If I could give CVS a 0 I sure would. This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy EVER. After calling to verify when a refill could be filled I was told it couldn’t be filled until later that month. Later the month before leaving my house thirty minutes away I’m told my prescription is ready. I get there and I’m told that it’s expired because it was filled earlier in the month. It was already filled when I called th first time. After waiting an hour for the refill a new prescription I’m then told it’s some massive amount. I’ve filled this prescription SEVERAL TIMES and it’s never been this much. It’s always something with CVS. I honestly don’t see how they’re still in business I guess it’s because they contract insurance companies like mine and I have NO CHOICE but to use them.

Jamie is the star of the pharmacy! She always greets me with a smile and is friendly.Recently, she went above and beyond. My prescription was very expensive. She took the time in between customers to help me find a discount card online that saved me almost $100.We are blessed to have her.My wife and I have had previous, not as positive experiences with different pharmacy employees.

One star because I can't post this with zero stars. The staff here appear to be severely overworked, to the point of exhaustion. The drive thru window is frequently closed during business hours, with the same comment very time, staffing issues. Will not or cannot assist in transferring prescriptions to other pharmacies in the event that they're out of stock, which has been frequent enough for us to take notice. Overall, more of a hassle than anything else to fill prescriptions here, which is a shame. We will not fill at any CVS again based on our experiences here.

Better training here is necessary. I’ve made 3 trips within the past 2 weeks, each with ridiculous wait times. The first two times they told me my medication wasn’t ready (even though I received at text confirmation that it was) and they gave me 1 of the 3 that I was picking up. This most recent time, they gave me a refill of the medication that I JUST picked up instead of giving me the medication that I have been waiting for since the first trip up here (2 weeks ago). I’ve now been out of a very important medication for over a week. You cannot be this irresponsible when it comes to medication. This is unacceptable. Do better.

This pharmacy has the most non customer friendly tech help I have ever seen. They cut you off when are trying to explain something. They dont care and do not want to hear what you have to say!! I would not even give one star but have to give one...The lines are so long and the hold time when you call in is even longer. I have used this PHARMACY for 6 years. Stupid me!!

Legitimately, the worst employees I've ever encountered at CVS. 11 people in line at the pharmacy, 8 employees behind the counter, half drinking water or playing on their phones, one person running a register. I'll start having my stuff sent to Waxahachie, the drive is worth it. We are literally all standing here openly talking about how bad they are, it's that atrocious

This CVS drive thru takes 30 min handling 1 client. It's not drive thru anymore, it's operating like a Dr. Office, they should tell us how to book appointment for faster care

Yesterday at 4:30 I went to pick up my child’s prescription after calling ahead to verify it is ready. A controlled substance. When I got to the counter, they couldn’t find it. They literally “lost” a controlled substance.I stood at the register and watched them look for it for 30 minutes before I had to leave.Then my wife stopped by to give it a try at about 7pm, and they still couldn’t find it.My wife asked if they could just fill a new one, and the told her they cannot because it’s a controlled substance. She then spoke with the store manager who said that they couldn’t do that without the pharmacy manager being there. My wife told them “okay, get the pharmacy manager”.They then replied in a snarky way “you want us to call the pharmacy manager in on his time off? You don’t understand, this is a controlled substance”. My wife is a Nurse, just as I am, and both of us think a missing controlled substance would definitely warrant notifying the pharmacy manager.We also think the staff should have been drug tested on the spot and camera footage should be reviewed.It’s ALWAYS something with this pharmacy. I don’t know how this prescription ended up at this pharmacy because I’ve changed all the others to a better pharmacy. Nevertheless, there’s still a kid without his prescription and a missing controlled substance here in town.

The customer service and wait time is atrocious. I had 3 prescriptions that were supposed to be ready for pick up then waited in line for an hour to find out one of them they didn’t have but a partial amount to fill and had no answer to why it was showing to be ready for pick up. My family and I had to wait another thirty minutes in line for them to fill 83 pills. This was after waiting 4 days for them to fill it after submitting for the refill.

This CVS is a great place to get what you want/ need in a short amount of time without dealing with long lines at other retailers. Every team member at this location works very hard to make sure you get what you came into the store for in a timely manner and at a reasonable and even potentially amazing price. I could not be happier.

Long waits and rarely ready hours after receiving prescription. But what do you expect for one of the few pharmacy’s in a rapidly growing town with slow growing infrastructure 🤷🏻‍♂️

Worst expirience every single time AND they took down my reviews. I cannot believe how low they will go to fool the public into doing business. A month ago my husband had emergency surgery and after was in a lot of pain. He went to fill his prescription and they told him it could be days or weeks to get the meds he needed. We couldnt transfer pain killers that he needed and they kept saying they were completely out. Turns out, thanks to another CVS, they told us they had 4. That would get us through the night but this CVS didnt want to fill them. They made every excuse in the book and were not even apologetic. My husband was in pain and their response was "guess it's going to be a tough night for him"....EXCUSE ME? After much arguing they FINALLY filled for the 4 they had left. I wouldn't come back if they paid me!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not use this pharmacy. Prescriptions never done on time, almost impossible to get ahold of someone because of the nightmare automated system they have where it's intentionally difficult to actually speak to the pharmacy department, and when you do actually get ahold of them there is obviously no sense of urgency to provide decent customer service or even an apologetic attitude for being hours behind the time estimate you were given. Then they provide you a new time over the phone in person and can't hit that one either. Absolutely horrid customer service. Have given them multiple attempts to do better but just gets worse every time. Will be switching my pharmacy immediately.

I just want to say the new manager Kim is the best!!! Very helpful and nice. Sharron is also the best. Always helps me out when I’m in the store. They both helped me find things that I’m looking for and always have the greatest smiles !!! Just love shopping here because of them!!! I would love to say , I enjoy going to this pharmacy!!! Jamie is the best, she always knows who I am and the other family members!! She always greets me with a smile and a wonderful attitude!!! She always helps me with other things located in and around the pharmacy and answers all my crazy questions!! They all make a wonderful team!!! I also wanted to say, Sharon, and the manager Kim are the best in the front of the store!!! Always helpful and always a smile!!! I love this cvs

This is probably one of the worst pharmacies out there. It takes them 30 minutes just to pick up the phone, processing prescriptions takes forever, and the drive through is absolutely useless (unless you want to wait in line for 2 hours). Unfortunately, my insurance requires that I use CVS. I'd recommend going somewhere else if you can.

To be fair, the people who work in the pharmacy are very nice and overworked, I think that all CVS pharmacies are run the same way, every one I have been to (drive thru) there is a long wait, but I dont know the ends and outs of filling prescriptions so I will wait. I'd rather wait and have them get it right than rush and mess up

They’re so rude over the phone and don’t seem to care to help you. Called about estimated pickup time and instead of helping me, just proceeded to ask if I had the cvs app and had an attitude when I said no.

Consistently changes my Rx to a more expensive generic brand. Drive through takes a long time even in off hours. Inside takes a long time at the pharmacy during off hours.

Just call and see what the horrible reviews are about. If you are really brave go in and experience third world service. It is scary how many people try to right the wrongs here daily and nothing changes. 35 minutes on hold with horrible bad quality music to convince you to hang up. It's unbelievable!

No one answering phones. Had to drive there to actually talk to someone. Talked to staff and let them know about the phone issue, and the pharmacist interrupted to say "do you want your prescription or not, we don't have time for your complaints".

I found the item on the CVS website. It gives me the option to find it at my local store and says it in stocks for $45.99. I get to the store and its $59.99. The manager says if I want it for that price I can order it off the website and wait for it to get shipped. I explained to her that it said in stock in the store for 45.99 and even showed her my phone but she didn't care. I will never use CVS again.

The phone program assumed that I wanted to know the status of my prescription, but didn't ask me if that was correct. I had to call back to get out of that.

Was on hold over for over a hour! Then the transferred me to a voicemail! I hate this place! Worst! The lines are always long. Drive thru us now closed what seems like for over a week. We are at the their mercy due to them or Walmart! Go some where else please! Or bring us a Walgreens!

Every member should have gotten sick from this place this place remove their dishes from the dishwasher and when they are dirty they take a rag and wipe the dirty spot off they do not re-put them in the dishwasher also the manager up there advised to reuse dirty table cloths so I am telling all members when you are up there eating to look up under the tablecloth I promise you you are eating on a dirty tablecloth and dirty dishes
