best helper worker at this walmart award goes to... johan! i had to get this young mans name, he was helpful, quick, and answered my questions with respect, he even called me "sir". im nothing but blown away from how this walmart has evolved.

This place is well clean, and has the best staff i think i've ever seen at a walmart. The black girl with that big dude with the fluffy hair were so kind and helpful when i accidentally double scanned my item. I will be returning here to shop some more

Using their automated kiosk, for some odd reason I was having issues with the terminal. Their terminals do not have Apple Pay. So, I had to leave my groceries there and then drive 10 minutes to an ATM. This was such an inconvenience. Will not be going back to this Walmart.

Good luck trying to get any assistance. Waited 15+ minutes only to be told “the person who is supposed to have the key to open the cabinet can’t be found”. Why is there only one person who can help? Absolutely ridiculous.

If you’re trying to get a job here, good luck. The hiring team is very unresponsive. I have called their HR, no answer and never returns a call back. I have gone in person to see the HR woman, Bonny. I have a friend that works at this Walmart who told me Bonny was in the day I went. When I went to customer service asking to speak to Bonny, they immediately lied and said Bonny was not in. When I told them my friend was on shift today and confirmed Bonny was in, the staff member backtracked and said that she was in a meeting to which another employee chimed I’m that she in fact was not. The staff members I was speaking with finally called back to Bonny’s office to which she brushed me off and had the employee take my information. This was three weeks ago and I have heard nothing. My application status on their online system never moved (not even to rejected). I applied to six different openings and have previously worked at Walmart so it’s not as if I am unqualified. This is poor HR practice and either Bonny needs to be retrained on recruitment or replaced altogether. The store manager should really look into Bonny because I know of a few other people that have the same issue with her unresponsiveness. Y’all can definitely do better.
