What a nice experience for my 2 pups! They were both needing a good cleaning and fluff and the Petbar self wash was perfect! I love how the shampoo comes out with the water and several shampoos to choose from. The drying area has ear cleaner and a great smelling spray! Very helpful staff and clean facility. We'll definitely be back soon!

After a horrible experience at Petsmart grooming, I brought my dogs here.What a remarkably different experience we had. Alan and the team were kind, responsive, efficient, gentle with the dogs, and accommodated us during a cancellation, ahead of schedule. The dogs were groomed immaculately, with attention to detail, and the entire expertise was wonderful.Thank you to this team for an impeccable customer experience.

I passed by the store and went inside out of curiosity. Upon entering I was greeted by the front desk staff. They answered all of my questions/concerns. I booked an appointment for the very next day with Kim. I dropped him off for 1pm and received a call that he was done shortly around 3:30 ish. Kim did an amazing job on my sweet boy. We will definitely be back again. The first photo is before the haircut.

We took our Violet to Petbar Boutique for the first time today. The staff was extremely welcoming and gave us a tour of the facility and an overview of the process. Violet has anxiety at the groomer and they worked diligently to ensure she was comfortable and sent updates throughout the groom. Kristina did a fantastic job and we, Violet included, are very happy with our experience!

I have an older rescue dog who is basically my third child. He gets very anxious with new places and groomers. The owner, Alan, listened to my requests and put my mind at ease by giving a tour of the shop (it is so clean!) and explaining the services they provide. He paired my pup with Kim who is very experienced and was fantastic with my dog. I am so pleased with the care he received and our entire experience. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Petbar!! Kim is phenomenal and always has our baby, Cash looking perfect. All of the staff take such great care of Cash while he’s there and with a new change to Cash’s vision, they’ve managed to go above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and loved-even more than before!

We are so thankful for the PetBar. Our dog is a 10-month-old husky going through his first shed as his adult coat comes in. All the baby fluff is everywhere.We had taken him to a daycare grooming combo in The Colony once before for a deshed. Hundreds of dollars later, our dog being in the facility from 9am-4pm, he had not been deshed, washed, given a potty break, dehydrated, and was timid when picked up.Our next experience was a tinier shop that catered to smaller dogs but said they could take Ghost. Another few hundred later, and he wasn’t deshed.Walking into PetBar, I was greeted by friendly staff, and Alan spent time in a dryer room(not a crate) petting and spending time with Ghost to get him comfortable.When he was picked up, we received our first, proper deshed treatment, and my little guy still was sassy and happy when leaving with his tail up and curled happily.Later that day, he wasn’t obsessively biting at his coat, itching, or constantly shifting to get cozy.Highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants their dog well-taken care of and getting the best level of service. Ghost and I would rate higher if we could!

I called to see if an appointment was needed to have my dogs nails trimmed & found out I can simply walk in. While I was there I decided to try out the self service dog wash. Hannah was helpful in showing me how everything worked & pointed out the grooming tools they have for pet parents to use. She even recommended a better way to harness my dog in the bath. The tubs are nice and high, deep and just the right size so I wasn't bent over. No more back aches after bathing my dog! There is a separate drying area, plenty of towels & the gentleman also pointed out the ear cleaning solution & cologne along with the blow dryers. I'm very pleased with my experience & the great service. I will be back for grooming & more self service baths.

I took my small dog (a cavachon) here for her first full groom. Based on the reviews I was feeling pretty sure that I would be happy with the cut. When I got there I told them that I just wanted a trim for her. She had longer hair that gave a cute puppy look. I told the groomer that I wanted to keep the puppy look and just clean the hair up a bit. We both agreed on the teddy bear and puppy look for the cut. I did mention that I didn't want a poodle cut.I was told that it would take about 2 hours. After 3 1/2 hours I called them to find out what was going on. I was told that they had some unruly dogs that caused things to get backed up and my dog would be finished just as they were closing, 4 hours after I dropped her off. They did give me a 15% discount for taking so long.My largest issue is when I went to pick her up. She has a cut somewhere between and poodle and a schnauzer. I barely recognized her. More than half of her fur was cut off and she no longer looks like a cute little puppy. Definitely not a puppy or teddy bear cut. I'm not sure if the groomer just forgot what I had said that I wanted because it took so long to get to my dogs groom, if she did a rush job because of the delay, or if she just didn't know what she was doing. Either way, the only response I got from her was, "Oh, is it too short? Well we can go longer next time". There won't be a next time here.I emailed management to express my dissatisfaction and have not heard anything back.

We have two dachshunds who are sometimes difficult to handle while bathing, so we took them to Pet Bar and let them take over. We could not be more pleased from the friendliness of the front staff and owners to their fantastic groomer who knew just how to handle our spoiled little "fur babies"! The facilities are really impressive and I love that you can wash your own dog with ease as well. Thanks Pet Bar!

This was my first time bringing my dog for a groom. They provided excellent service, and the grooming was perfect. The groomer provided exactly what I requested, and the prices are exceptional. We will definitely return.

Petbar Mckinney is amazing! They do a really good job of grooming my Goldendoodle. They are really good at communicating by reminding me of my appointments via text and they also text when they are completed with the grooming. I also like the fact you can take dogs in and wash them yourself. We take our white lab in there frequently to give him a bath. Super nice people!

Incredibly grateful for this business and the level of service they provide. Not knowing how short I wanted my dogs hair to be cut, Alex went above and beyond by sending me a photo of the first trim by text to make sure it was going to be short enough. I asked her to trim It shorter and he turned our handsome as ever, and I know he feels good by the way he’s acting. I also appreciate no crating and open transparency by having cameras displayed within the facility to ensure the safety of pets and staff. Don’t hesitate to try them and come say HI to the owners Regina and Alan. Thank you to the team !

I have a Sheepadoodle named Luka and a Goldendoodle named Ace and we use to STRUGGLE keeping both of our dogs free of matting. Ever since we started going to pet bar they are so soft and mat free. Our youngest dog is a handful and they do a great job with him!

Okay, this place was excellent. I am visiting from out of state and my Shih Tzu was in need of a bath. She gets too nervous for standard groomers and this place offered a self service option with lots of amenities at a reasonable price. The staff was polite, patient, courteous and extremely helpful. The facility was relatively clean considering the volume of 4-legged clientele. I'd definitely recommend this Pet Bar location.

Our Pyrenees, Joey, had surgery and it took a while to heal. So needless to say he smelled like a frito 😂 and was not as white as he should be. We brought him to Allen and Regina at the Pet Bar and they took excellent care of him. They offered a deshedding product which we are used to buying at a different salon. While Joey is easy going, he can be very impatient about getting ears cleaned and nails trimmed. But they did it all! He looks so handsome! He’s soft and smells wonderful. Thank you Pet Bar. We will be back!

Our experience at Pet Bar Boutique in Frisco (Custer and Eldorado) was definitely one of the best we have ever had! We have a 12 yr old golden doodle. For the last 2 yrs, we have been searching for a groomer we could trust! The owners, staff, and facilitates are top notch! I HIGHLY recommend them as we will definitely be returning for sure!!!! I took my dog to PetBar for the first time today. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The location was very clean. Layla is very wiggly and hates baths, having her nails done, etc. Andrea did a great job!!! I will definitely be back. I would post a picture but can't figure out how, lol

I brought my kitten, Ollie, who has skin allergies, and bad anxiety.I had a full grooming with a bath, cut, and claw trimming. Alex his groomer did an amazing job, and ollie was very comfortable with them. 11/10 money well spent here. Will be coming back.Thank you,Ollie and sky❤️

Came here at 5 but already closed. Guess they need to change their hours of operation because Google and their door says they close at 6 🤷🏻‍♂️ This was today Feb 15, at 5:00 pm. I had showed up another time at around 5:15 and they wouldn't let me do the self wash because they need 30 min to do the cleaning. So today I made sure I was there at 5:00 sharp. Rushed after work and it was closed. Doors were locked.

I have a 6-month old, 80 lb bernedoodle that does not like the bath. I was referred to Petbar Boutique by someone at the dog park and decided to give them a try. They are fantastic! Upon arrival, I was given the full tour of the facility and they answered any questions I had. I was apprehensive about leaving him but the staff put me at ease. My Winston was a difficult wash but the staff at Petbar did a wonderful job grooming him. I highly recommend Petbar Boutique for all your grooming needs.

This place has a great front-office and back-office team! Everyone I have interacted with here has been patient, kind and super-competent! There are many good reasons for coming here - their online booking system is a breeze to use, they are competitively priced, their facilities are clean and safe, and no matter which groomer I end up with - I see friendly and efficient service every single time! They are great with my dog (a small Cavanese). They take good care of him, text me when he is ready to be picked up and always offer helpful advice and tips, while patiently answering all my questions. Can’t recommend them enough!

Allen is a hero!! A few minutes into a walk with our dog, I realized that the vegetation our pup is going through poison ivy--oh no! what to do? I called the vet, but it was surgery day, called our mobile groomer (but she was booked and 75 minutes away), and then called Petbar Boutique, and spoke to Allen the owner.He was professional, contacted a vet for proper precautions, and was able to take our dog that day. Using a safe, hypoallergenic shampoo on our dog who has lots of allergies, Allen himself completely removed the poisonous oils from Checker's fur, and saved the day for us. Thank you, Allen and Petbar Boutique!!
