They are very patient with all dogs. Having a big dog most groomers are picky on breed and weight not here. As long as they are not aggressive they get seen. He also came home with a beautiful scarf.

Very nice PetSmart. I didn't realize this location has EVERYTHING with the Banfield, Pooch Hotel, Grooming, doggy daycare and training. The selection of fish was very good. I was able to find everything I needed for all my pets. The cages and tanks looked clean and all the animals looked healthy. I gave 4 stars because the line was very long and only one person was checking out and I stood in the fish section for quite a while and no one ever came to assist me. I'll definitely return to this location.

Good place, went and get my dogs shots at the vet. The only place i could find an opening for nee customers. Definitely recommend! Lady was nice and seemed to really enjoy her job. My dog approves!

Went to buy filter for fish don't know his name but white male with tattoos was awesome. Was very happy to help even tho I had tons of questions and even helped me choose a multi vitamin for my cat .great customer service on the floor.

Average experiences consistently here…waited 30 min for help in the fish department and sent some guy who doesn’t know anything about fish or aquariums and had no interest in trying to help…everyone else got excellent service from the fish-knowledgeable employees and they seemed great. I got a disinterested, burned out employee, who clearly hates his job and didn’t seem to be a good fit for the role of interacting with customers. I politely left with zero info or equipment for my aquarium ive been dreaming of getting for 2 years..disappointing. Also locked the doors 4 min early, I placed a time sensitive pickup order, I called ahead to check on it because it had easily been 3 hrs since playing order. Could NOT get anyone to answer did phone for 30 minutes straight. I gave up; never got through to anyone. I arrive 3 minutes prior to closing and run from my car to the auto open doors in a torrential downpour…I waved thru the glass just for info and ask all question or 2. They saw me.. all 5 employees standing around chatting looking bored waiting to clock out early I guess. They saw me running to them in the rain. They pretended I wasn’t even there; No eye contact was made and they refused to acknowledge my existence. Waited 10 minutes and realized they have no soul to share. A simple sorry de neèht

Friendly staff, well maintained store and great selection for many different types of pets. We haven't used their doggie daycare or training center, but every time we see the dogs who are being cared for they look happy and the person attending them is always engaged with the animals in a positive way.The staff at the pharmacy/medical center are knowledgeable and we were able to avoid a visit to the vet when a staff member was able to see what was going on and recommend a product which solved the issue.

I love this PetSmart; especially the Pets Hotel. My dog goes to daycamp there, and she loves it. If it makes her happy, it makes me happy. I love how attentive they are, the pictures they take, and the care they give. Shopping for my dog here is convenient to do when I'm dropping her off and/or picking her up.

The fish are in small tanks that are way too overcrowded. A lot of them were dead or had fin rot. They are in poor living conditions & the fin rot can spread to other fish you have at home. Be careful.

They no longer want to groom my senior dog! He doesn't like the clippers on his legs after being cut a while ago and will nip at.the groomer. I told them that on check in. They have been using the scissors on his legs. Well, the check out person told me that takes time and there will be an upcharge. I already pay over $50 for his grooming. First it was they can't groom him on the weekends. I agreed and i always make his appointment during the week. Lastly she says soon we won't be able to groom him at all because he's older and it takes too much time! Customer for 13 years and this is how you treat us. How about creating Senior day instead of discarding them! Definitely didn't like her tone today...will start searching for a groomer that will be a little more gentle!

They allowed my little rotten guy to come inside and pick his own toy out. He chose the minuture tennis balls go figure. He was so excited he left a gift on the floor for them. They applauded his efforts and didn't even get mad at him. He was a bit red in the cheeks, again he was excited and he couldn't hold back. Great store with plenty to choose from all round friendly staff. Thanks guy's and on brixtons behalf we are sorry about the mess.

Petsmart was full of fantastic stuff for your pets. I just got a new puppy the other day and we went there to get stuff for her. They had everything we needed and more as well as a cheap puppy book that had discounts and free items for your puppy. It was great.

I don’t understand how they are a Pet Store with all the essentials to keep aquariums clean, yet they fail to keep these poor fishes in poor condition. Some are even dead!In other news, they only have one cashier while the rest of the younger crew just hangs in the store. Poor management.

The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The grooming salon is awesome and they always do an amazing job with my dog. The bather I usually go to (kayla I think) Is always kind and has never disappointed when it comes to my dog. The staff has given me awesome recommendations of dog food for a picky eater.

Got my puppy groomed a week ago. I paid extra for her nails. She was cleaned but her nails were not trimmed. I appreciate the pointers on how to get her use to getting her nails trimmed. But don’t charge people for a service that you did not provide.Signed a scratched owner
