Disappointed in this place! The expensive sandwiches you order don’t even come with the chips and drink, that’s $3.50 extra! The kids sandwich is as shown below.... maybe 2 1/2 inches and it was almost $6. Not a fan! Way overrated and definitely wasn’t worth $46 for 2 sandwich meals and 2 kids meals. Won’t be back!

I came to Jersey Mike's often, but today I went there 09/01/20 around 2:45 pm...the two young men that made my sandwich and rang me up were very pleasant young people to have a positive encounter with.. it was greatly appreciated after a busy day at work 🤗🤗🤗😁😁😁 I don't know your names, but thank you fellas....I'm about to enjoy my 🥪 to the fullest...😋😋😋😋😋

Used to get the Philly all the time, guys who worked there were awesome! All the sudden they got a new cook in there, one time I get sick after eating here, but thesecond time a week later confirmed it was them.. I’m done never again

The sizing is a little odd, but for those that need a quick bite the mini will be good. A hearty appetite and the regular is great. The giant is just huge. The food is looks and tastes very fresh. the meat and cheese is slice very thin, but you get a good serving. They seem to have a lot of people working, which is good in this town. Service is always excellent. The cheese steaks are very good.

I used to be a manager here but I work in the oil field now. Last 2 times I ordered was through Uber eats. I called to add some things that weren’t available on the app the first time they got my order wrong didn’t follow instructions correctly and portions of “Juice” wasent correct either. When I spoke to the same team member both times over the phone I kept getting “yeah yeah yeah , what else?” An attitude that wasn’t acceptable when I worked there. “I got it I got it what else do you want.” I almost called Waylon directly that day but I feel like my Experience should be read by everyone so this can get taken care of immediately. It was a female team member around 10-11 am

I normally order here all the time never have a problem but this time what the heck! I ordered a roast beef wrap and it's supposed to come with all the toppings like lettuce tomato onions mayo etc they gave me dry wrap with nothing on it just roast beef and they charged me $10. I tried called multiple times no answer, I had to go to the restaurant next door and ask them for Mayo.

I had eaten here once before and was a little disappointed by their cold sub.. But, they have certainly redeemed themselves with their #43. It's a Philly Cheese steak with Chipotle Mayo sauce. I subbed (see what I did there?) the sweet peppers for jalapeños and now I have a new favorite sub!

This is the second time we have been to Jersey Mike’s in the last few months, used to go weekly, and it’s been a terrible experience. All of our subs were poorly prepared and lacking the finesse that this place used to have. There was mayonnaise on the top of my sandwich due to the poor preparation from an employee who definitely didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was tossing everything around as if she had something against the bread, slopping the condiments on, and just really poor customer service overall. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, especially with their higher end pricing claiming to be, “A SUB ABOVE”!

My fiancé loves this place and recently took me here to try since im so picky. I absolutely loved it. I insisted on coming back a couple days after my first try. It was so good. No complaints at all. Even though subway has more choices, jersey mikes has more flavor in their meats and in the bread itself. I choose Jersey Mikes over subway any day now.

Never lets me down. Get the number 9 Mike's way. I always feel so good after eating here. It doesn't weigh you down like other sandwich shops. I see that this place is number 2 right now on Google for " Best sandwich in Midland" but it needs to be number 1. In my opinion this is much better than Firehouse subs or Jimmy John's. Can't be beat.

Great fresh subs!! The selection is excellent!! The amount of meat on the subs is crazy!! Doing it Mike's way is excellent too! The bread and vegetables are fresh!! The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean!! The prices were decent. We'll be back!! We recommend Jersey Mike's!!

This place used to be outstanding. Food was fast, fresh and good. Now, the group of employees they have have no motivation or care. It took 35 min to get my sandwich made because the female working cared more about who was texting her than the 2 customers she left waiting. The manager or shift leader there has no clue how to manage this place now. I guess there is a reason why the good crew left and now so has a goid customer.

I observed the employees, including the manager preparing sandwiches and afterwards removing their gloves and touching there faces, wiping down countertops, sweeping floors and then putting gloves back on to make more sandwiches. All without washing there hands!!! I brought the issues up to the manager and it just didn't seem to concerning.. My frustration was that I had noticed this all happening while I was eating my sandwich 🥪... Yes I stopped eating it!
