She expertly diagnosed and resolved the issue, ensuring the fish's well-being. Her problem-solving skills and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident throughout. She even repackaged the fish for safe transport home. Thank you for the outstanding service!

Everyone at this store is absolutely wonderful! I wish every customer service interaction was so wonderful as they always are here! This is not the closest pet supplies store to my house (nor is even the closest Pet Supplies Plus), but I go further for better service. They are always helpful and happy.

**Sunday 2/25/24 @ 4:45-6pm**Customer service is NOT dead!The staff that was working at the time of my lengthy visit were superb. The store was swarming with people and they were sure to give individual greetings, care, attention andPrompt assistance to each patron. I witnessed a couple of difficult customers that were handled very cordially and gracefully. I had to wait much longer than usual for the dog wash, as two others were taking an excessive and inconsiderably long time to finish (30+min) . The staff consistently checked in with me to make sure I was not upset with the wait and make sure things were moving along. With them being so courteous and occupying myself with perusing the aisles, I did not mind the wait at all. Great job to those hard working ladies !

All the members so far have been awesome. When you walk in the door, one would expect a blast of not so pleasant smells. All the members must spend every minute cleaning and disinfecting. CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN!

Absolutely love this place! Such a great addition to the Mesquite area I was driving to Greenville before. Love all the options they have and staff is super friendly. I just wish their exotic animal section was a little bigger for my rabbits to get them more stuff but they do carry Oxbow which is awesome!Love love their bath section for dogs it saves my tub from being clogged by my husky. Definitely a returning customer.

Bathed our dog, the one that hates water, and came out of it completely dry. They supply the rubber bibs, 4 different kinds of shampoo, dryers, and endless dry towels. We're taking our other three dogs!

Took my dog for the self serve dog wash and it was an easy and great experience. I paid at the front and took my dog for the wash in the back. They provide shampoos, towels and blow dryer. Will be returning regularly.

The dog washing station is amazing. They have a wash savings card for multiple washes. It's great. The best part is bulk treats. The variety is really nice. You can get a pound of all different treats and the price is awesome.

Love going here. I keep a 20 gal planted community tank and have never seen such well stocked, well maintained tanks in a pet store before. The employees here are awesome, and have a good selection of products, both for my fish and my roommate's cockatiels. I'll be purchasing from this location regularly going forward :)

Today was cookie day! @Mr. Scylus likes to go in and sniff as if he were in dog heaven. We went to the case where all of the cookies were and made a great selection. I also noticed because I requested that they have Birthday Cakes for sale, too. $9.99 is a great price for a dog cake. For Valentines Day, the store is selling heart, cupcake with sprinkles, and red colored cookies. They are not pricey or expensive. Hey, before going to Pet Supplies Plus, check your emails. Great coupons this month. Happy Paw-ling-tine to you. (I tried)🤣

Took my grandkids here to see some pets. They lived the many variety of fishes, but we're impressed with the lizards, snakes, spiders. It was feeding time for the reptiles, so they got a chance to see up close how the tarantula, lizards & snakes ate & what they ate. The staff was awesome with talking to the kids, answering their questions & giving them an up close look at the animals. Oh, they also got a chance to see the dogs being bathed. Aside from wanting to "pet" all the dogs, they loved their visit here.

This was my 3rd visit and I was pleasantly surprised to find out.......I was getting refrigerated dog food. My dog is a little picky so I asked if they ever did samples. I was told that if your dog ever dislikes a food from their store you can return it and get an exchange or refund for it...(as long as the bag or roll...as in my case...is not half empty). Keep it in its original packaging... they will not throw it away but instead it will be donated to local shelters! I was so excited about this.... my dog can now discover new brands and flavors without it going to waste and costing me an arm or a leg. This will be my permanent pet supply store... thanks PSP!!Shout out to their smiling, friendly staff who are always so helpful.

Kind of pricey but can find good deals on treats etc. Most of the employees are really nice but the last time the lady was a bit dismissive with my 10 year old.
