Worst service ever. Not sure how they are still on business. we bought a chicken coup for delivery. I had to fight with the delivery guy to not block my drive way. After a few discussions he put it next to the drive way. He used more time complaining of how complex it could be to do that, than just put it on the place I told him. It took 3 minutes only. Then, the contractor to assemble it came 2 weeks later. One guy that struggled for hours with no results. He left everything on the floor, some pieces were a little broken, with a cover I gave him telling me he would come other day. They also didn't take care of the leftover of the package, big wood boards that I don't know what to do with them. The assembling contractor came a week after with help to tell me there are missing parts and complaining about the quality of the product. He left again this afternoon leaving everything midway telling me he would return right away. Still waiting for them. We called to ask for help and we been hung up by the automated system many times, when we finally talked to someone, we were moved to different managers ending up with the waiting music and then the call dropped again. We paid $1K for the coop and $400 for the assembling and we don't have anything, but problems. No one to call, and no one to fix it.

Went there a couple of days ago to look for materials to build a chicken coop. Had no idea what I was going to do, but had a lot of questions. The manager, Mike, went above, and beyond to help us find all the right materials/answers and had some extremely helpful suggestions on how to complete the project. All the time while helping out other customers and making sure that they received the help they needed. Professional, very helpful, and patient. I would go out there and only there in the future. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience

My one stop chicken shop. Buy almost all my chicken supplies from here. In store lines can be long at times. I prefer curbside pick up. They usually have your order ready in 30 mins. Awesome

Don’t order plant’s online from Tractor Supply McKinney. Finally after 2 weeks, my Husband sent emails with no response and today called the store to find out what was going on. At first the Person did not know , finally she find that all of the plants were there. We never received notification from the store to come and pick up. You should see what we got. I do not know if any of these will make it. Very disappointed!

I live in a van and need propane for heat and this place doesn't even know how to schedule there deliveries to have propane they are always out every time I come to fill my tank

Went there to return an online item. Probably one of the most unorganized and dirtiest stores I’ve seen in a long time. Associates were very short staffed and not that friendly except the cashier woman. Prices for little kids mud boots were $10-30 more in store than online showed. There inventory was all out of place. I would never be back very disappointed.

Normally I would give Tractor Supply a 5, but today was disappointed because there was a female worker (not sure name, but she is about 6FT to 6FT 2in tall, and nose hoop) a lot more interested in her personal phone call, walking around acting like she was working for the entire 15-20 minutes I was I. The store. Very unprofessional for Tractor Supply!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The customer service is so good I’m still in the store to insure I don’t forget to write this review. JoAnn is EXTREMELY helpful! The employees here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They aren't overly pushy as some places can be. The store is always clean and we'll stocked, and if they do not have what you need in stock they will happily either order it or if unable to order it they'll tell you where you can purchase it.The live foul I've purchased have also been of excellent quality. The only issue I've had was purchasing 6 all pullet Rhode Island Reds, and they all turned out to be cockerels. By the time I realized it, there was no more live poultry in store, so I didn't pursue it. I've bought a total of 30 chicks, and lost none from disease, dehydration, etc. They were all happy healthy chicks when they came home.There is plenty of parking even if you have your trailer, and the lot is not over crowded with inventory like some have a tendency to be.There is a small clearance section along the very back wall that always has some serious price cuts as well.Overall a great store with great employees. Clean, easily accessible, and visible from the highway, with good parking and clean public restroom. (As of 06\20\2020 Dressing rooms are currently closed due to COVID-19)

Way too many difficulties dealing with a single purchase.I tried to order a chicken coop through the website last week. made the purchase and set delivery date. Immediately received an email after purchase stating the order was canceled but no reason why. Called customer service and the lady told me my local store was out of stock. Website did not say they were out of stock so i called the store. 2 in stock.I decided to just go into the store and purchase there. Shift lead lady was very helpful at the ordering kiosk. Made the purchase and set the delivery date.Fast forward to delivery date. I received a call from the delivery team within my window of arrival. They stated they could not make the deliver today as they have no trucks.....Seriously? I missed work to be here as its curb side delivery only. Now i will have to miss more work because they cant work. Did i mention i paid for this delivery???

This is a great location that always has what you need. And if for some reason they don't they will get it there quickly. I have yet to have to order something. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from the highway Access road. Fair prices and great quality products. accessible parking is available and the facility is accessible as well. This location also has snacks and drinks in case you're out working hard and haven't had time to stop and get something to eat. The customer service is great and the staff is always friendly. They're very prompt and getting you checked out and do their best to help you.

They just happen to carry the food I chose for my dog, which is incredibly convenient! I'm not your typical Tractor Supply Co. customer, so that was my first time going in there. They had the food I needed, which I was able to verify online before I came. Checked me out pretty quickly, and was on my way!They are located pretty conveniently, right off the highway, so getting in and out was no issue.

Went there at 6 pm I Saw Jhon newton's comment on here and he says that he was told that they stopped serving propane at 7pm I went their today at 6:20 pm ask two nice guys that were thier if I could get help to fill my propane tanks and they said sure we just need to get the person who has permission to do that so I understood that part it makes sense, but then I heard the woman who was encharge say to him tell him that their is nobody to fill propane imagine I ain't here and well that was that couldn't get my tanks filled up today their sadly a wast of time next time I will go before 6 pm and see what happens.

I had an exceptional experience buying rubber horse mats for my home gym. The manager was very nice and the guys helping load them were pleasant and helpful, especially since I had a minivan that could not hold all the mats. Thank you for all of your help! Awesome service 🙌🏻

Worst service of any Tractor Supply I go to. Always one cashier and never anyone in the customer service area. If you can catch someone to ask a question your lucky. I've shopped here multiple times and the lack of customer service is constant.

My family and I always receive frendly service. We get alot of our chick feed, puppy, dog and cat food here. Normally we order online and pickup. Orders are always ready when we receive the email and pick it up. Great store and Highly Recommend!👍

Love bringing my Boys here to sit in the Tractors and talk about growing up with horses when I was a little girl. We never leave without a new Tractor Toy and a bag of Licorice 😊

My favorite store. Even if I drop in just for dog food I have to go through the whole store. Fencing to animal vaccines to tools to lawn and farm equipment and even Western wear. Good country friendly staff too. Very hefty online presence too.

Lately I have gone and they don't have what I need! Perfect example yesterday not 1 bag of the horse feed I usually buy!! Shelves were empty I ask one of the employees he checked and said that they had 3 bags on order!! 3 bags obviously not enough!
