I just had THE WORST customer service in this store. I asked for paper bags (because it’s easier for me to fit in my vehicle) and checker Carina C was so put off by this, she grabbed my items out of the plastic bag, threw them on the counter away from me and proceeded to help the man behind me. I had to walk around the counter on her side to get my items. She didn’t offer to help me bag my groceries, she checked out the guy behind me and his items were coming next to mine. She had the audacity to tell me to HURRY! I spend a lot of money in this store but not anymore. She lost you a family of customers.

versus @walmart 🤮 this HEB was very helpful. I have a *** Disability and it makes it difficult to shop for the things that I need. there were associates around but all busy in their jobs ...Please HEB, have associates walk around to see which customers need assistance.when I got to the register ... there was a lady with her 2 kids ...her boy was helping me put my items on the belt, very sweet.the cashier and the bagger were very kind and helpful as well ...they asked, "do you need help with your groceries to your vehicle ?"of course I responded by stating, "I have my husband in the car" ...( which by the way, he should have helped me, but that's a different story ... LOL! ) ...again I say, Please HEB have your associates walk around to see what customers need assistance because a little few kind words can and will make somebody's day ...Thank You ❤️*** actually I have 2 disabilities but I try my hardest not to have them shown because it makes me feel feeble.

This HEB is awful 😞 not only are the employees not knowledgeable on where to find products but the store manager is rude. Most items are not stock or available for us to buy. The young lady that suppose to great you in the front just looks at you. Doesn't say hello or Welcome to HEB just stares at you. The rest room is out dated and needs a complete make over.

Small entrance when walking into store, checkout lanes too close from entrance, which, I believe gives an unwelcoming feeling from the start of shopping experience.And finally, the store gives no fluidity of a great shopping flow with no personal stationed to make eye contact when needing help.

Just passing through, we stopped to pick up supplies on the way to the state park to camp for the weekend. The employees were smiling (we think) behind their masks, and were friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked. We found everything we needed. The store was clean and well organized. The restrooms were clean. The exterior of the building was well maintained with a parking lot free of potholes and debris. The perfect neighborhood store.

The avocadoes I bought were different prices although under the same same sign and bin. I don't check stickers placed on each item. If it is haas they should be the same price. I could understand if it was truly a large avocado vs a haas avocado. Since I lived in a tropical region for 20 plus years, haas is haas.

OMG I Ordered a birthday cake from the bakery and the baker Ms Andrea was very helpful by helping me choose a cake for my daughter. She's also very talented in decorating her cakes. I really hate to give such low stars but the store it's self (NOT THE EMPLOYEE'S) was jst dirty & the bathrooms were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! There was literally feces on the stall walls..floor..& all over toilets ... Flat out disgusting!! I'm not sure ifn the store is short staffed or what becuz like I said the employees were wonderful & very pleasant... As far as the store in general is was not very clean either... I almost felt dirty when I left there like I needed to go home & wash the store off of myself... Sadly I won't be a return customer to this HEB ... Not sure what others are like but the one in Mexia Tx I WILL NOT BE GOING TO AGAIN

Worst H‑E‑B I’ve ever shopped in. It’s crawfish season and they have no liquid boil. Out of mushrooms, slim pickings on produce.Prices are still lower than any other grocery store in the area which is why I gave them 2 stars.

HEB is probably the best grocery chain I have ever been to. Great selection, prices, deli, seafood, staff, everything. They should expand into Louisiana. Shoppers there would be very appreciative

Ive had surgery couple of months ago. I went to HEB in Mexia Texas. The young man who was helping me was so courteous, helpful & very well mannered. I'd told him I couldn't lift over 10 pounds so he helped me get the meat I'd selected in my basket. I asked his name & he said Austin. Just wanted to tell Donald, the market manager, good job on hiring this young man. He's going to be an asset to the company.

Love love my local HEB. My mother in law is disabled and the staff always goes out of their way to accommodate her. They’ve brought her a chair to sit in multiple times and she didn’t even have to ask. Groceries are always carried to the car for anyone who needs it. It’s refreshing to get old fashioned service.

Our youngest had his tonsils removed and the Rx was called in to HEB Mexia. Unfortunately there was a widespread telecom system outage in the Mexia area and the pharmacy had no access to their electronic system and could not fill the Rx. About 9:00 tonight, the store manager personally delivered the Rx and a care package of groceries for our youngster. We live 20 miles from the store. That is unbelievably fantastic service from a wonderful manager. THANK YOU!!!

The Pharmacy at HEB is very accommodating and the employees are so friendly and caring. The pharmacists/techs go out of their way to help you get your medications. I appreciate all their help and the compassion they show....not just to me either. And they give my fur baby a treat at each visit to the drive through window. 🤩💞💙

You really can't say nothing bad about HEB! Being from San antonio I miss it. But glad to know there is one here in Mexia TX
