Absolutely serene and beautiful. Upkeep is impeccable. River is accessible to your likings and people are extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a vacay spot or possible temp to permanent living if have own RV. Very peaceful and located by the dam and other local attractions and quick shopping.

Beautiful greenery, lush trees, free laundry. Bathrooms were very dirty, no door to the toilet, open walls with half finished plumbing and nowhere to put your accessories as you shower. Not ADA accessible.

Wow! An amazing place to experience Texas hospitality. Come feel like Family, don't be afraid to share with neighbors. Everyone is very friendly. A+, Menard RV! Bob, Ken and the crew will get y'all taken care of.Awesome amenities, picnic parks near by, small town feel, quiet and quaint.

Talk about a “shelter in the storm”, this RV park saved me as I was caught in an ice storm and hit some black ice on the highway when I lost control of my travel trailer. I knew I had to stop and found Menard. Such a blessing!! I was greeted by some full timers who got me all settled and even brought me soup that night!! The owner practically gave me spot for a couple of nights...so cheap! The park is scenic and has a lake. Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you, Menard!

We stumbled across this amazing campground. It is lovely, inexpensive($20.00) and near a beautiful river! It will be our stopping place for sure when traveling north and back down!

Beautiful & affordable. Large sites, huge Oak & Pecan trees shade entire campground. Entire park is well kept, mowed, no trash on ground, the San Sabas River runs right behind campground. We were passing through on our way home, we will come back to spend some time here. The Presidio San Sabas & the Mission San Sabas are close by and worth seeing. Management very nice, came by to make sure we were happy with our site. Loved it!

Needs lots of maintaining done and kept up with. Dorms are unfit for people to stay there due to bugs and spiders around the beds and in bathrooms. Needs better lighting at night since lots of kids and youth go there.

The be big trees so much shade. You have the river running beside it , it's great for fishing , there's a damn down from the park for swimming and more fishing and the caretaker is one of the nicest men your gonna meet names Ken
