If you enjoy the following:- repeatedly being hung up on,- ignored,- treated as though you are back in 1st grade,- speaking with someone whose foreign accent is so thick you have to ask them to repeat themselves,- never get a clear answer,- out of stock medicines,- make you call your doctor to switch a prescription because the pharmacy is too busy to make an effective phone call,- enjoy deadlines changing without notice,- enjoy extra trips to the pharmacy after being told a medicine is in stock, available AND ready for pickup by a certain time but when you arrive, there’s no record in their system this conversation was held…then THIS IS YOUR PHARMACY!Basic customer service (aka Communication) goes a long way toward a 3-star. When that gets fixed, then I will happily change this review to that. Until then, Im sorry, but a wholehearted ONE.Walmart employees have better people skills than your pharmacy.

Over twenty minutes for a prescription when we were next she legitimately asked if we wanted our change back…. no I want to donate it to CVS. I’d never come here unless you have too.

Wish I could rate negative stars because this pharmacy is awful. They have lied about insurance coverage to me and made me pay over $80 for a $5 prescription that I know is covered. I called my insurance and told them and they said that this location made zero attempt to contact them and yet the person at the counter told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it. They refuse to fill my prescription that was prescribed in JANUARY and I can never get a hold of them. I called several times with no answer, and when they do answer they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hang up. Overall awful location, I have NEVER had so much trouble with a pharmacy before.

Go to brookshires pharmacy they always do there job well and fill medication with no issues at all!! 💯 Walgreens is the place to go they have plenty of soboxone my doctor sent my medication to Walgreens today and I had no problem getting it.. filled on top of everything I paid 20 bucks for 90 strips 8mg/2mg got my medicine in less than 10 minutes as you can read all the reviews don't have your medication sent to this pharmacy at all %0 they told me they would have to order my medication after my doctor sent it there.. that's a no always call before you send anything I called Walgreens they had no problem telling me we have plenty of your medication tablets or strips and yeah my doctor did his job and the pharmacy at Walgreens did 💯 and had my medicine filled in 10 minutes or less go to Walgreens that's all I can say about everything but don't sent it to this CVS ever!!!!!

Worst cvs pharmacy I've ever been to. Never have your prescriptions on time. When they run out they can't get your prescriptions delivered to this particular store but the one in Anna has no problem. Staff is rude and unattentive. I live 2 minutes away from this cvs. I gladly drive past it to go to the one in Anna that gives much better service and actually has the prescriptions on time and in stock in a timely manner. I love living in Melissa it's a shame that we are treated this way by the local cvs.

Always slow, prepare to wait in line for 30 minutes or more. When they don't have my prescription they send the order to another store in Mckinney on Eldorado and don't even notify me so it's a gamble if I can get it or have to drive 20 minutes to get it.

The pickup line is always long and moves slow. Every single time I pickup the price they give me is rather high and I use an app on my phone to show me a better deal is available. They honor it but they have to re enter everything and it takes forever. Last time it took me 30mins to get to the window and then over 15 at the window for my turn. I honestly didn't time it but I don't think that is exaggerating.

Absolute waist if time. Staff was so unorganized. Waited half a day and still never got our RX. Ended up sending it to Walgreens where they went out of their way to get our meds.

I hate writing negative reviews but I would NOT recommend this pharmacy.The staff is very nice but 3 reasons why this pharmacy is a nightmare. 1. The drive thru takes 10 min per car 2. They do not take BCBS insurance 3. I’ve tried calling three times and my doctor has tried calling twice and they have never answered the phone despite waiting on hold for over 30 minutes each time.

They don't care about people here!!! They take their sweet time and will take 24 hrs to fill your medicine and then you have to try a get someone in order to pick it up

The ratings are telling arrived noon told my prescription would be ready in 15. Left and came back at 5pm spend 30 minutes in the drive thru line only for the prescription to not be ready. Asked to come in the store to spend another 15min in line

Nice store that has most of what you need in a large pharmacy store. Self checkout also for speed and convenience.
