I took my dog for grooming to this Petco store. My dog can’t walk since I got him back from grooming. He keeps laying down , raising and licking his back left leg. I think he got a clipper burn or something injured him. I’m so frustrated and I contacted Petco customer relations and sent a video to see how they would get my dog examined and recovered.

Went for our regular pup grooming and was struck by the overwhelmingly clean to the core smell and visible spring cleaning. Everything sparkled and was very clean! That clean smell lingered long after the initial entrance and 3 hours later after picking up my dog. The whole store really from going down the toy aisle, food aisle, and checking out live animals, everything was squeaky clean. Impressive. Never had that kind of experience in any pet store before. But it is why I am happy to drive 45 minutes out of my way for dog grooming here than other places closer to me.

The worst grooming experience for my doodle by Mizel. She literally shaved my doodle. I asked her not to shave my dog when I dropped her off. Mizel called us 2hrs later to pick up our dog, I knew something was not right because that was way to fast. It’s winter and we have family photos in 2 weeks.

Heartbreaking experience for my pup and myself. They shaved all her hair saying she had a lot of knots in her hair which i didn’t see.I was so happy to take her grooming for the very first time and they did so bad. DONT GO TO PETCO if you are grooming your dog for the first time. After coming home she was broke not eating anything. I am feeling so bad seeing her like this . I will never take her to any groomer. You can see her before and after pictures. Seeing these pictures making me cry.

I purchased a $35 dog harness, but it didn't fit well. When I returned it to the store after a week, the cashier asked for the tag, which I didn't have. Despite the supposed requirement, she processed the return but refunded in a gift card only $21.** according to the receipt, with $2 for donation and $12 for the store fund deducted without my consent. While I appreciate the positive experiences with other store employees, this incident was unprofessional and unethical. If maintaining the tag is mandatory, denying the return outright would have been more appropriate than deducting funds without permission.

Petco was great in terms of quick in and out service for my dog's grooming.I went there for my dog's face trimming.They were very quick. Petco pricing is great, I paid around (7$ ) and they have so many al carte options to choose from. But the only thing I did not like about it was they did not clean his face after trimming all his hairs. So when I picked him up, it was all over me, and in my car. Apart from that staff was extremely kind and attentive! They made sure I had what I needed and that I was happy with the service.

Went to buy a ferret, askes Terrance to see the ferrets. He told only if I buy a ferret then I could see them. This would have been my 3rd ferret I bought. I would like to see and handle the ferrets before I buy. Never has rhis been told to me before. I’ll definitely just go across the street in the future to get my pet supplies for my 3 dogs and ferrets . I have been buying all my supplies there for over 3 years. Too bad the experience was enough to not want to return. I called and talked to the Mgr he really didn’t seem to care until I said was looking to buy one and he then asked me to come back. Y’all can do better

This was our first visit here, but I will definitely be using them again. They did an excellent job on my miniature poodle! She was a bit matted but they were able to clean her up n she smelled AMAZING! Their attention to detail was great n Vanessa was super sweet and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back to get her groomed again and to take my other dog to be bathed by them. I definitely trust my pets with the staff! Thanks Vanessa!

I’ve never had complaints about grooming my Poms here before but now; can you notice the difference? First picture is a regular short cut for a Pomerania, second and 3rd ones are what groomer Kelsea and Teaer did on my 2 Poms. They shaved them completely!! Even their head which is their main attribute was damaged and haircut was not even at all. They had beautiful long hair and only 2” cut was requested. Horrible dedication and completely lack of care. Please learn from our experience and DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS GROOMING WITH THEM. I would rate 0 if I could. We feel extremely disappointed and upset.

The dog grooming service at this location was a good experience. We were able to get our dogs scheduled the next day. After a little paperwork out was an easy drop off. They were up front about the cost of services performed. My dogs were treated well. I have been looking for a groomer closer to home and I think I found it!

This place runs at 1 mph and never has anyone at the register. Don’t expect to get in and get out. Expect to be waiting to see an employee at the register.

We’ve talked with Alyssa in the fish section on more than one occasion because we are starting our first aquarium. She is so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! She answers all of our questions and is so friendly. Really a wonderful person to help us with our journey into being fish owners. 😄 We really will go to no other pet store because she’s so helpful!

I came to drop my dog off at 8am for his grooming appointment, but the sliding doors were locked. I patiently waited outside until about 7:55am. I saw a gentlemen that looked like he worked here coming to unlock the front doors. As he was unlocking the front doors (which obviously meant that the store is open now) I asked this gentlemen if my dog & I could come into the store since were just sitting outside in the heat. He completely ignores me as if we’re not there and forces the front doors closed. On my face. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable. I’ve been taking my dog to this Petco to get groomed for months now, this is unacceptable . I was able to come in when the groomers came in and I was able to get his name. His name is Billy. I’ve also been told that he’s a manager. And that’s ridiculous, so I will be contacting cooperate on Monday.

Laura is very knowledgeable and patient with dogs. You can tell she really loves her job and knows what she is doing. Me and Snoopy have been having a wonderful experience with her so far! I'll definitely be recommending her to anyone looking for one on one dog training!

the cut was great. i just kept getting emails about “appointment adjustments” and when i set the appointment the price was 72$ then the second email the price went to 80$ which im okay with. then i got an email saying another adjustment and the price went to 98$. and when i went to check out including taxes the price went to 120$. never coming back again. they will jupe you on prices.

Clean and organized. Only negative is the dog food I buy is never in the same area when I return to re- buy. Plus side if you use the app and do curbside pickup you get 10% off and you will eventually accumulate credit for a free bag.
