The have a good selection of items & friendly staff. However, every time I've visited in the last 3 months, the fish have been quarantined & it just makes me wish we had another place in Midland that took care of their fish.

It makes no sense in trying to give this store outstanding customer service, they have no idea the great effort and risk involved in taking freight there, let alone the heavy weight of the merchandise, there are bad roads and crazy drivers and heavy traffic. I got there at 5pn the day before the scheduled appointment next day at 8am.The people there could not receive their order because there was "nobody" to unload a trailer.... I wonder what were they doing until 9pm.Or they have a super strict policy about receiving only at the scheduled appointment, in that case, my bad.

I come here almost exclusively for fish. They have a few species I like and in rare occasions a few more that are hard to find elsewhere. Service is slow but decent and the fish have a decent survivability rate.

Everyone at pet smart was extremely helpful in assisting me in adopting a new dog. I got a wonderful new companion hassle-free. A few minutes to do the paperwork and I was off with my newest household addition. A big smile and 5 stars for pet smart. Other pet adoption places want a waiting period. That is not a good practice. In 30 minutes my rescue was completed. Great place. Highly recomended.

The store itself is great. However, I went for the first time to get my dog groomed at their groomers. I was not impressed. I’ll have to locate a better grooming facility for future use.

I really enjoy visiting this store it's clean, Megan is very friendly and helpful. Cashiers often are not as friendly. But the store is stocked we find what we need almost every time. We have a fish tank and we enjoy buying all our supplies here. Prices are reasonable.

We’ve been there 5 times in the last 3 months for fish and they are never selling any. Sign says the tanks are under observation. Might as well say they no longer sell fish and close down the fish area. Odessa store is so much better.

Love love this store the manager is nice, customer service representatives are amazing as well. We have bought two betta fish and a red-bearded dragon who are all Amazing Stories very clean and friendly. They have all your needs from crickets to dog treats they also have an adoption center and a Grooming Center here as well

I go to petsmart very often to get things for my two bettas. As I went in today I stopped to look at all of the bettas being sold and I was very disappointed to see many of them was dead and not take off the shelf’s. I do understand that bettas die very frequently and may be hard to keep up with every fish loss but the amount I saw was absurd. Half of them were dead, on the verge of death or extremely malnourished. This is extremely un expectable.

Big chunk of fur misdi g on right side of muzzle. How did that happen? Hopefully my poor chloe wasn't hurt! Of course someone else was there when I picked her up. Ears uneven. Curled up and ends wet. What going up there at Petsmart grooming?? They don't apologize or give a discount for their bad work!!

This store was packed with items that are more relevant now after they remodeled. Tons of new items from respected and trusted companies. The store was fully staffed with courteous staff that asked about my day and if I needed any help. The establishment was clean and aisles clean. The smell which can be rather stuffy or slightly “wet” dog was nonexistent. Much credit to the management for turning around this store. It use to be in sad shape both with merchandise and staff members. Absolutely would recommend this to pet lovers looking for a deal using their pet perks which has now changed to Petsmart Treats allowing a dollar amount to be returned to you in time like Best Buy does.

Prices per pound of dog food are a little steep but there close and have good grain free food. Maybe carry a few cheaper brands then all the name brand garage food that's bad for pets if your truly SMART. Other than that the overall of everything they do have is great just pricey.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Grooming Salon Manager is Lisa. She is extremely rude and unprofessional. So is the Assistant Store Manager Josh. He actually hung up on me when I asked for the last name of the Regional Manager of this Petsmart location. Stay clear of this location.

I get all fish needs here but everytime I go to get some shrimp there is never any. I did get lucky and grabbed six of them but that was months of waiting. There is more dead fish in the tanks than live ones. From now on I'll be shopping at pet co in odessa.

I dropped my dog off with Michelle and it was the best thing I ever did. I live 3 hours away and all the groomers are terrible. Plus my fur baby has the worst experience with groomers and just getting beat up by them. I told myself he needed a professional to cut his hair because he's a maltipoo. About 30 min before he was done I called and she told me "his face isn't perfect because he wouldn't even let me touch him with the clippers." So of course I was worried. We went to pick him up and he's freaking perfect. His face looks amazing and he's even hyper!!! You could tell he just felt good. Thank you so much Michelle for taking such good care of my baby and making him pretty again.Edit: I wish I could leave a 10 star review. I'm just so happy with my baby's cut and everything. Not to mention me and hubby were so happy when we picked him up so we went to go look for something for our baby and they were literally already closed. Yet no one was ugly to us and I really appreciate it. I know they need to get home especially after a long day and once I even apologized for holding up the store from closing and everyone was so kind and even said "no no you're fine". This is what grade A customer service looks like anywhere. Thanks again Michelle for doing such a good job I know he was probably not easy to handle.

I love them😍 My Belle loves getting groomed there. She’s always happy and does great. They really listen to you and if the style isn’t possible at the time they’ll advise you to get something similar that still looks great. My baby’s fur became matted because of my 2 year old at the time and they cut it off and got her back on track.

EVERY PetSmart is my boy Chip's favorite... We only go here for toys, blankets, and the occasional bed... I haven't used their grooming services yet, but might in the future? I will say that THIS PetSmart has very friendly employees and Chip had a good time getting butt-scratchin's from one young lady, although I don't remember her name? We'll certainly be back!

This is absolutely the worst cut my baby has ever had in all of his 7 years. When I took him in, I showed a picture of how I wanted his head cut. & decided on a #3, trim his nails & add conditioning to his coat. Had an emergency with my husband, had our son pick him up, or I would have told them when I saw him. His hair is totally uneven - super short on his back, semi long on the sides & even longer on all 4 legs. Tgere are uncut strips of hair on his legs that were totally missed. The hairs on his feet were. Ot cut, you can't even see that he has nails, that were blunt cut, and not even grinded smooth.This is awful!!! This is definately not a "#Puppy Cut"The groomer who did this is obviously not his regular groomer. WE WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE FOR OUR "BUSTER".

The lady that adopts out the pets there is extremely rude and does not want to adopt the pets out. She has been that way for years. She would rather see them in a cage than in a home. I do not recommend going there to find a pet.
