We had to go to a different groomer do to sickness in Allen store but Jennifer referred us to the McKinney store where the groomers took care and did a great job on our fur rocket kiddo.Jennifer and Corey made sure that our kiddo was in good hands. I visited the store (Univ/380 & Lake Forest) fairly early in the retail day (11:15am) and I was quite impressed with the neatness of the store. Floors were immaculate, store smelled nice, and the product was all well-stocked, neatly lined up and faced out. The staff was friendly, offering assistance in finding items as well as offering help in carrying items to the car. This was my 3rd or 4th visit to this store, and every visit has been quite impressive. Will definitely return again.

Today I took my little jack Russell (challenging personality) for nails trim at this store and absolutely love the way the groomer Lizzette handled my dog. Lizzette was very patient, sweet and left my dog very calm. This is the first time I feel comfortable with someone trimming her nails. Also love all other staff in the store . I really recommend this place. They are very respectful and dedicated and really know how to treat well people/dogs.

Don’t come here for self wash dog station. Super dirty stations, tubs don’t drain, wall holders for hose are rusting and nails falling out. It took forever to get my pup clean since she is sitting in dirty water that won’t drain while trying to wash.

The store is pretty nice and the employees are friendly for the most part. There was a younger woman there who went above and beyond to help me with a question, I wish I could recall her name. However, the dog bathing area is absolutely disgusting. They don’t appear to clean it until someone wants to use it and even then it’s just sprayed with water. I brought my dog there on the way home and will never let him touch a paw in that area again. Found another place that hat I can use where needed who actually clean their bathing area.

Definitely an awkward experience. I found everything i wanted but the cashier looked at my family and I like we were criminals as soon as we pulled up in the parking lot. We arrived on Feb 14th after 7pm(ish). When we arrived and stepped out of our car we were greeted by the cashier's concerned/frightened stare that lasted a little more than, what felt like, 2.5 years. I pretty much knew what I was looking for but had a few questions about some new products. Her stare seemed super jarring at this point. It was "nice/nasty". At this point my family grew rather uncomfortable and requested we leave. We didn't know if it was that her attitude required an adjustment or if she wasn't particularly comfortable servicing people with a certain hue/tone/shade. 1st thing's for sure I'M NO FOOL. 2nd thing is I got outta that store with. Swiftness and told myself I will NEVER return. I'll purchase ALL my pet's needs from Kroger (next door) where I'm treated like a human no mater what my appearance may be. I will never step foot in this place again. The customer service is awful. I’ve been a customer since they opened, bringing my dog’s here for food, treats, toys, dog wash and nail trims. The Hispanic groomer in the back has always been rude and a bit condescending but I tolerated it because she was good trimming my dog’s nails. I went in today to get my small pugs nails trimmed and was told that she no longer wants to trim my dogs nails that I need to take her to the vet and get her sedated to get her nails trimmed because she doesn’t like to get her nail’s trimmed, she’s a small pug that weighs less than 20 pounds. I spoke with the kid manager and was told it was up to the groomer if they want to service the customer. I asked him if he was ok losing all of my business and he said yes he was ok with it. Wow! What a way to run a business.

Our go-to place for cat toys, cat food, and cat treats! The workers here are always very friendly and helpful to us! Check their Facebook page for deals and coupons. Typically, every weekend they run some sort of coupon or promotion and you can save some money with a percentage or dollar amount off your purchase.

Visited McKinney a few years ago, our little dog needed his nails trimmed so we checked online.The reviews were good, so we stopped in to get them done.They were friendly and got us in right away (we only waited about 5 minutes)Recently we relocated here, so we had to have a groomer to get our dogs nails trimmed regularly.PSP was our choice because of our past experience.We'd recommend this place to anyone who might need a one stop place for your pets needs.

Smaller than big box stores but has what you need for your pets. I first discovered this store buying crickets and worms for our beardie and noticed they had a self service dog bath. My puppy got into a yard with fleas and we didn't have a water hose or anything to bathe him in. We were able to get him cleaned thoroughly with access to 4 different shampoos. They had oatmeal shampoo for his sensitive skin. We combed him and washed the fleas away and and got him dried off with the dryer and the provided towels. Such an awesome experience. While we were leaving a kid that worked there was already refilling shampoos and cleaning the areas. When we arrived one of the sinks was full of hair and a worker asked if he could clean it for us when he really didn't have to as there were 3 other sinks available. I will definitely be back.

Got a puppy not too long ago (this was my first dog). Have to say Zoe, Nathalia and Emily were super patient and helpful in getting my dog and I set up for success. Very polite, helpful, and totally made me a fan of this store and the value the employees offer. Good job ladies!

I actually really like this place the staff is very friendly and always down to help. Have bought all my fish supplies and some of my fish from here. Always got a good variety and it may not be the best for fish but for me to pick up what I need and her pinch This is a better spot than say somewhere like Petco.

Took our dogs out to get a bath. The facilities were very clean, and provided towels and soap. While they are not fans of bath time, they were more than happy to roam the store for treats and toys!

Had an appointment for over a week, morning of the appointment, received a call from the store manager, to cancel as the groomer was not going to be available due to a medical issue. I understand, no problem, reschedule. no appointments available for 11 days! What? I did not request a particular groomer, grooming for this dog does not require special trimming, fluffing, it is tiny little terrier, with a smooth short cut. I have 3 dogs, that they have groomed for about 3 years now, will find another groomer for all of my dogs, if my being a regular customer has no value with them.

Very pleased over and over again. I have become a regular shopper here for all my pet needs. With a cat and a dog I visit regularly. I've done online orders and shopped in store on multiple occasions. Never have I experienced a single issue with any trip.Most recently, I was picking up several items including a large box of cat litter. Since I was pushing a stroller it made it difficult to handle the larger box. Before I even had to ask a team member was asking if they could help. They carried the large container to the front, rang up the items, and then carried the box out to my car for me. My experience couldn't have been better. Friendly and attentive team members are the difference between standard service and excellent service.Pricing is fair and relative to competitors. If you join their rewards program they will occasionally send out substantial discount coupons off online orders etc.Highly recommend 👍🐶🐱

We always used this location for grooming and though expensive, the work was good. Be aware they don't really listen to instructions and even if you offer to pay for extra time for brushing they just insist on taking the " easy way" and shave hair off.We'll never come back as there are other groomers who will actually take the time to meet expectations
