Hollywoodfeed has a crew of friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always greet us, ask if we need help finding anything, offer great suggestions and offer to take my giant bag of food out to my car as well. This is extremely helpful as I almost always have a dog w me. I really appreciate the extra care they give as most places will rarely take the time to make eye contact with you these days.Their manager Beth is doing an especially great job!They also offer FREE same day delivery!!

This store has really great customer service from every single employee! Ray & Annika have both helped me on a few occasions picking out food and carrying it to the car or cleaning the dog wash for me when I am back and forth with my 3 sheepdogs. Canyon, Stephanie, Shelby and Larry have also helped me and everyone is so amazing. Annika & Shelby helped me pick the right size harness which saved me a trip back and forth with an arthritic old dog. I can’t say enough great things about the people here and their genuine caring attitudes towards what they do. These people are top notch!

This particular Hollywood Feed has always been our go to when it comes to getting supplies for our fur babies. They're always super helpful and informative. I am always greeted by friendly, smiling faces whenever I walk into the store. The employees are great! On our most recent trip to this store, we unfortunately pulled in with a flat tire on our vehicle. We were in need of a jack and the employees were more than willing to lend us a jack from their own vehicle, as well as lend us their help in changing out our flat tire. The employees are just all around great people and we appreciate them tremendously!

Best location I have visited and I have been to many. Store manager, Austin is the remarkable young man who manages it and all the employees bend over backwards with warmth and enthusiasm. It usually turns out to be more of a family reunion than a trip to the store to pick up supplies.

The staff is wonderful here. They are very knowledgeable about their products and have helpful tips about caring for our pets. We love Hollywood Feed, but this location is the BEST. We’ll always go out of our way just to shop here.

I love their selection of dog treats, toys, chews and food. It's amazing at Christmas time. My own comment would be the cost is pretty high for their items. It is certainly a more niche market for people who want to spoil their pets. But two toys, two bags of treats, a frozen dog yogurt and 2 calves hoofs totaled 85.00.

I absolutely love this place. They have so many products to choose from for your pet. The service is great as well, Every time I walked in they remember me, which I think is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and super helpful whenever I have a question. Being a new puppy owner, they’ve offered some great tips, which made training a lot easier! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Got a message claiming they delivered my order. Nope. Not at my house. No reponse to the message and email I sent literally 1 minute after their notification. Scammers or liars. Incompetent at best.

They do not keep their dog bath stations maintained. There are only have two stations... for months, the right station continues to not drain property and the handle on the water hose sticks so the water will not shut off (making the poor draining situation even worst as water backs up on the floor).

They are so attentive to detail, I love that I can walk in and discuss my dogs and their breeds and they are all instantly on top of recommendations and help guide you! They also always make sure you get the best best deal or get to sample things before. They care about you and your pet and every visit is so personalized.

I’ve always had a petsmart membership, but I wanted to find some better brand options and I heard this was the place to go. It was very well kept and Ari was so helpful in pointing out the best options for my doggo. She taught me a lot about the community where they genuinely care about better options for you pup and not selling for a brand. I feel my dog is in much better hands and I’m so happy to have better options for him to live a long happy anxiety free life.

This is the 1st time I have been in this particular Hollywood Feed store and the staff was great. I was looking for something for a drinking fountain and they said they did not have it in stock, so they checked to see if another store had it for me and they did not so they decided 1 more time to check their store's inventory and found it. Saved me another trip somewhere else. I met a young man that I knew from years ago and he recognized me as being a customer from another retailer that he used to work at. He is the store manager at this location. Nice bumping into you again Austin and your staff is great. You should be proud.

Amazing customer service! We are new dog owners and everything seemed intimidating. But, Wade helped us out so so much and we feel so much better now. Our puppy loves his food and toys! Not to mention, they price match & give you full refund if your dog doesn’t respond well to the food! Lifetime customer!

This is ABSOLUTELY the #1 place to get anything for your pets. The staff is always really nice, knowledgeable, and willing to help. It's also pretty cool when the manager recognizes you and asks where your dog is at because "I never fly solo". Thanks for the stuffed animal toy recommendation it is a hit. You guys are the best!!!!

This is by far my favorite pet store. The shelves are full of a wide array of foods, toys and necessities for happy well cared for pets. Beyond the great selection, the staff is amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We have a boxer with a sensitive tummy and a Vizsla that is always amped up. The staff has helped us with everything from food for sensitive tummies to harness fitting and adjustments. Within two visits to the store, the staff knew our pups names. I feel welcomed and taken care of anytime I come in the store.I also appreciate the store’s donation programs to local animal rescues and shelters.

The store and employees are so helpful. When I have a question about nutrients in a product the employees answer my questions about what is best for my dog at this stage of his life! And Cooper loves to go in and look around and if by chance …. Meet another dog!
