Excellent customer service; they’re always friendly and greet you as you enter the store, willing to help locate items in store; simple and easy pickup, staff is careful not to damage your vehicle, which is extremely important to me. And they have a convenient home delivery. They have a good variety of supplies in the store eliminating having to drive to a variety of places. .

This branch of Woodson Lumber is by far the worse shopping experience I have had. I was a new member of the community who decided to spend my money at the local hardware store. I like to spend my money with stores that are not part of the big chains, I.e. Tractor Supply, Home Depot, Lowes and the like. The manager of the store is obviously in a relationship with his employee by the way he handled my specific situation. He decided to raise his voice at me when I spoke to him about the issue with the particular employee. The President of the organization feels that this is the proper way to speak to customers. So, although me not spending my money there will not affect their bottom line, they have lost a new customer and I will ell anyone that will listen about the terrible service at this store.
