The sales agent Serena was very knowledgeable and kindly willing to answer and understand my needs making it easier to make a choice for what fit my families needs. The technician who came to install was very friendly and took the time to explain the systems functions and tips to help ensure performance. Very professional I can not thank them enough for their excellent service.

When I call for service for my rental unit, be a little more respectful and not say mmmmhmmm or just hang up the phone. Just like I'm being respectful, be respectful back. I don't need no attitude. This is not your company and it was a lady for the service department I just forgot her name. Have some manners.Update: Thank you for your response.

My RO unit malfunctioned at a time when the company was booked solid for 2 weeks. My sales rep (Serena) went over and beyond and delivered 2 cases of water to my house. Much appreciated!!

Who ever answers the phone needs to be replaced! They were very rude and seemed uninterested in helping me at all! After seeing and hearing their many ads I decided to give them a shot! Well that ended my interested dead in its tracks and I will never call them again!

I have been complaining that the water softener doesn’t work for over a year. When I finally stop paying them they fixed it and wanted me to pay them $700 in back payments that I refused to pay. They came out and replaced the processor and fixed the problem. The billing lady refused to credit the account for the months it didn’t work and sent me to collections. Customer service is awful. There are lots of options out there. Seek them first.

The price increase is too damn insane, almost $300 per month when i used to pay $140, just buy your own system at amazon or home depot.

I had a system installed by the builder and after 2 years the brine tank failed. We had water and salt damage, but found out there was no warranty for us because it left with the builder at sale. We were responsible for cleanup and mitigation, and spent a considerable amount for a used tank to be installed in the meantime.

Can't say enough about these people. When I inquired about adding a system to my home, Larry came out the same day and answered every question and extremely courteous and friendly. I had to wait to have the install done and they were very nice about checking in on scheduling. The day of install the tech showed up and was on time, very friendly and walked me through everything I needed to know. When he completed the installation everything was cleaned up like he was never there. HIGHLY recommend.

Initially, setting up my service was SO easy. It took about 20 minutes or so and I was up and running. I have moved away and had to cancel my service. Between the chaos of a last minute move, the staff in Midland really took care to help us take care of our account. I would absolutely use them again if I am ever to move back to their service area. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

For 30 something a month my pets and I had all the clean water we would ever need and anytime I had an issue you guys came to fix it usually the next day at the latest. With how terrible other service companies are in Midland you guys were a shining star. Going above and beyond to make sure you guys were quick with anything. Thank you guys so much.

I love working with Culligan. Their sales and service reps go above and beyond to provide great service. I am happy and confident that we are drinking the best tasting and highest quality water possible. In the past, the hard water in our area has been excessively harsh on our appliances, skin, clothes (really anything that gets washed!). Having a Culligan water softener and RO unit for our home has solved all our water issues.

Do not trust them , their manager is not trustable !!They made mistakes while trying to fix the system they mixed the lots of salt through whole house water . When first use it I burned my face. I requested a reimbursement for the salt and the water we had to run tons of water to get rid of the salt from the water. Their worker callers the manager and let us know that they will bring a check for it . The next day when I asked about it , they seemed to no hear that at all. Again I talked to manager and this time he said he never told that way however we were all there their worker, my husband and me . DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Also as they advertise the water is not soft and clear , you still have to use lots of chemical or detergent to wash off those stains after water from your dishes, sinks, tubs, faucets .... I wish I never choose them .

Whatever you do if you need a bottle water delivery service and you are disabled DO NOT USE CULLIGAN! I was using a local service who decided to sell out to them and now they (Culligan) won't bring my bottled water in the house saying they are afraid that something might happen to their service tech! She even mentioned that they might even get shot! And made me feel like I was the one that had a problem! I told them that I have osteoarthritis in both hands and I am under a doctor's care, live alone and the local service that sold out to them had been picking up my empties and bringing my full ones in the house since I am crippled in both hands and can't carry them. They say that it's their policy and I can't be there because I have to work and they don't deliver on the weekends..so I found another service that will deliver inside the house.
