I bought a 195 tournament bass boat lady sales person was great when Covid hit wanted a pontoon but factory shut down so kept bass boat for a year fantastic boat had a 150 Mercury it would scream sold to friend cause I found the pontoon I really wanted in Oklahoma at tadpoles tracker boats awesome place very small place so I got 22 foot fishing pontoon had a recall midland tracker did drop ball on getting parts for me but eventually did come thru dang if I didn’t get another recall so l called midland tracker boats again expecting same response but over phone I do live a hundred miles away s/e New Mexico ugh no water he said bring it in we will fix it so I just showed up two days later they didn’t know when I would come there but they did fix my boat while I waited less than a hour it was fixed oh yeah 6 months ago I bought a 2000 bass tracker classic from a guy love this 17 foot bass boat pulls real nice behind my jeep love tracker boats one more thing I bought a house a block away from Ray Hubbard lake I’m retired

They have had our pontoon for almost 6 months. We decided to bite the bullet and use the manufacturers mechanics so it was done right. Instead what we got was put off over and over, told they were working on it while my husband sit across the street looking at the boat sitting outside. Then they GUARANTEED that the engine was fixed $2000 later. We took it and put it in the water with the GAURANTEE that if it didn’t work they warranted their work. Got it in the water…. Same problems. Zero fix. We take it back once again after another lengthy stay and lots more lies.. they call and want $7000 more to fix the engine. Or $11,000 for a new motor. Had we not wasted the original GUARANTEED MONEY… AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL LIE OVER AND OVER and then give zero credits for the unnecessary work they preformed and ask for more with no fix. You WILL NEVER GET YOUR BOAT BACK WORKING.Super super super unhappy with wasted time and wasted money and a incorrect diagnosis. They don’t know what they are doing there.

Wish our experience would have been better. Bad experience with sale guy. Rude I believe they were ready to go home. They close at 2:00 on Saturday and we walked in at 1:30. So with that being said I told my husband we will look in San Antonio for a boat. Hope your experience is better then mine was.

Great sales people very professional. I live 2 hours away and they had everything done over the phone. That way all I had to do is sign and drive off. I've held off writing this review for 6 months to see how this boat performed. I can honestly say I have never had one issue with tracker 175 txw.

They were 6 weeks behind on repairs and told me they thought my problem was a transducer. Wouldn't take it back after they sold it and it didn't fix the issue. I was trying to purchase a new system, but didn't since they wouldn't issue a refund. Might as well save your money and order online instead of supporting this brick and mortar.

Wish my experience there would have been better. I went looking to ask questions and possibly purchasing a boat. I never was greeted as there were 2 sales people just standing there in conversation. I saw several other people also looking at boats and looks like there were never greeted or helped by anyone either. Terrible service will do business elsewhere

Waste of time went in with intentions of purchaseing a bass tracker boat didnt even have the two available i discussed getting over the phone yesterday amd the one they did show me was half covered and acted like they were to good to take it off to let me look at the boat not to mention i drove almost 200 miles there and on top of that if i would have purchased one they had no one there to get the boat ready so i would have to drive back again to pick the boat up i will take my buisness elsewhere that want to actually do buisness and be professional
