I'm tired of paying for cuts that aren't what I ask for. If you're not needing a cut they're great. All three times they have cut the tail on my girl despite written instructions "do not touch tail". If you have any expectations, look elsewhere. Plus, this last time the cut looks really bad and choppy. I'll be finding a new place to take both dogs, because it's not worth my time to go to two different groomers.

We've been using the grooming and boarding services for both of our dogs. They are great. Our dogs always seem to enjoy going there. I've been using them for a couple of years and have no complaints. Staff is very sweet and caring.

The staff here has always been so awesome!! They have taken the best care of our pets from just a bath, full grooming or boarding them for when we have to go out of town. They will continue to have my business and support.

I've taken my dog here 3 times now and he always comes back looking and smelling great and the price is really good. But EVERYTIME I bring him home he has clipper burn (the clippers got too hot while they were shaving him and burned his skin) around his privates and the next day his skin is red, swollen and sore. I've told them twice now to please be careful but after this time I won't be taking him back. He has a permanent scar now.

This is best place to get your dogs groomed. Our dogs LOVE going in there and that says alot in itself. The staff is always so friendly and sweet and treat the dogs with such care. The place is very clean. I was able to meet the owner who is absolutely wonderful. I had changed my phone number and forgot to inform them and we went up to get them and they were closed ( he did wait 20 mins after they closed) we showed up and he had left a note on the door for us. I emailed him and he graciously met us up there to get them. Most would not do that so we TRULY THANK YOU!

New to area, wasn’t sure what to expect. My fur-baby was treated like he was their dog. This is the best place you can imagine. They get to play, bones with the amazing experts and are cut, cleaned and ready to go when you arrive.

I take my dog to get groomed here and also use them for boarding. We've never had any problems and I love the job they do. My dog has pretty bad anxiety but after a few visits she warmed up to them and they're so good to her. I definitely recommend.

Really nice!!!! I really loved it there. When I first walked in to take my dog to get groomed the lady at the front desk was very nice. She assisted me with manners and was very understanding. I love that the dogs can run around and play! It's nice knowing that your dog isn't going to be trapped in a cage. They can play and run around! The workers are very nice and friendly. I am definitely going back again soon!

I would give 0 stars if I could. For boarding they make you sign a waiver saying they aren't liable even in the case of THEIR NEGLIGENCE. I'm sorry, what?! And when I expressed concern about this the woman, who told me it's her sons business, was rude and confrontational. Needless to say I left. You're that worried about something happening to my dog, you have to have people relinquish their right to hold you accountable! And maybe not have someone reply with "well sign it or leave" for not liking that. Guess what, "bye"

I’ve taken my 2 Yorkie terriers here for 3 years now and have been very happy with the outcome all the time, the staff is very nice and they have a good space to have all the dogs wait to get groomed as they can also interact. I’ve learned that they take quite a while to get your dog groomed, I will take my dogs in at 7am and I will finally get the call that there ready at around 4pm-6pm. But I have also got the call to pick them up at like 12pm. So pick up times can vary, I guess it just depends how busy they are. But overall quite impressed with this place.

Absolutely love this grooming place. I love the fact my fur babies are not stuck in a cage all day and are able to run around and play. This is the only place I will take my babies to get groomed. Cat the owner is super sweet, and adore my groomer Julia, my dogs do not go to anyone else, but her.

Love this Grooming salon. My pup loves Ginger and especially the relaxed play area. Last salon he went to he'd come out shaking and hiding his head in my arms. He'll never go back there again. Ginger and everyone here are so kind to the animals and extremely patient with them. All the groomers are very talented and well trained in what they do.Your dog deserves the best and this is it.

Our 3 furbabies looked amazing when I picked them up and they were HAPPY 😊! When we got home all 3 were not stressed out like pets can be after being at the groomers. Highly recommended. Thank you Animal Clips...we will be back

Love this place! I took my dog that I just rescued a month ago to them for a bath and brush out. She has bad seperatiom anxiety and terrified of water, and they were very considerate of this. I dropped her off she was already having so much fun she didn't even notice that I left, then when I came back she was still happy as a clam! I wish I didn't live in Louisiana, cause I would have definitely brought her here regularly if I could!

Gave us fleas and ticks this time. Yes they got them from there. They don't go anywhere else. Super nice. Also our dog was stressed out for a week after he got back from whatever they did to him, is also so thirsty the day he gets back, and has been given repeatedly shaver burns around his business.

These folks did a great job on short notice and at reasonable cost. I've brought my husky mix elsewhere while he's blowing coat and have picked him up still damp, awful brush outs and everything in between. My expectations are high as an ex groomer myself, and they definitely met them today. We'll be back! Huge thanks to the folks at Animal Clips, the boys look and feel great!

They did a great job with my dog and they are affordable. I called last minute, got an appointment the next day and was able to drop my dog off early. The business is well organized and all of the animals have freedom to run around.

Love taking my toy poodle! He gets to play all day long with the other dogs while he is waiting to be groomed. He gets home looking handsome and ready for a nap! We now take all of our family dogs here! 100% recommend

I live in Odessa but drove to Midland because Animal Clips had the soonest availability for our little Max. The atmosphere was very nice, and my fur baby was very well taken care of❤ We will definitely be taking my other two for a day at the "spa" soon😁

I am not from the area. Happens to be I was gonna be in Midland for a couple weeks so I needed my baby to be cleaned up. I called in they treated me well on the phone gave me an appt for the following morning. I took him in and they gave me a call once he was done. I loved it all he got a clean nice cut they did great. The only reason why I rate it so low was because I saw that someone else's dog was not being treated well. If you look into the section where they groom the dogs there is a white lady on the right hand side, older looking. She was treating a puppy ugly she saw me notice her and tried to hide up what she was doing. Poor baby, makes you think like how did they treat mine while I was not present!! She was grabbing him real ugly and grabbing / choking him by the neck side to side. Lady if you don't have patience for puppies then get another job.... don't come and be treating the dogs like they are trash for owners like me he is like a human like a child! Another thing I noticed was my baby super thirsty was dehydrated they should have given him some water atleast so many hours being there. Other than that I have nothing else bad to say. If it wasn't for that one lady that I saw everything else I could rate 4 stars. THE ACTUAL OWNER I BELIEVE SEEMS LIKE SHE HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE AND LOVES THE DOGS!This is my point of view and my experience thought I should throw it out there!

We moved to Midland and we were trying to find a groomers for our sweet boy and they did amazing ! Of course being a pet mom I'm super skeptical of haircut places but they sure did a great job and the staff was super nice ! We found our place to go to now!

I would highly recommend Animal Clips to anyone looking for a good place to groom or board their dogs. All employees and the owner have a true love for animals and are filled with compassion wrapped in genuine care for our four legged fur babies. Goes above and beyond!

My little Lady had a great time at this place!!! I was nervous at first because she's a lil weird about getting her face hair cut but the groom took his time and made her FABULOUS! !!! She came out prancing like the Princess she is... I love that its a open pen so the doggs aren't all locked up all day.... The only negative is they forgot to put her collar on so I just went and got her a new one... would recommend to all.....
