Worst gas station. I selected and filled in #87 gas (price is $2.99/gal) at pump 7, but after I received the receipt I found they charged me #92/93 price($3.799/gal). They cheated! They charged premium price for regular gas at behind! They may think customer will not check the receipt so they cheated!This is not 1st here. I argued with the store seller last time but he insisted that they are correct. It’s been a while and I forgot this issue and I don’t have gas so I have to come here again, and then I found they still do the same thing! I have to speak it out! Do not be cheated!

I would never stop here unless it was for the cheap gas. My card wasn’t accepted at two stations, had to use Apple Pay to make it work. And no receipt. Very disappointed. Would not get gas here unless I really had to

This place is a cess pool. I come in every other day & have NEVER seen the donuts/muffins moved or changed out or replaced. In the beginning, I got a donut and a muffin (big mistake) and the donut was rock hard inside. The muffin tasted and had the texture of cremated remains, and I ended up getting sick after. They leave pizza in there for days as well. And it’s always the same: meat and pepperoni, no variety or rotation. Nothing is ever stocked. If you want a spooky place to get your scares in for Halloween, this biohazard is your place!

This store has really gone downhill over the past year or so. Poorly staffed and dirty. Trash had been overflowing and attracting flies and bees last couple of visits. One morning, the inside wasn't even open when it should have been. I would recommend avoiding this location until they get it together.11/20/23 Update: Made the mistake of needing gas and stopping by. It has not gotten better. Inside was no stocked. Coffee/creamers not being maintained. I managed to get a cup of something that looks like coffee....but tastes like last weeks batch.

I came into the store to purchase water and cigarettes. The older Mexican man who checked me out also checked out other younger men who purchased tobacco products. He did not card any of them, but decided to card me. I feel as if that is discriminatory. After the card terminal showed approved on my card terminal and I began walking to my car, he proceeded to yell at me. I turned around and he said Nevermind it was approved. I did not appreciate being treated like that at all. Everyone should receive the same treatment. Carding someone should be done for tobacco products, but it should be everyone…not just black females. I will not be going back and I plan to escalate this behavior as far up as I can.

This store is very convenient for me where I work but I do not like it anymore. They're always out of gas the foreigners that are running it don't understand that things that they have are important to continue carrying on a regular basis. They stopped making fresh tea because people buy more coffee you're supposed to make both. Geeeeeez. And that's just the beginning. 🙄

WARNING ! ! ! ! ! THIS GAS STATION HAS SKIMMERS ON THE GAS PUMPS. A credit card I rarely use was hijacked and used several times after I paid at the pump.

Pumped a gallon of gas this morning and my tank did not receive any gas. Card was charged and no receipt paper of course. I didn’t realize my tank received no gas until I was on the road with lots of traffic. Tried calling the store immediately and the phone does not work. Returned to the store that same morning and no refund available. Apparently they are having lots of customers with issues and have very poor management. If possible, go elsewhere!

I went in to grab some energy drinks for my day. The staff, including someone who appeared the be the manager, were speaking to each other, and all their masks were below their face. Most of the customers going inside did not have masks on either. I spent 9 months this year battling cancer, and I cannot afford to be in establishments that play Russian Roulette with people's health when 3,000+ people a day are dying and the rest are having severe complications. Because of finances, I had to go back to work, so I keep hand sanitizer on me and try to take many precautions. I'd like to say the service was good despite this, but the CSR finished talking with her coworkers for 30 seconds before greeting me and scanning my items, still wearing her mask on her chin, seemingly assuming the partition meant the mask was not necessary. Texas is under a health mandate for a reason, and if these employees are not wearing masks, I am going to assume they are not properly cleaning or sanitizing either. I will not visit establishments taking such unsafe health precautions.

This store cannot keep good help. Dewayne, the GM, is actively searching for someone to hire but nobody wants a job. Next time you are in the store, give these guys some props for sticking around to pick up the slack. Anybody would feel burned out by now, but recognition by anybody could really lift spirits and boost morale. Just a thought..

I have stopped here 2 times and both had horrible experience with the clerk. 1st time, I was in the restroom while my son was picking snacks and coinsidentaly a family friend comes in the store to buy beer and pay for gas. My son saw him and said hello. Then as he was going to pay, the clerk to him he could not sell him the beer because he insisted he and my son were together! He made my friend wait until I exited the restroom to prove the clerk that I was my son's father and we were not together with my buddy. He finally sold him the beer and I'm glad he didn't ask me for a DNA test! I thought it was funny yet the clerk never made a single facial expression and looked angry. 2nd time was last night (9/11/19) at around 10:45 pm. I was driving back to dallas with a friend and we pulled in to pick up a six pack of beer and cigarettes. So my friend who by the way is 53 years of age, got off to make the purchase while I waited in the vehicle. As he was going to pay the clerk asked him who he was with and replied "a friend" meaning me. Then told him he was not selling him the alcohol and asked him to show him my ID. So I gave him my ID so he could show it, then he told him I needed to get down as well to verify. So I get down and go in the store and surprise surprise! The same clerk from last time! Again incredibly rude, no expression, no common sense and zero customer service skills. He also tossed a couple of dollar bills on the counter that my friend had overpaid. They guy obviously has "mall cop mentality", I hope he doesn't offend the wrong person. I didn't get his name but is chubby white male about 5' 6" with very short hair almost shaved bald.

Purchased food and had a long drive home .... so ate some packaged pickles and half a sandwich when I was told by the sales associate Derrick that I had to leave the premise (I was in my car) or he would call the police. Very poor if not non existent customer service skills. I travel around 200 miles daily... this has never happened anywhere else to me. I asked for his managers name and company info.... he again was noncompliant but told me his manager does the same thing ... at least that is good to know

It has to be the slowest store to get in and out never enough cashiers to process customers It takes atleast 20 minutes to get through the line so don't go there if it's lunchtime you will spending your lunchtime in line

Clerk was very friendly and jovial. He checked out and asked if I wanted a bag and I said no but then changed my mind and said well maybe. He joked around with me which brightened my day. I hope his newborn daughter will be well taken care of by this kind man.

It's impossible to get gas here. The card payment doesn't work on most gas machines. Just go to racetrac south of here... it's much better!

The customer sevice isn't great, but I don't go to a gas station for good service. Their gas prices are good though, and are usually cheaper than everyone else's in the area.
