Highly recommend! Our first vet visit and my dog was loved on, the environment was clean, and he was comfortable. He took his shots like a champ. Doc was wonderful and her nurse was the same. The nurse went into detail and knew everything she was talking about. Cost was affordable. We will be back ❤️

Quick to the point care, now that’s what I call professional! No filler jabber or upselling. Simple quality friendliness! And since a sick visit didn’t break the bank I can now save up and bring my other fur babies. Two hours after dosing for pain my decrepicat is up and eating more. I’m very happy!Update: second visit…. Just as great as the first! We have found our new vet :)

STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!We used easy vet when we had to put our sweet golden retriever to sleep.They were compassionate during the initial phone call which made me feel better.When we arrived they had a room waiting. The room was set up for us to have some time with our sweet girl, with a blanket on the floor for her.Bethany walked us through the entire process. She was so sweet and kind.When Dr. Motley came in she was also incredibly kind, patient, and compassionate.We were offered as much time as we needed before and after.They made sure our sweet Sophie was comfortable.It was a rough day but the service and compassion offered by Bethany and Dr. Motley was beyond our expectations. I cannot recommend them enough.

Such a wonderful vet. Today I called because our normal vet couldn’t get our sweet girl in until Monday. We were a bit nervous, and our girl can be a little scared sometimes. From the moment we walked in the door, they were kind, and we felt so very welcomed. Our girl didn’t bark like crazy and we were placed directly into a room. The room was clean, and there was two seats. They came right in, sat down on the floor and we really liked that. Our pit gets a little nervous when people stand, so another star for her. I could go on, but seriously an amazing vet. They’re taking care of our girls ears. We will be back in two weeks for a check up. Choose this vet!

I couldn’t be happier with EasyVet Melissa! They were the only vet with a 30ish mile radius that could get my sick puppy in(2 days before Thanksgiving)!I drove almost 40 mins and let me say I will continue to drive and bring my dogs here! The staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Kahan was thorough, explained everything and was so genuine (which in my opinion is hard to find in a vet). He even went over the estimate himself which most places the techs go over them… that’s how thorough he was!!!This is a vet place you can trust!!!

This is my second time visiting EastVet, this time in Melissa with my old Ch Chi. My first visit was in Allen late last year with my injured pup Nacho. Both visits I was greeted by the same technician. I apologize I missed her name, but she instantly recognized me and was so personable. Both the Vet and her technician listened thoroughly to my pets history, my concerns, and were quality of life conscious. As a previous veterinary technician, EasyVet has been the most welcoming and judgmental free clinic I have been to in a very long time. I live 30 minutes away from their closest clinic in Melissa but plan to fully transfer all of my pets to EasyVet’s care in the near future.

I’m so thankful for EasyVet-Melissa! We had a situation on a Saturday morning that we felt couldn’t wait until Monday when our regular vet would be able to see us. I called and was able to take my pup in right away. She was treated, medicated and resting comfortably at home within an hour of my call. The best part was the transparency of cost and just the cost itself. This trip didn’t break the bank and for a dog mama of 3, I need a vet like that :) We will definitely be returning and am eager to make this location our new spot.

Sent my kids to get the dog vaccinated and they came back very happy along with our dog. They reported it was a complete success and the dog got lots of treats and attention. They enjoyed the vet tech and Dr. who did a well check and 3 vaccinations. Such a great experience especially for my daughter who wants to work with dogs.

Used to go to the one in McKinney till they took 5 payments for a wellness plan and refused to refund. Went out here to Melissa because it is closest to home and had the same doc we started with in McKinney but no wellness plans here anymore. Slightly a shock as I was expecting to pay wellness plans cost but that was doubled. Nothing we pushed, nobody was rude, and everyone was awesome with my two pups. I’d pay more without a plan to have exceptional staff. (Would def prefer a plan though)
