Absolutely the worst DG I've EVER been in. It smelled like sewage... the store not the restroom. It is one of the largest DG I've ever been in yet has no public restroom. I watched customers come & go without either of the two girls working coming to check them out. Each time the customer had to seek the cashier. I doubt I will ever go back in there. It's a very dirty/old store. 😳😟

I enjoy shopping here very helpful staff members all ways willing to assist you with anything they can it's a good family dollar General store always clean and well stocked if you can't find the price for something they will GET it for you I've shopped here several times a week and have not seen any of the employees be rude or ugly to any one they seem to enjoy working together great store

The Dollar General in Groesbeck is a very pleasant store. Just one time I went there the cashier had a whole line of customers this particular time and the Sales Associate/Cashier just walked away and we stood there for awhile. We finally left. She just disappeared and didn't say anything to nobody that I'm aware of. Also when they built the new store they should've built another way into the parking lots. Very difficult to get to. Just suggestion criticismAll the other times I went there was alright. I've noticed they started adding more acrylic painting supplies. Very Awesome!!

Let me update this review, I will be frank. This place is poverty and ill managed. I have been in there on more than one occasion when I feel I was being punked. Like I was the last man on earth. I hollered for cashier and the place echoed. Where are they at? I go there cause it's right down the road but man it's been like that awhile now. If your breezing east through town might as well go Walmart👉❎Quick in and out usually but if a line forms you could be there a while .Scant grocery and no vegetables. On the plus.it has wide aisles so there is no cramped feeling you get in some.

Staff was a bit slow with a long line at check out, and easily offended with asked questions regarding location of store items. Busy and crowded. Dollar store across the street is quicker. More convenient.

Again o e of my favorite places to stop on the way home for quick needs. Wine. Milk, beer. Toilet paper. Snacks diapers, you name it they probably have it. Nice friendly staff and not the hassle of Walmart!

Staff could be faster on checking out by when 2 people are working both should have registers ready to check out people, not just leave it all on one person, and that goes for the mangers also!

Very unhappy. I was buying some things that are on sale and using digital coupons. The digital coupons did not come off. Six out of eight items were not in stock.

U as a company have 5 employees working and i go to the register and have to stand there and wait to get checked out very poor customer service if theres that many people working one should be at the front at all times

Service is kinda slow stores proves are kinda high for a dollar general but ehh the milk price is good
