I don't write bad reviews unless it's a repeat offender or just extremely bad. This is one of those cases. Really bad customer service. They should close this location so people select something else for default prescriptions for this area. They are rude in person and hang up on the phone. Multiple times they didn't have very common medication that were fulfilled at HEB instead without a problem.

Really sorry service. Get texts that meds refilled. Drive up and not there. Three months in a row claim they can't get a renewal for our meds .. moved to HEB.
