Outstanding service. I have been a customer of Muddy Paws for over a year. I also have used their boarding service, where my dog stayed 4 days. Very pleased with their grooming, and how they took great care of my dog. Excellent communication, as they provided pictures of my dog, while it stayed overnight.

After boarding with them few times and paying decent prices the third time was a nightmare experience and a boat load of hidden fees charged that are not labeled on the boarding form or on website!! Not realizing the fees but told later by owner, the lady was not willing to work with us to waive the fees on part because we were unaware as a courtesy! Not going back, lost a customer over fees!

Amazing service and had availability for cat grooming! I would've waited another month or two to get our cat Onion groomed anywhere else, they had amazing service and very friendly staff. Our cat is adorable with her cut and she smells fantastic! She was not stressed out at pick up or anything! She went right back to her normal self as soon as we got home.

First time taking my dog to get groomed at Muddy Paws and I am so happy and pleased with their service. The owner and her staff are very welcoming. The groomer (Cris) did an AMAZING job with my dog. I’m so glad I found Muddy Paws. Will definitely be returning.

First time taking my puppy to get groomed. They did an amazing job! They were very sweet with him. I could hear the groomer talk to Oreo, being super nice. When oreo came out. He was a super happy puppy. Definitely recommend this place and price was reasonable. Great place.

We took our babies in ( our cat for the first time ever outside of our home) and the staff were very helpful, supportive, answered every question I had, and dealt very well with me going back and forth like a worried mom who left her kids at school for the first time. The price is very reasonable and our babies look great. They took very good care of our cat and made sure that she was not stressing out too much. To my surprise they had very little trouble with our usually out of control spoiled rotten Chihuahua.Thanks for the great care 💚, Cleo 🐈 , Chikis 🐾 , and their mom's 🙂

Everyone is always so friendly and upbeat here.not like other places where they just take the dog with no smile. From check in to pick up never had any issues with anything. You can reach out to the owner who always is more then willing to go above to help out my little dog is a handful and can be wild but the staff gets her to calm down.she actually jumps from me to them..shows me they are doing right by my pup. Hands down wouldn't go anywhere else..you go muddy paws..

Great grooming service. I would recommend to call their other line in the event the 956-277 line doesn’t get answered. That way you will then text with a member of their team and get an appt as early as the following day. They are definitely worth the extra step. Owner is amazing and always willing to help. They always take care of our Charlie and would highly recommend them to anyone. Their new location is in Mercedes across of Borderland Hardware store. It’s a mauve color building, suite isn’t titled yet as they just moved in but they are in the suite next to the second hand store. New location is a nice upgrade from the La Feria location. (Just a few minutes away from La Feria). Please give them an opportunity they are wonderful & caring to fur babies.

I am very pleased with Roscoe's grooming. I was a little skeptical because of taking him from his former groomer of 10yrs, but he did greatThis place is more convenient for me it's only 3 mins from my house..The owner is very caring and and flexible. I will now try there Boarding which is a BIG plus because he will be handled by the same people.

They were so good to our Odin. They were so very nice and kept in contact with us since they were behind on their appointments. They even sent me a picture of him getting bathed to ease my separation anxiety. lolI highly recommend them.
