I needed my roughly 10 year old pond to be helped as it had developed leaks. So why not update it in the process!!:-) Travis and Luke came out, took measurements, heard my wants, discussed my options and forwarded us an estimate within a few days. Next thing I know, we're submitting a signed contract so they can start work once we get back in town!What can I say...Travis, Francisco, Joe, and the crew arrived and got down to business. Next thing I know, I've got a great sized safe haven not only for the 3 fish, but Bob the Turtle, while they're doing reconstruction! At the end of the project, I've got a gorgeous pond that the fish and Bob are thoroughly enjoying. Francisco, Joe, and the guys are phenomenal in their craftmanship and execution of my hopeful wants when it came to bringing the design to fruition. I've got a sitting rock where I can put my feet in the water, much to the chagrin of the fish, resting said feet on a lovely ledge, that makes it easier for Bob to get out and sunbathe:-) There's several bog/water plant spots to be enjoyed, a relaxing waterfall, and lights that exude a calming ambiance when I come home late at night. Who knew I'd get a few extras from them remembering our chats and working out how they could be incorporated:-0I love how gorgeous and relaxing is our upgraded pond, and how inclusive the guys made it with the rest my yard design.And now Dickson is charged with keeping it that way!!:-) I know just who to call when I need help!:-) On behalf of Bob, Bernard, Beatrice, and Bastian, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Travis and team are top notch when it comes to customer service and over delivering!! Honest and straightforward run business. I recommend Dickson Bros to anyone who needs repairs on their pool equipment and wants them done right the first time.

They have a bit of everything. The staff was friendly. They were pretty busy when we went. We didn't have to wait long to be helped with replacement parts. I can say they need assistance in the servicing department, because the only person (Travis) was too busy to assist us in a timely manner. We ended up just walking out.

This store has changed from what it once was. I recently brought a pump in to have it looked at to see what the problem was. They wanted to open a "ticket on it" before they would unscrew four screws to look at the one part inside the pump. To open up this ticket the price would have been $90. I could buy a new pump at this price. I just walked out and will never go back again. In the past they would have opened it up told you what was wrong and sold you the part needed. Now the store under their new manager is all about cheating the customer and not helping- the customer.

They have everything you need for your pool OR pond. Very friendly knowledgeable staff willing to help you with any questions. Amazing selection of live Koi and pond plants. If you're starting a pond this is the place to go.

very RUDE service manager-Luke was very helpful-They also charge 75 dollars just to show up and it does not apply to final bill. This is a terrible policy and I am a longtime customer-have NEVER been treated like this by any employ.No more

This store is terrible. They do not list the prices of their products. the pool robots are not listed at all. they have to go find a book then tell me by the product number. so if you want the rpices of 2 of them its a mess.... this would be avoided by PUTTING THE PRICE OF PRODUCTS. Then a person who "wanted to help" told me that the o-ring i had picked for my filter was wrong. He didnt know what my filter is asked for pictures but he was sure 100% positive i had the wrong one. didnt even try to help me find the right one but he know i had the wrong one. guess what grasshopper it happened to be the right one... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND TERRIBLE PRICES save money go to AMAZON

I have used DB for over 20 years. Never been disappointed or had a problem. Fair pricing and quality service. Over the years, they have replaced my pump, filter, pool light and heater. I can recommend them without reservation.Talk to Travis (the service manager), he will always tell you the truth and what to expect. Sometimes there is a wait for service, but that happens when you are dependable and busy. There is a reason these guys have been in business for years.Thanks again!!

Great place and people.They had a very hard to find Polaris pump part in stock. They were happy to sell me the part to install myself without demanding that their service person made a "service call" ($$$) before as did other Polaris repair/warranty locations.Will definitely buy from them again.

I was having a terrible time getting water corrected after extended down time due to a water leak repair. A local pool store was unsuccessful in correcting the problem so I drove the 20 miles to Dickson Brothers. Should have done that from the beginning. Travis was awesome and basically held my hand through the process, telling me to be patient. After reporting status to him daily, my pool water is blue again and balanced. Dickson Brothers provides the best customer service.

I requested Dickson Brothers come out and give me a quote to replace a liner in a sump pool. They required $300 up front before coming out with $150 discount on job if we used them. I paid and they did come out and looked but never returned a call or email and never provided a price to replace the liner.

Great spot for pond plants and koi. Customer Service is hit or miss depending on who is there and how busy the place is. Typically, whoever is helping with the outside plants and fish are friendly and helpful. Pricing for pond supplies is pretty marked up. Inspect any pumps you purchase from them before you walk out the door with the product.

I have been using Dickson Brothers for years and should have done a review sooner. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable and the store is well stocked.The service department is outstanding. These days it can be hard to find someone to trust and is reliable when it comes to your pool equipment. Travis, the service advisor, has been patient and helpful when I have called about something breaking down or not working correctly. If he can tell you a simple fix over the phone, he will. He does his best in getting you scheduled quickly when you have problems and gives you honest quotes and does not try to oversell you.Joe, the service technician, is amazing in repairs and installs. We have had him doing everything from simple valve repairs, to installing a new heater, and now removing the old equipment and replacing the plumbing and new pump and filter system in one hundred degree heat. Joe is a craftsman in his trade and fun to watch. He is very patient in explaining how to operate your new system, which is so good for an old guy like me.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I initially went in to buy some new o rings for my leaking pool motor. I had no idea what I needed but the sweet girl at the front helped me find exactly what I needed. Then while reinstalling my motor I broke a little plastic piece that was critical for the operation of the machine. I went back to Dickson with little hope that they would have the replacement and as it turns out they don’t even sell the part, HOWEVER, they keep a scrap pile of old motors in the back and they pulled the part I needed off of another unit and sold it to me for next to nothing. They will have me as a customer for life now! Thank you Dickson Brothers! Really appreciate you guys.

I picked up my repaired Polaris a .few weeks ago. It works like a charm now. But the end result came about only after a very involved process that included several calls directly to Polaris due to out of warranty issues and continued failures of the unit. Throughout it all Travis, Jesse, and others in your repair group worked with us and were very helpful in rectifying the situation. I admit that we were not the easiest of customers to deal with, but we are extremely satisfied with the results, and we will continue to use Dickson Brothers as our pool needs supplier.

Dickson Brothers has serviced mine and my family’s pools for over 30 years. They have always given us the soundest advice on keeping pool chemicals in check. Recently at 2022/2023 years end I was in trouble with 2 pool sweeps. Freezing weather and they were closed for holiday’s and their inventory. When Travis heard I was alone and in trouble he and his team stepped up and fixed my problems without questioning my lack of experience. Even let me call with questions throughout the weeklong ordeal.Never have I experienced any better customer service. They treated my problem like I was part of their family.

A great experience with Dickerson Brothers! I have been in the store before to buy parts for minor maintenance, where everyone was very helpful, but this was my first major maintenance experience. Travis was very honest about the timeline to get the work done, even moving it up a week due to a cancellation. Joe arrived on schedule and was very professional. You could tell it was not their first day on the job. I would recommend Dickerson for any needs! 👍

I have been nothing but pleased with my experience with Dickson Brothers. All of the staff are very informative and helpful each time you go into the store. They greet you and are very responsive in getting you the help you need. I was having a difficult time with my pool and going back daily for help. The store manager Travis personally came over to see our pool and make a judgement call on what it needed so that our family could swim safe and comfortably… I was so pleased and thankful… Joe was very helpful in giving me steps and tips to keep the pool clean and how to maintain our pool. I recommend them to anyone I know and as a family owned business, let’s help keep Mesquite family businesses going… thanks for everything you do!
