This company is a scam. I emailed them 13 days after placing my order (which was the day it arrived) asking for a return due to the dog bed being much lower quality than expected. Per their FAQ on their website, they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and will accept returns within 14 days. They emailed back asking for proof of low quality. I sent back two videos demonstrating the low quality and explaining why it wasn’t what I expected. That was November 9, 2023. Today is November 27 and I still haven’t received details for my return. I have sent them 2 additional emails between now and November 9 asking about my return, but the company has not sent details as of yet. They charged me $90 for a bed that is maybe worth $15. It’s so thin that you can knock loudly on the ground through the bed! The inside fluff is clumpy and the whole thing is extremely light. Don’t waste your time and money!
