I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name, but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents.Oh yeah we got a few Jersey Giants and we'll be back to get some Easter eggers when you all get some in stock. Thanks Brad and to the woman associate, I had a great experience!

I adopted a 5-6wk old puppy. Needed can food, formula etc. Mostly advice. Austin came to my rescue. He had the knowledge I need to care for this baby. His experience was on point. I will always look for him when I go to that store..fabulous personality just great. Cashier a bit pushy and confusing in trying to explain a sale otherwise would have been a 5star. Thank you. I didn’t go into the store but the phone customer service was great by the young lady who answered. I asked if this location has self service pet wash and she let me know the locations that do have pet wash.

This site doesn't have a dog wash, I repeat THIS SITE DOES NOT HAVE A DOGWASH!!!!!!!! take it off the website, such an inconvenience to travel to a facility for false advertising. Take it off the website.

Just called Tractor Supply to ask if they filled Propane. The person that answered said why yes we do if they are empty tanks. I also asked if they had propane and again HE said yes. Upon arriving at the store I was told OH that's been broken for a while and we are waiting for the gas company to come out and fix it. We have NO idea when they will get it fixed. The person at the register got on their comms and ask their team members who spoke to the person on the phone 10 minutes ago to tell them they filled Propane tanks everyone denied it.**UPDATE TO MY REVIEW**At 08:40 CST 06/28/2023 I contacted the customer solutions number provided and spoke to an agent. They took my information and details about my experience. They assured me that the general manager of the store would call me back within 48 hours.AT 13:45 CST 06/28/2023 I received a call from the general manager of the mesquite store in response to my review. He assured me that he would address this with his staff and find the underlying cause of the issue. The manager confirmed that the equipment was out of service and that his staff had been informed of that fact prior to the day of the incident. He also did not understand why the staff did not inform his assistant manager I wanted to speak with the manager on duty to address this issue when it occurred. The manager asked that I give them another chance to make this right. The manager showed true concern about this issue, and I felt he would address it with his staff and take this as a training opportunity to better his store and staff.

When I first enter the store a lady named Lisa did not greet me or nothing she was on her phone playin games.A nd when I went to checkout it took her a minute to notice me bc she was on her phone playin games n textin and in the background the store phone kept ringing and she continued to ignore it my 2 year old son accidentally dropped sum cards n she yelled at him “BAD BAD BAD KID” 3 times then she pretend that she was going to throw the scanner at him as she yelled. I did not appreciate her service my son is only 2 and doesn’t know any better she needs to work on her social skills before applying at any job.

This store is entirely unmanaged. Almost comically so in fact. I ordered online to be picked up in store. I received email notification of the shipment, as well as tracking info on the package then in-route to the store. That email clearly states I will receive a follow-up email when the item is ready for pickup. The package delivered around noon on a Tuesday, but a second email never came(it's 2023 outside, so obviously I already check the "spam folder" on a regular basis). I called the store each day to inquire about the merchandise I'd already paid for, but was put on hold each time they went to "ask somebody" about my package. That first call(Wednesday/24hrs after delivery) sounded like an elderly woman, so I have some difficulty in laying blame with her just leaving me on terminal-hold(machine hangs up automatically after ten minutes), but there's certainly no excuse for any repeat of that same scenario the following day. My inquiry on Thursday(48hrs after delivery) was the same(someone else put me on terminal-hold for the allotted ten minutes or so). I decided it best I go in person, on the third day(now more than 72hrs since UPS delivered my order to the store) of waiting for this now elusive "pickup email". Upon arrival I was greeted promptly, but the person at the customer service desk looked busy. A young man pulling around a pallet of straw was kind enough to immediately inquire about my last name(instead of the order number I'd been referencing up until that point) when I finally got a chance to explain the situation. An associate retrieved it from the back and just handed it to me, right in the middle of the store. "Here you go sir, have a good day." Dude was back with it in under sixty seconds. Bravo. That young man pushing the pallet of straw actually deserves a place in retail management if wants it(he was quick to try solving the problem and did so with a great attitude), but something tells me he's going places. I finally felt like I had reached the top of their customer service pyramid, and it felt good. Hop in my vehicle and turn out of the parking, only to then miss(only rang once) a phone call from that very TSC location. I quickly pulled over and rang them back, only to be greeted by none other than David(the "manager" at this establishment apparently) himself. I inquired about the return phone call moments before only to be asked(kinda rudely) if I'd "checked out" the package I'd been waiting for and calling about for days. I didn't "check" anything out upon receipt of my order, indicating yet another ball dropped by those supposedly being managed by David. I'm sure the guy is trying, but he needs some help. I don't believe it's direction, or purpose that he lacks, but likely just a lapse in guidance from his own supervisors. I'd like to think there's some area-manager or regional-manager in the structure of this company, but I can't tell from where we're standing right now. I'm shocked this store still shows above four stars on Google(perhaps just an anomaly like that "pick-up" email I never received). Seems like they need some improvement.

Giving one star because of customer service. I walked in and wasn't greeted...no big deal until I heard them greet others who walked in after me. I knew what I was looking for and was just browsing around but nobody asked me if I needed help with anything. Again , no big deal until I heard them asking others "can I help you find something?" Before I departed , guy at the counter said bye or have a good day (something amongst those lines) and I looked back trying to see if he was talking to me but nope, talking to another associate. So at that point after 3 different encounters, I KNEW it wasn't a customer service issue, it was a "ME" issue. The store itself is great and full of good things. The employees working 10/05.. NOT SO MUCH

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. They're rude, they don't help you and rush you out. Not because we are Mexicans means we don't have money, that's exactly how they made me feel. Even the manager, I was asking questions and the man that was helping us didn't know the answer so he called the manager which was rude as well. Oh but as soon as they saw we have a Tractor supply credit card they changed their attitude, nope too late. I didn't want to buy anything from here, but my husband didn't let me. So if you never been to this place do yourself a favor, don't go here. You better at home depot.

Read full review. Austin and Nic are EVERYTHING! I came in because I needed to switch my frenchies off Victor and wanted information on their brand of dog food. They were super knowledgeable and after I gave them information about my furbabies Austin helped me pick out the formula that would work best for them. I appreciate all of their help. I went to check out and was asked if I had a rewards number and I said no, but was not asked if I would like to sign up for the rewards program. And I would have done that sense I just bought over $100.00 worth of dog food and plan to continue using Tractor Supply as my store. The cashier didn't offer so I felt like I might be bothering him if I asked to sign up so I just paid and left. I drive 20 minutes to get the food I need and will continue to do so. Just wish I could have signed up so my rewards would have stared and that 100+ dollars would have counted towards something.

I like the store, but some of the people could use training on how to use the phone. Hanging up on a customer trying to ask a 2nd question is never good.UPDATE: Corporate seems to be attentive to the issue. That's good.

I'm 1 minute to closing time and my call was answered. I picked up two huge tubs and cattle feeds. Peter and another staff still loaded my stuff even past closing time. That's service!

I went to buy a product that was missing parts ( Trailer jack wheel) I told the associate on the floor and he asked his manager about those parts.. The manager assured me that the product was not missing anything, he told me that was the way it comes until I showed them the description of the product on their website. The manager told me in a rude mood offered me a 10% off. I told him that 10%was not enough to replace the missing parts and in his bad mood told me "that's the only I can do"In my opinion 10% off wont pay for my time, my gas, and the missing parts.What bothered me the most was the manager's reaction when I proved him wrong

Shopped here for my first time last week. I did an online order the previous night and everything was ready the next morning to pick up. I was greeted at the door, was told where to go to get my online order. The associate who assisted me was very helpful and even went out of his way to help load the items in my car. When you call, they answer "Tractor Supply, hold please". And place you on hold without waiting, the in person service isn't any better. Try a different store, or shop literally elsewhere else.

I come here for my cat supplies. Cat litter has a few choices. I usually find what I'm looking for. Dry cat food not so much. There really isn't a big variety, but you do seem to carry a large variety of dog food. I usually purchase the 40lb bag of dry food. For some reason it's been out every time I go. On occasion I'm lucky enough to find one bag. Please stock more dry food for cats.

Guy at the front was doing great. The manager or whoever the older lady is at the front wasn't even helping him, she was on her phone while the only open chashier was trying his best to handle the other people in line. Lol props to that guy
