Happy customers! Our 10 year old shihtzu is a picky eater and the others have a sensitive stomach, but they loved the chicken woofers. They’re crunchy but not too hard, I just break it up for my little ones. We went Saturday evening and most shops were closed but they were open and so friendly! Planning to go back now and buying different flavors!

I can’t say enough good things about Canine Cookie Company. They truly are the best dog treat shop in north Texas and we make sure that a bag of squirrels is always in stock at the house. They're always so welcoming and give our pup so much love when we’re in. The birthday cakes are an annual staple too so get yours ordered next time you’re in.

This is the cutest little shop! The dog treats sold here are the only dog treats I feed my greyhound. There’s a large variety of dog snack options. The customer service is always welcoming and friendly. I send everyone I know here to get their dog treats. Just beware, if you shop here with your dog, the staff will spoil your dog! :-)

My 3lbs poodle is the pickiest of eaters. When I tell you she GOBBLED up the cupcake for her birthday I was amazed! The owner is fantastic and they have such wonderful healthy treats and toys. LOVE this shop. It’s a Gem in downtown Mckinney.

I’m new to Texas, I found this amazing business on google. I called only 1 day ahead and I picked the cake up the next day. I was BEYOND HAPPY AND SATISFIED with not only the kindness of the owner but he cares about his work, the community and more importantly the dogs. He was so nice, one of the nicest people I’ve met since moving to McKinney. My dogs loved the cake! Definitely 5 stars, the owners customer service towards me was so amazing!!!! Thank you!!!!

UPDATE: New location! Now on 208 E. Virginia St. This is a delightful store in downtown McKinney. There's lots of fun dog items as well as, of course, doggie cookies. Note that they've moved slightly (expanded) in the last two years so other reviews may feature older pictures. These pictures are from today, April 7, 2022. Ruff!

This place isn't even called Canine Cookie Company. Also, their cakes are stupid expensive. I paid $32 for a tiny 6 inch cake that looked and felt days old.

These cookies are the best! My dog will not eat hard treats from anywhere. Anytime we would go to a dog store and someone would try to hand her a treat she would turn up her nose, she gobbled these up so I had to buy some. We keep coming back as both our dogs, large and small, just love their cookies. The owner is very friendly and obviously loves dogs.

We have given Sadie joint pills, powders, anti-inflamatory prescription for about a year and nothing seemed to help. We gave her one week of the Extra Happy Puppy cbd infused cookies from The Canine Cookie Company and she is back to being a spry, feisty 5year old pup. She even jumped up into the van! Comes in different flavors..beef, chicken and peanut butter. We and Sadie highly recommend.

Wonderful little shop in historic downtown Mckinney. Owners are very friendly and you can tell they TRULY love our 4 legged companions. Wide selection of products and treats for your pup. Highly suggest checking them out and supporting local small businesses.

You're simply not going to find a friendlier set of owners or better quality snacks for your pup, than the Canine Cookie Company. It's that simple. Very high quality ingredients. My dog LOVES the way they taste. They even have CBD infused selections. Ridiculously dog friendly inside. Even they are just getting settled in their larger space, you owe it to yourself to go out of your way to stop in. You won't regret it!

I have nothing but good things to say about this store! The owner is a gem, not only does she really know her stuff about dogs but she's just all around a great person as far as I've seen. We came in looking for a harness for our dog after buying one that was too small from a pet store chain and she recommended one to us that has been absolutely perfect many months later. She also treated our pup to some of their amazing treats. We look forward to shopping there again in the future!

Great clean treats for dogs. They use natural ingredients and bake them in people's homes, using ingredients you can pronounce and understand. The pup tarts are great. They're cookies filled with peanut butter. If your pup's birthday or other special event is coming up soon, they can bake a cake for your special family member, or just grab a couple of cupcakes. My pups love them! The owners are super friendly and love animals, too. Bring your loved one into the store with you.

My dog Charlie loves the cookies! I tried going to another dog bakery closer to my house for freshly made treats, but Charlie seems to only like ones from Canine Cookie Company. I will gladly make the drive. He loves the pumpkin and sweet potato flavors most.

I dare you to find a dog who doesn’t absolutely love the cookies and cakes made here. Spoiler alert- you can’t. I have literally never met a dog who didn’t go crazy for these. I don’t even have a dog, but a lot of my friends and family and neighbors do, so whenever I am in McKinney I will always stop here to grab a few bags of dog cookies to give to pals. Owners are very friendly and make everything fresh and in house. Adorable, love this place.

What a great place !I have a 132lb dog and, although I work with dogs, when this guy decides he doesn’t want to do something he’s probably gonna win the fight ! Jack would not let me cut some mats around his ears. I told Stephanie at the canine cookie about my problem, she said, ..hang on I think I can help.So I left with my CBD cookies. This morning I gave Big Jack the prescribed amount and waited around two hours. Unbelievable! He let me cut out the mats as if it was never a problem! It seemed like he knew I wanted to help him. As soon as I started to brush him he was so calm instead of fighting me.I’m not saying Stephanie works miracles, but I’m grateful none the less. Jack thanks you and our Pit Woody loves his new jacket too !

I love this place. We've been going here off and on for years, each time we're met with outstanding kindness. You will not find better service. My White Shepherd can be very uncomfortable around people and the lady behind the counter always gives him a treat or two to make him more comfortable instead of seeming inconvenienced by an antisocial dog like some places do. And the treats are absolutely wonderful, homemade and come in all sizes. Although some things can be on the expensive side, as an owner of 3 very strong dogs (White Shepherd, Pit Bull, and Rott/Shepherd mix) I can vouch that all of their products are in the highest quality and meant to last. Thank you for reading my novel of a review and please keep supporting small family owned business's like this one!!!

Oh my gosh, we've had such wonderful experiences with Canine Cookie Company! They make the neatest and yummiest edible for furry friends and they use wholesome ingredients - I believe they're all homemade, as well. Our dog, Moose, gets a birthday "cake" here each year. Definitely recommend for the dog lovers!

When you are in Downtown McKinney drop by the Canine Cookie Company. Don't just walk around his shop, ask for the owner and strike up a conversation. He is a gem and if you have time to speak with him about what you are looking for, he will take incredible care of you and your pet. My dog LOVES the toys he recommended for us, just like he said my dog would!

Called last minute about a birthday cake for our pup and we got more than we bargained for! The lady that answered the phone was super helpful and made the cake (customized with pups name) so that it was ready for pickup in an hour. We’ll definitely be back!

Just went into this doggie bakery and the cup cakes for doggie wow. all three of my doggies went NUTS!!! for them if I lived in town I would get them alot. 5 stars for my bunch and I think they would give it 10 stars if that was possibleI HIGHLY recommend this place. And the lady working there was very sweet and helpful
