I called this clown show of a place days in advance to ask if they had pallet jacks for rent and how much. I was told $40 an hour. The day comes that I need the jack to move my gun safe and I go to pick it up, but now they want me to pay for an entire day instead of th hour. I was moving out of my house and an estate sale company was coming in that same day. I had to empty the safe and leave it there since I didn't have time to find another company. Now I have a bunch of loose antique firearm in my apartment and I'm out a very nice safe just because these liars don't keep their word. I'd never do business with a dishonest company like this and I definitely wouldn't if it was for a big job with a deadline.

If you have livestock!!! This is the place to go. I love the ease of walking in to make my purchase, grabbing whatever else I may need from inside and driving around to get my feed loaded from a clean dry facility. Shorty and his staff go the extra mile for you whether you are renting, buying or have a question about a product. Best variety and now an expanded tack area, may not have everything, but can always order what you may need. Great Place

They are always kind and helpful here at Shortys. I've not needed much more than one item when going myself, but they have a variety of goods from live stock to fido. The customer service is amazing and the staff is knowlageable to all my animal questions and inquiries. I super love the feature they offer of being able to look up past items bought incase you need to reference anything important with your pets prior needs. Parking is good and it is easily accessible (no stairs and what not). Very, very pleasant experiance for midland customer service, above par, in my own opinion.

Called up there 3 times for some rental equipment. Would answer but once i started to ask for the type of equipment i was looking for SHE just hangs up on me. At 1st thought it was just my phone. Called again same thing called a 3rd..and shame on them!!
