Appointment canceled several time due to groomer not being present. My fur baby do not do well with change I was very clear upon our visit. Today another cancelation, then the owner called and stated our normal groomer would be in to find out he lied and the rude young lady at the counter could care less about how the whole ordeal was affecting my fur baby.( she was shivering so hard the groomer that she tried to tell me was my normal groomer felt bad and was holding her super close to comfort her. After the groomer told the counter lady she hadn’t groomed my baby before, she kept insisting that she had. So, at this point I feel that I don’t trust anything they say and the counter helper is rude and not fit to be around animals..

Took my dog in looking all shaggy and just a mess, her hair had grown out of control this winter. She was there a couple of hours and then I got the call she was ready to be picked up. I arrived and my dog looked so cute and without her winter coat looked like she lost 10 pounds. She is walking around proud of her new hair style. She was treated well and looks well groomed. Ladies at Woof Gang, thank you.

Be cautious of Woof Gangs high dollar grooming! Picked up our Schnauzer today and he has chunks/clumps of hair still on him??!? All they did was shave him……. $64.95…….. Yes, he needed to be shaved close but you would think they would of at least shave the clumps of hair off…. And they didn’t even clean up around his nose like Schnauzer’s are supposed to be. $64.95 for a half A shave is absurd!!!!!!! BE CAUTIOUS!!! HORRIBLE JOB!!!!!

We have been taking our dogs - pom, toy poddle, and Aussie to Anahi for 2 years now and she is absolutely amazing! She is the best groomer in Midland. I highly recommend her.

My companion turned 12 and I wanted to do something a bit different. I have always seen this store but never ventured in. My first experience for this store has been a great one. I went in and was instantly greeted by a professional and polite worker. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what my options were and also what the products were made of. The quality was excellent and the state of the store was impressive. Clean and organized and the smell was clean and sanitary. You can’t always say that about pet stores with a grooming salon in them. The prices were expensive but for the items they sell and the effort they put for their customers I believe it is worth it. Have been recommending this to pet owners to stop in for a look.

My dog has a lot of hair. I know this so I don't mind paying $100 for grooming if the job is done right. He smelled pretty good as he came out but a few days later he started getting running sores at high points like vertebrae and hip joints. The brush they used on him had bacteria on it and it was introduced into his skin at the high points where the brush scratched him. Infection control is tough, I understand that but at least stand by your product if you make A mistake. A week later he started stinking again. He is an indoor dog and only spends short periods out. This alone is unacceptable for $100 job. The sore on his hip didn't respond to treatment so I had to shave it to get at it better. When I calmly brought this to the owner's attention he was confrontational and rude. Up until now we were loyal customers that bought expensive dog food from them for our 4 large dogs. This didn't have to go this way but he is incredibly short sighted and has lost a lot of re-occurring business by treating me poorly. It'll be interesting to see how long they last treating people this way.

I'm assuming that the groomer who handled my dog was either new or having a really bad day. I knew something wasn't right when I got a call 30 minutes after dropping him off to inform me he was ready to be picked up. The cut is very poorly done and shockingly uneven. I have never cut a dog's hair before, but I could go buy some clippers, give it a go and not have worse outcome. Even the girl working the counter asked what kind of dog it was during pickup... I added a before picture from a few weeks ago when he stole my dinner.

I don’t know how to review them. They do a great job with Rickie. He is terrified of the hair dryer. I have been working with him at home. And.... after his 3rd groom at Woof Gang, they said he was actually falling asleep when they were drying him. Our other dog is more aggressive and has bit the groomer. She did not complete the groom. In a way, I don’t blame her. I wouldn’t want to be bit, and feel awful about it happening. But if I chose dog grooming as a profession, I would learn about dog behavior and ways to keep from being bit. If your dog is the slightest bit aggressive, I would not recommend them. Otherwise, the staff is very nice, professional and helpful.

They’re great! They’ve been taking care of our baby, “Nanook” since he was born! He’s 16 months now & we’re still loyal to our Wolfgang! A little pricey for my taste, but you get what you pay for (they do just about everything) & he’s worth it! 🐼

Cute place, a lot of good products, but extremely overpriced compared to other local areas. Staff couldn't be bothered to help with questions. Overall, okay experience but I'd advise to choose some other local pet shops where you can actually get some guidance, especially if your pets have any allergies or additional needs.

They cut our dog with their brushes and he got an infection with puss. We ended up having to shave him and treat him for the infection. It's not clearing up and we'll have to take him to the vet. The owner was confrontational and refused to help. I would not recommend taking your dog there. Their instruments carry infectious diseases and they don't do a thorough job. They have lost a loyal customer and we'll have to let our vet know to not recommend them. Stay away if you care for your dog.

Worst experience at a groomers in Midland.My dog normally gets groomed without any issues. I received a message stating my dog was ready. I arrive on my lunch break to pick him up and I’m told they are having issues and I will need to hold him while he is being groomed.I had to go to the back, in my work clothes, and hold him. Nobody spoke to me while I was back there, offered me somewhere to put my purse or tell me what the issue was. It was a tense room and something happened but nobody told me what.I could tell my dog was in a panic and he snapped at the groomer. She immediately said she would not be cutting his hair and I had to leave.My dogs grooming was not complete, his nails were not clipped, he was traumatized and my work clothes were covered in dog hair.On top of this, they still told me I had to pay full price - $75 and if I wanted to leave a tipI will not be returning or recommending this grooming salon. Very disappointed.I

My pup loves their bakery style treats and their variety of training treats. There are sample packets of dog food that you may try for your pup. They also provide grooming services, which we have not used, but we have had them clip and/or file our pups' nails. Please call & making an appointment for any gromming services. Best fur baby food in town! Sally raw food was recommended for my sensitive allergy dogs. I do recommend it. They have beef, duck, chicken and lamb flavor. They also got snacks and yogurt for your dog.

This place is adorable. I get Acana dog food and Nulo cat food. These are both “premium” brands that are extremely healthy for your pets, but they’re both rather exclusive to who they supply to.Woof Gang has a lot of unique food and treat options. The owners? Staff? Are courteous and knowledgeable - they know their products and give sound recommendations based on what you need in terms of quality and budget.Numerous cute toys available, as well as cute accessories for your pets.I have not used their grooming service, so I cannot comment on that, but this store is worth visiting to try the premium foods available. It’s worth it for your pet long term, trust me. The difference in their health is tangible after one week.I added a photo to show some quirky merch available.

First over priced $80 for a wash on a 30lb puppy. Then when go to pick her up it’s cash only. The stuff had the poor attitude & seemed as if I should be happy they even provided a service for me. I called & made the appointment 3 days in advance . I will never go back.

Got me in when I wanted. Love all the bakery options for dogs. Didn't get a 4 Star bc when I took my dogs in fpr grooming I ask that my corgi get trimmed up. Looks like they didn't do anything but still got charges for it

All they will do is wash your dog, if you ask them to trim nails, brush teeth, or de-shed….they will just charge you for it and hope you won’t notice.Ran by a bunch of kids on their phones all day.

The price is a bit high but it’s the only place I have found in midland/Odessa that takes care of my pups the way I like. I bring my aussies in to get a good wash and nail trim. They’ve never cut their hair and I’ve always had good service! I usually treat my pups to a cookie from their bakery after their baths! They love it.

This place is great to pick up goodies for your fur baby. I like to drop in once in a while to pick up some of there sweet baked treats for our 🐕 doggy. They sell all kinds of things for your pet. They have toys, baked treats, rawhides, and dog food. They even offer dog grooming services. It's a great like store to go to.
