Had our 8 month old female border collie fixed and chipped. Setting up surgery and drop off was easy. A quote for normal services was given at the time of setting up appointment along with day before and early morning drop off options. Pick up was quick and easy. Instructions were given both written and oral. They were very clear. Meds had very easy to follow instructions. Follow up visit was very quick and puppy was not concerned to go with vet. Highly recommend for check ups and special requirements. Thank you

I recently visited Tall City Veterinary Hospital for the first time, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The facility is exceptionally clean and did not have that “rotten pet smell”. The staff is not only punctual but also highly professional. Our pet received excellent care, and I appreciate the caring atmosphere. Everybody is very nice here, and very helpful. I needed to get my kitten examined ASAP because I had gotten her spayed at Fix West Texas and was concerned about the work that was done. Tall City was able to get us in within a couple of hours, look her over, give us some medication and we were on our way home with more peace of mind. I would definitely recommend.

The staff there was so kind and so wonderful.We recently had a loss of our dear family mama dog of 13 years and they so graciously helped me with the end of life services. I was a horrible mess when I had to bring her in and they went above and beyond to ensure she was taken care of properly and to be patient and sensitive to my needs. I decided to make Tall City our new home base vet practice with our new little family member. Thank you Tall City Vet Hospital!!

I was searching for a new vet clinic b/c my old one had some recent changes in staff and the service we got over the last 3 times we went there was horrible. So that’s the back story. We consider our fur babies our children so it was important to not just walk into any clinic. I researched & found Tall City Vet Hospital. I was super cautious & anxious about how we would be treated being a new patient AND one of them are pregnant!!! Pregnancy wasn’t planned but we were already set on not going back to where we were before. Especially now that we were responsible for a bunch of new babies. When we walked into Tall City, we were greeted so well. We felt we were important, our baby girl was treated so well. She gets anxiety around new people (we don’t know why, it’s been since birth) & this place was so perfect for Navi!! They handled her so well. The visit was great, they explained everything!!! We didn’t leave with any questions unanswered. We left feeling so relieved and thankful for the staff at Tall City Vet for making us feel not so “deer in headlights” when we walk in there with a pregnant baby and nowhere to go!! 😵‍💫 😳 We are so grateful!!Thanks so much 💕🐶🐶🐈‍⬛

Because Covid19 was so hard on us, putting me out of a job and with my disability not being able to get back to work, I have been on a very tight budget. The Vet techs and front desk people were so understanding and had a very calming way of explaining the result of all the issues that I have had to put off until I could financially take Laila in. They understood my need to be very frugal, get the best care with the minimal $$$ possible. The doctor and Vet Techs took care of Laila with the utmost great care. I will return for all of her needs.

Had to stop going here. Lost faith in the Veterinarians.Told them my dog wasn't fond of strangers yet they still reached over them to me to grab his leash. The vet almost lost their hand. Can't trust them if they don't know how to act around protective dogs.Update because of owner response.The account was not under this name. I have the correct office.

Hoppy has been so caring and understanding as my 17 year old girl has issues and soon I will have to make a very hard decision.I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Doctor is wonderful with pets! Nice clean waiting area. Staff is very friendly. Great customer service. This office is by appointment only so be sure to schedule ahead they are pretty good about getting you in quickly.

Dr. DeBoe is the best, she takes time with my cat examining her and answering all my questions. The staff helped me take my catinto the exam room, I had recent shoulder surgery. The staff are efficient, polite and pleasant. After we were finished with the visit,a staff member carried my cat/carrier to my car, which I greatlyappreciated. This is an organized great place to take my animals to.

Dr. Deboe is truly exceptional. Our husky had multiple medical conditions that had stumped other vets, but she extended our beloved pet's life by a year with her accurate diagnosis. The entire staff remembered our furry family member, and when the difficult decision arose to end her suffering, they were incredibly compassionate, shedding tears alongside us. They even sent us a card with her ink-stamped paw and nose prints. Dr. Deboe also recognized the financial strain and offered us discounted visits, making it more cost-effective. We've found our forever vet in her.

A super awesome vet clinic that I trust with my animals as well as my wallet! Most recently, my dog broke a toenail in that gnarly way where the quick was exposed. It's one of those in-between emergency/non-emergency situations where other vets I've used in other towns would've pushed us to the back of the line, and I'd feel lucky to get my dog seen in the same week as the injury. I called on a Monday morning, and my dog was dropped off, treated, picked up, and paid for before noon! Plus, everyone there loves on my sweet guy the entire time he's visiting, and even better still, they took the least invasive treatment route, saving my dog from unnecessary pain and a long recovery time, not to mention saving me from an unnecessarily hefty bill!! Tall City is where we're going every time! 😎♥️

I really have no complaints about this vets office. The ladies have been nice, took concern for my concerns about my puppers. Didn't wait very at all in the waiting room.. Made my best friend & I feel welcomed and comfortable through her vaccines! Very glad with this place!
