I love I can get my whole "to do list" done at 1 place.Not only do they have great grocery selections, but you can pay your taxes, get your vechile registered, mail items and get stamps.... I'm sure I've missed some of the other services, as they offer so many!Always professional and helpful staff.... all of them have been so kind and always have a smile on their face. Not 1 time have I asked for help finding something and the staff hasn't 1 time happily walked right to the item! Very much appreciated

H-E-B in Harlingen was perfect and had everything we need with an amazing variety of foods and personal health care items aswell as a cosmetics section, This location has always been very good and the staff have only ever been helpful so I've never had not one bad visit!!Five Stars across the board!!🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

HEB has always been a great place to shop. Did I mention their store brands are very high quality and if you don't agree,, they will give you your money back? What I like seeing even more is Managers disinfecting frozen and refrigerator door handles every hour. Team work is the key to keep pushing forward.

It's a good heb but it is bother some when I'm trying to shop for food and they keep stopping to do activities that are being held in the store y not do them outside so people who need to buy groceries can do what they need a get out

I recommend a bigger space. The town has grown and everything has stayed the same and a little crowded. I think this HEB is due for an update. Parking is bananas, but the cashiers and baggers are always kind and willing to help. This hometown store thrives off of the kind and happy employees.My review is merely on lack of space, lighting and parking.

My friendly H.E.B., where I love to shop for groceries. Can always find what I'm looking for and when I can't their employees direct me to where I need to be without any hesitation, even stop what they are doing to take me to the product, thank you staff for that kind gesture. It means a lot to this old lady cashiers are fast and efficient, especially Adelita, we love checking out with her everytime, nice and friendly lady. There sacker Veronica always friendly and with her warm beautiful smile. Not to say the least about Alexis at the meat market, always greets us with a smile and ver attentive and helpful. Great experience grocery shopping at H.E.B.

They really need to up their produce game. Selection on several items is also very limited. Hill Country Fare Central would be a more fitting name to this store. If you want more brand name options , visit Westgate or San Juan or any McAllen or Mission store. In Cameron county the Harlingen store fares out a bit better in selection.

Scanned a coupon in-store to app to save some money, but when I got to the counter to pay and scanned my coupon, it wouldnt accept it, some "system error". The employee called for assistance due to the error on screen, some girl named Krystal said there was nothing you all could do to give me the savings from the coupon. Didnt even offer to enter it manually, call for assistance, all she said was that because it was a digital coupon I had to call "support". Now I know that a manually entry/coupon could have been done but she didnt offer. I live and shop in Mercedes, but I'd rather drive to Weslaco/Harlingen and give them my business. She needs to learn about customer service, helping the customer, etc. Very disappointed in "my HEB"😡

Well I am very satisfied with the service merchandise and everything at the Heb store but I wish that you could close the store a lot later like maybe 12:00 am like before sometimes I want to buy something but then I see it's around 10:30 PM and I around 70 year old and I think by the time I get dressed the store is already closed so if you could just keep them open until 12 would be great.

The store is good for basic needs. However I've tried all of the HEB brand corn tortillas for flautas, taquitos, enchiladas and they crack and fall apart So I get the Mission or Guerrero brands I'm used to and they hold up well. HEB shredded cheeses have an off taste and texture so I buy brand names like Kraft and Sargento. Use Pure Leaf unsweetened tea (not carried in HEB) Tried Texas brands but not as good. Only Texas says "Unsweet" tea whereas all other brands and places say "unsweetened'. I go elsewhere to get Pure Leaf. Store packaged chicken always has big wads of fat and skin tucked underneath that you don't see till you get home. Give it to the dog. Again I get brand names to get better quality meat. Bottom line I still have to pay more to get the quality I want.

Love HEB, always clean, friendly and great service. I dare you to compare to the little company like Walmart. Heb has always helped the community when disaster strikes. Heb even donated 10 Million Dollars to Uvalde to help build a new school.

H.E.B might not have everything we are looking for but that's not the problem. My husband and I were waiting in line and we saw something unbelievable. This poor old man trip on something that the employee left behind and instead of the management telling the employee to move it they both started laughing at the poor man. Neither the employee or management did anything. We found it really sad.

Store was very clean. Only problem was the limited selection of soft drinks. I know they say their is a shortage of aluminum but never have I seen only one section and it was very bare. And the produce section was smaller then I'm use to but very neat and clean..

Store is clean and people that work there are very helpful. My only issue was the limited selection of frozen vegan food at the time of my visit. It's not a deal breaker, as I'm sure it'll get better with time.

Not a great HEB. Very small selection which could be forgiven since it's rather small but then it's also packed at all times. They don't open many lines, the parking is terrible, and the food items are not organized well throughout the store in my opinion.I prefer the one on Lincoln in Harlingen but this one is much closer to me so I end up there when I need last minute items. Otherwise I try to avoid it.Also what's the deal with ALL the gas pumps missing the latch that lets you auto pump without holding the trigger down the entire time?

My hometown HEB. No other grocery store to shop at. Get most of my groceries here but do go to other HEB's for items not found here locally. Staff friendly and helpful. Always end up buying more than what I go in for. So sometimes I won't take a shopping cart and will only buy what I can carry in my arms. Love my HEB!

I always love H-E-B, I only go here because it's convenient. This store is actually very crowded ALL THE TIME! There's not much parking and never enough registers opened. I do like that they have improved the store a bit here and there. But the teenagers they have at the registers are so annoying. After you've waited forever in line they're rude offer no greeting or smile and cashiers are constantly talking over your shoulder to their friends at the next register. It's very annoying to be totally invisible as a paying customer. This place definitely needs to be overhauled.

I really like going to this store. Everything is neat and organized. There have been some changes to the layout since the last time I went. Front entrance was very clean and spacious.
