Very bad first and last experience. We have a Great Pyrenees/Golden Retriever pup. He needs regular baths and good brush outs. We paid extra for furminator brushing. They asked if we wanted any trimming and we said no. When we picked him up he was limping. They cut his toe fur and in the process clipped his toe pads. They were completely raw and pink. He also had so much fur just loose flying around it was clear they hadn't brushed him properly. Upon arriving home he drank an entire bowl of water. When I called and spoke to the manager about what had happened she explained they always trim toes and hygiene area even if you say no trimming. She also said it is their policy to keep the dogs in crates from the time they are dropped off until after their bath. My dog was in a crate with no water, or walk to go potty from 8am to almost 3pm. That is inhumane. When I brought all this to their attention they just apologized and said "accidents happen" in response to my dogs paws cut raw and they didn't see anything wrong with the crate all day and no water issue. They also offered no refund or to finish his brush out. Just an empty apology and follow up the next day to see if we had to take him to the vet.

They DO NOT know how to clip a schnauzer! My dog looks weird. He has been groomed at several salons and looked great. This is terrible. No mustache. No eyebrows. No beard. I asked for the standard Schnauzer cut with britches.

I took my large golden doodle and small Maltese girls here. It was my first and last time. My Maltese’s cut wasn’t that bad although they left several small mats around her ears. My golden doodle was horrendously cut. There were so many patches that were not cut even, shaver tracks throughout her fur, and one of her legs has a straight up close shaved stripe all the way down it. They butchered her coat. I can’t even fix it right because of how bad and uneven it is.

I've been twice now for my very large, long-haired dog. They have good availability (I've gotten same day appointments both times) and he comes out looking, smelling, and feeling fantastic. I get him bathed and nails trimmed but no haircuts and it's ~$35. Great place!

Careless and inhumane. We took our dog in for simple grooming. Brush, bath, brush again. They asked about a trim, and I said "No". When we got home we noticed him favoring his back leg. They had used clippers between his toe pads, without asking and without being told to, and cut his pads. Also when we got home, he drank an entire bowl of water. We called to ask about these things and they told us that they don't give dogs water. We dropped him off early in the morning and picked him up late in the afternoon. Imagine going 8 hours with no water. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Excellent service. Highest quality grooming we have received for our golden retriever in Midland. Prices are very reasonable, the staff was friendly and prompt, and best of all, we were not greeted by a pen of barking dogs when we entered.

I took my little Wimbley to Fuzzybutz for a nail trim. They were gentle and patient with her (she cries like a baby when her nails are done).They also took her back straight away. I plan to have them trim her hair (she literally has split ends). I've never left her there, but not their fault- too many horror stories in the news.Love their location, right by Mission Square Veterinary clinic. 🙂

Very friendly. They accommodated my schedule by taking my pup before they normally open. They had her all groomed in two hours and it was so inexpensive . My pup looked great.

I've taken my 5 year old Australian Shepherd / Poodle mix here several times. every time she seems stressed out and "head shy". I just reach out to rub her ears and she flinches and lowers her head as though she is afraid i'll hit her.I will not take her back again.

Great experience from the call for an appointment, to dropping her off! Jinga was a real mess , last appointment was pet smart and it was horrible but fuzzybutz made her beautiful again!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!

They gave my little fur baby her first cut and I really liked it they didn't just shave her bald they listened to what I wanted and they were so kind.thank you ladies ..the only draw back is everytime I take them the price has increased by $10.00 Every month I would ask them for price before going in .they charge another person on here for large dog $35.00 me 50.00 for small dog so I don't understand the pricing at all..

The cut looked okay not what I asked for and he had red scraps o his skin from the cutters. He came back shaking and then was diagnosed with an infection. Coincidence maybe but never had a issue before. We won't be back.
