Went through the drive thru for lunch to pick up 3 orders of tacos. When we opened the boxes we found all the orders were in pools of grease. I could only eat a 1/2 they were so gross. I called to complain and the OWNER wanted me to go back with all the food. Lunch is only 30 mins there was no way, so I was basically robbed because we threw away the nasty food and got back to work. He wouldn’t even replace the orders. He was so rude and uneducated as well as unprofessional. I feel sorry for this employees. Worst customer service Ive ever encountered.

Went here for cheesy steak fingers and cheesy dude. Total disappointment. They gave my son a regular dude not the cheesy we ordered. My toast and steak fingers were burned and not only was there no cheese in it there was little meat. They refused to give me dilly bars cause the surveys were expired. I spent twenty bucks for this garbage and they want to be like that. I may go to DQ again but it won't be this location.

I use ro like eating at this restaurant, but since receiving very BAD service from a staff that does not pay attention to customers orders I got sent home with a completely wrong meal. On top of that they want me to come back the same day with gas prices on the rise to bring back messed up order and get the right order. I'm not from Mercedes. It's not me that messed up. Most places when they messed up will ask u to come another day,but this place is too cheap they want me to come same day.Not anymore

Use to eat there a lot. Especially during the winter season down here. The last 2 times including this evening have been horrible. Employees were leaving cooked food sit too long. Therefore receiving it almost cold. Also employees weren't serving it by ticket number. Wont be going back anytime soon. Many places to eat down here with better hot food and better service. This has been a joke the last couple of times

I am not going to give detail just watch how they don't wash their hands or they don't change gloves. They charged you pay they give you food with the same gloves they touch money food, ice cream cone,shakesMoney!!! And then they give it to youThey are safe but we are not!!!!After more then several times I was checking if they do any different and no is the same!!

Local favorite. Food is always great. Service is also great. I appreciate being able to go during lunch and it doesn't take very long to get my food. Love the quick food service.

Omgosh we've been ordering the Blizzard flavor- Chocolate Dipped Strawberry with Heath bar added and is LIFE!! It's our new favorite and hope and pray they never discontinue!!! Thank you Dairy Queen of Queen city of Mercedes.

They rush you at drive thru when you are placing your order like you are a bother for being there. Some of their employees are nice and patient but not on this particular date.

Curteous, friendly and very fast service. When your in a clean establishment, you are comfortable eating your meal. When your eating a hot meal, you know a lot of care went into that. Thank you Dairy Queen, your the best, hands down.

Its great sometime but some days the order takes too long and sometimes they forget the order all together.Also they only have one soft drinks machine and it hard for some who dont know how to use

I enjoy going to this Dairy Queen. The dinning area and as well as the restroom are always very clean. Issaiah Q. Was very helpfull and patient as I had no idea what I really wanted to order. He took the time to go through a few of my choices and helped me come to a decision. Thank you Issaiah!

Of course everyone knows Dairy Queen but here in Mercedes, TX the food is always fresh and the ice cream delicious, the service is fast and friendly. My 3 little girls love coming here!

First time here. Just finished an Nachos Deluxe. I am about to explode! This place is not messing around with their Nacho plate. It formed a hill and was with a lid. The chips were salted, which to me is a big plus. Plenty of beef in there too. When working in Weslaco, this is my new DQ spot.
