Offers healthy $9 - $12 lunch or quick dinner options. Some ready to eat, and others needing a microwave. It would be amazing if they offered an area to microwave your food. Move over fast food! They also have small, roasted chickens, and sides to go with it. Not all sprouts have these on the go options. Marked in my phone for healthy fast food!

Very cool grocery store. It has many unique items. It was my first time there and I enjoyed it very much. The store was set up so nicely, and it was clean. The prices are a bit high, but that's what I would expect for a store like this. They have many vegan and vegetarian options as well. Even low carb/keto as seen in one of my pictures.

I always enjoy shopping at sprouts It aids me in my budding venture to explore vegan options. But lately what I've been going here for mostly, is for the deli sandwiches! 🥪 If you haven't tried their $4.99 deli sandwiches then you're missing out - simple as that. You can add chips and a bottle of water for an additional dollar - so why not? It comes in a handy little tote bag that is strong enough for reuse If you do that type of thing, otherwise it allows for you to run in grab a quick meal that doesn't break the bank and run out. And let me tell you if you try them once you'll go back again and again. I've gone several times but the guy in the deli who makes the best ones his name is something like Andy or Andrew or something like that. He's super polite, courteous and professional and seems to be a born sandwich maker. These are the best sandwiches ever they're stacked, meaty and they're pretty. For the past month and a half I've been going only for these sandwiches. The only downside is they shut the deli down at 7:00 and sometimes a little bit earlier than that they start clearing things out, cleaning things up and closing down. The store is still open but the deli will be closed and so that's a little early I think but maybe not but I love the sandwiches so much I just make sure that I plan to get there before 7:00. I usually get the turkey sandwich on multigrain bread and a lot of fixings. If you've already tried the deli sandwiches then you know exactly what I mean when I say they are wonderful, and if you haven't tried them then you really should.

I shop for DoorDash and hit all the stores from Target to 7-Eleven, and everything in between. As I don't always know where to find certain items, I have found that most store employees don't care, and are often quite rude about it. I was in Sprouts @ Town East in Mesquite last week for two different shops. I had never been, so I had no clue what to expect. I was blown away by how helpful EVERYONE was. From the butcher making sure I got exactly what the customer wanted, to the stocker in grocery who helped me find the correct tea flavor/brand. Even the person who pointed out the restroom did it with a smile. If you want to stay in the retail game, this is one good way to keep traffic in your store. Make that experience a pleasant one, at least more entertaining than ordering from home.

Great items here. A bit pricey on some things, but they do have a lot of hard to find and healthy options. Great stone ground tortilla chips & fresh ginger. Check out their beer options!

Great store and always able to find what I need. However, I was disturbed to find that the store manager, I believe his name to be Steven is very unprofessional with his employees by his tone of voice with them. Steven, you might want to consider going to a communications course in learning how to productively and effectively talking to your employees in a respectful manner. Please don't think that when you are on the store floor that customers are not seeing the way you treat your employees. Because this customer saw how you treated them. Please be aware that if I saw the way you were talking to them, then others are paying attention as well.

We enjoy shopping 🛒 at Sprouts! 🌱They have a variety of healthy groceries including items you don’t often find at other big box retail grocery stores. Particularly, the snacks 🥨, candy 🍬 chocolates 🍫 they sell by the weight is amazing and unique from other places. Highly recommend Sprouts‼️

Went on their first day with much excitement. Very happy to see this store in the community. Fresh faces and happy people greeted us throughout the store, especially Eric. Real good products. The bathroom needs some cleaning. The clearance section is cramped in front of the bathrooms with very little spacing, almost claustrophobic. There are no fast self check out. However, for the most part, it is organized and has good customer service.

I love a lot of the options at Sprouts—the issue is that they are almost always out of stock on so many specific things I need to get there…like the fresh Sprouts vegan pizzas, chocolate banana vegan muffins, buffalo pasta salad—almost always out. My favorite item is the two bite cinnamon rolls. Absolutely amazing! So when they’re in stock—I usually buy 3 or 4 boxes. However, sometimes—like today—all four boxes were completely dried out. Disappointed.

Some specialized things here that I cannot find elsewhere.Friendly service.I have had times where sale items do not ring up for the sale price advertised and had to get an associate to adjust the price manually. I know this can happen anywhere but seems more regular here for some reason. Keep a watch on how it rings up, you might not notice otherwise.

Loved visiting the mesquite Sprouts location! Spacious store with a wider selection than other Sprouts stores. There were so many new products I found, especially some Sprouts brand items, I haven't seen before.

First time visiting, I didn't know I had to purchase my own grocery bags!! I had bags in the car. No one greeted me throughout the store, not even the checker. Her first words were..."would you like to purchase any bags for $.10 each?" Ahhh, I guess,,,, 4 bags later, $150.00+ and carrying 3 items by hand...🤔

Always fresh. Sprouts has so many fresh vegetable and fruit. Their meat counter is always fully stocked. I needed to pick up a can of jack fruit for a vegan meat substitute. Staff are cheery and so helpful all the time. Greeted no less than 3 times while I perused the aisles. Mar 2023 - picked up Meati. Excited to try the new product

They are a little pricey but its good quality so it's kinda worth it. I love to get my salmon, candy, nuts, and sushi from here. Bring your own bags or you can buy theirs. Love Sprouts!

I absolutely love this store…. It completely give me Whole Foods vibes but it’s not as expensive as Whole Foods. I feel like it’s the Amazon grocery store of the south. I’d love it…the people are nice, to produce it’s fresh, everything is clean, it’s easy to find items, it’s small and welcoming to children….love love love! I wish I could shop here completely, but my budget would not allow so I have to still go see my boo, Costco!

Update to previous reviewThe lady I was complaining about is no longer there and they are back to customer satisfaction. Aletha is so friendly and they got me out of there swiftly.This was by far my favorite store over the past few years. I guess now it’s under new management and to hell the customer service is going. I think the new lady is Sylvia and I’ll update if the name is incorrect. I shop here weekly buy items by the case. Kale, sea weed, spinach, ect. I normally buy up to 20 avocados at a time. Average spending is close to 500 a week sometimes more. If I have a problem with bad produce I have over the past 3 years simply showed them a photo of the bad item and they effortlessly replace it without issue. Not today. I informed the new cashier that I had 2 bad avocado’s out of the last batch of 20 I purchased and she said nothing can be replaced without a receipt. I am floored because I have never had this experience before. Seems like I’ll have to revisit my old sprouts Because I prefer good service where I spend my money. And I’ll start to keep my receipts which is a headache.

One of my favorite grocery stores, the produce there is quality and not overly priced, I like their bacon too and ther pharmacy. The service is a couple of levels higher then any grocery store in the area. I truly hope these people get paid accordingly because they are amazing at keeping up with cleanness, I am grateful they made it into Mesquite, we all deserve goodness 😉
