You put a rude man in the self checkout where there is supposedly a line for customers but there’s no sign saying it’s the line. Then your employee YELLS the line is over here! I saw that! Well… put a sign that says that’s the line. Otherwise… you have the entire isle blocked off unable to even walk past which is a fire violation. I’ll spend my $600 at Lowe’s. This is the last time I’ll visit your rude store. I do NOT appreciate being yelled at when it was Home Depot that created all the confusion with the checkout line. Maybe if the employees were working instead of standing around watching the irritated customers…

Website always says it in store till you get there spend 85 minutes waiting for someone to check overstock and nothing. They have 8 self checkouts but only use 4 so the line builds up all the down the plumbing isle sometimes it just easy to checkout at the contractors exit. Horrible at ordering/ stocking shizz is everywhere and out of place. And do they get there wood from a lumber twisting company or what you could easily spend another 85 minutes Finding 10 straight 2x4’s at least give me a discount but they aren’t far from Lowe’s so I can usually find what i need between both of these failing companies

Home Depot and I have a love hate relationship. They love my money, I hate to spend it. Oh, and yall need to fire those Milwaukee reps. Absolutely great guys but HORRIBLE influences. Walking in for some garden hoses and leaving with more tools is not cool.

Ok so, this is a nice store, good prices, great quality items, great selection. The weak link for this Home Depot is that it is nearly impossible to get staff assistance, and I have discovered the staff is not a Knowledgeable as they Probably should be.

Worst customer service ever. Waited 30 min for help and ended up going to northern and out in 10 min. Tons or workers around but none are there to help you. Their self check out does more work then they’ll ever do.

My husband stood here for an hour on a Sunday waiting for someone to come around and pull a mower for him to buy. He asked the staff 3 times over the hour for someone to come pull it for him to buy and no one ever did.

I just spent 3500 bucks on fence panels after and they are tearing it like it’s an inconvenience. Mind you, this after I pre-ordered 3500 from Hobbs NM and was told they did not have enough and they would refund me my money eventually.

Slow check in time for a strict schedule appointment they wanted me there at 11am I was there 10mins before to make their delivery and it took them over an hour just to get me on the dock door cause they was lazy and unprofessional. Drivers be ready to wait.

So very disappointed.i went in on Valentine's Day to buy 2 in tube, I asked the man working plumbing where I might find this item and he just shakes his head "no" very rudely then turns around and helps the Hispanic man behind me.so I find the item myself.then try to pay cash..they do not have any cash registers open that take American cash money..shame on you home depot.you ruin my Valentine's day with your racism and "wokeness".

Bought a new dremel saw-max, when I got home and opened the new tool. Looked like it was used before, and just super glued the package closed. The tool was missing a few pieces, stuck as the internal washer and the tighting tool. The instruction book package was open. Highly disappointed in this store.

This review is based on online, in store and delivery.In Store: A few months ago I walked into this facility to purchase paint for my home. I approached the counter where 2 associates were present and neither one assisted me for over 10 minutes. They walked back and forth, having a full conversation glancing up at me and never once stopped and asked "how could I assist you". I say 👋 hello waving and they continued working. I walk over to another associate and explained the situation so the next customer wouldn't have to experience that and walked out. Haven't been back since..Online: I purchased a washer and dryer and the experience was easy and affordableDelivery: My delivery guys were great! They called before arrival, walked me thru the steps they took to make me comfortable and even when running into complications they were able to adjust and continue.

Ordered carpet in august and took almost 2 months just to get it to the store. My wife and I called them several times each and most of those calls took close to an hour just being on hold until they eventually would just hang up on us. We finally just contacted cooper who installs their carpet and they let us know that the carpet was never ordered or the order was lost. I can’t begin to explain how incompetent midland Home Depot’s staff and management is. Looks like I’ll be using Lowes for the rest of our remodel.

I'm new to Midland and had a poor experience with the service reps at this store.I was trying to negotiate for a fridge that literally had a rip in the stainless steel, and the insulation was protruding out.One of them was more than happy to give me bad news and pretty much said no. What was annoying was that she said it 3 times and no one was talking to her.The assistant manager Bill was no help neither only offering $50 off after I called back from my visit. He stated that he remembered and overheard the conversation while I was there and ignored the fact that I wanted to speak to him.I'm a homeowner and will be more than happy to take my business elsewhere.On another note, the aisles are small and narrow.

I prefer Home Depot to Lowes but it’s always so crowded and busy in midland. I think they should look into building a second HD in midland. Although the official population might not justify a second store we have an overwhelming amount of visitors and temp residents living in RVs and hotels. I’m sure the revenue reflects a second store would be justifiable. On weekends better be ready to wait and deal with crowded isles and checkout lines.

I do believe the 2 stars are necessary after what I went through with Home Depot. I am very disappointed in the way my order was handled. Experienced two months of headache and beating around the bush. Where has the good customer service gone? I do believe I’ll be taking my business Elsewhere. In the last few years this place has gone downhill. This was my to go spot when it came to hardware and contractor needs. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but this is very necessary. Improve guys!

This is usually not my store and I was a bit worried about them honoring the agreement we had with the Midland store. They were super helpful though and were happy to fulfill their sister-store's commitment. Great service and great experience.

I try to order everything on their website and then pickup. Occasionally I have to go in and pickup paint, plumbing parts, screws, etc. I usually have a good experience, and if you can find an employee, they are typically helpful.

Towed my Tacoma to this place and waited 3 weeks for a call. So I called them only to find that they didn't know what was wrong.Was told it would cost $150 to get my truck back. I went back to tow it away and was charged $300. No work was done.I towed it to another garage and they quicklyrepaired the truck with a new fuel pump.I would not recommend this place to anyone.But they were friendly when taking my money.

The lawnmower I wanted was located two stories up on a big, unopened pallet at the top of a rack. Unfortunately, the lift was broken, and despite multiple attempts to get it working over the course of an hour, the guys helping me could never reach the mower. To make it right, they sold me a more expensive mower for the price of the one I wanted. I was very satisfied with both the discount and their tireless efforts. Five stars and kindest thanks, guys.

The associates we interacted with were very helpful.. Paint department answered our questions, gave us some quick tips that probably saved us hours in the long run and matched the paint we needed perfectly. Our cashier chatted us up cheerfully but was very quick at their job.

This was an out of town visit and I must say it was everything I have come to enjoy of my local store plus some. Friendly staff, need help with scanning some small items in the self check out and before I turn around to ask for help the clerk was already waiting for me to hand him the wand. It was especially appreciated since I was in a real hurry to catch my flight. Thanks guys, I will be back in Midland in 2 weeks and will stop in again.

Very unorganized place. All the isles are blocked off and the employees are fighting for the forklift. Been waiting for 30 minutes to be let in the isle or material. My hometown home depot is waaaay better! The longer I have to wait the more money I lose.

I can always find everything I'm looking for and at a decent price. Sometimes, it can be challenging to find someone to help you if you need it. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone.
