We have been using Pup CC since it opened for both boarding and grooming services. We had only 1 issue once last year, and it was quickly and kindly resolved. I trust them with my 3 dogs, and know that they are well taken care of when we travel.My grooming requests are particular, and I've never been disappointed. Andrea does a wonderful job and makes them feel safe during their time with her.I highly recommend!!

I love the fact that this groomer takes 1 dog at a time by appointment. They're fast, usually 1 hour for a full groom of my Shihtzu . On occasion you'll get a nice photo shoot of your pet before and after. Andrea is very passionate about her work and does an amazing job. I highly recommend! Five stars.

Gus and Andrea are incredible with our dogs! We use them for grooming and house sitting the dogs when we take trips! They have earned our trust as well as the trust of our dogs, and we feel so blessed to have met them! So grateful we can rely on them to take care of our sweet pups!

Tried them out of convenience at our RV park recently and they blew my expectations out of the water. Our husky was the last dog of a long day for them, she came out looking better and was happier than being with our regular, much more expensive groomer. Pricing is extremely reasonable, service is great, definitely will be using them again!

Andrea is absolutely exceptional! I've trusted her with my mini poodles' grooming needs for several years, and recently, I had the privilege of participating in one of her grooming classes!The class, which lasted nearly 4 hours, was amazing from start to finish.Andrea has a knack for making intricate grooming techniques seem like a piece of cake. Her teaching style is engaging, and she generously shares her wealth of knowledge with such enthusiasm that it's impossible not to get caught up in her passion for grooming.Prior to the class, I struggled to give my dogs a proper bath, let alone attempt any grooming or nail clipping. But after learning from Andrea, I've been able to confidently apply the techniques she taught me at home for the past 3 weeks! The transformation in my dogs' skin and coat has been nothing short of miraculous.What sets Andrea apart is not just her grooming expertise, but her genuine love and care for animals. We LOVE Pup Country Club. We live in the hill country with a 90 lb Oldie Goldie. When he’s ready for a groom, he’s definitely in need. They always come through and go above and beyond. Their prices are very reasonable and Rudy always comes out looking and smelling magnificent. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. This is a gem in the hill country for our fur babies.
