Known as there was only one so she was busy taking out orders outside you're all different kind of car. She'd have a clue where she was going and uh, she acted like we were invisible. We should say there are 20 minutes.Parking: 30Wheelchair accessibility: It's very easy to go up-and-down around.It just has a small drop off on one side

If you're every in McGregor, Texas don't bother stopping at the Dairy Queen, it sucks! Got our order pretty quick, but it was cold...hamburger buns were hard, chicken strips were nothing but gristles, then when my grandchildren went up to get their free treat none of the employees would even acknowledge them! Very disappointed. Never going back. Oh yeah...also, it was $37 damn dollars!!!

Nice hometown DQ. The staff are as sweet as pie, and the facility reminds me of my childhood DQ backhoe. Was a pleasant experience. I chose the chicken strip basket. It was cooked fresh and tasted great.I loved the table and chairs, and window benches. So much like back home. You will not be disappointed in your visit. My only complaint is some of the old ceiling tiles looked like they needed replacement due to aging. The rest was good.

Went in for taco Tuesday apparently the new owner doesn't honor it so have a nice day and go pho king yourself. Thanks work in town and went to get some tacos was offered 10% 😂 really. Even asked beforehand upon entering the place and was told by an employee saying yes they are $1 each. Also told me lobby was closed so I got the reject at drive thru. Whoever the new owner is needs to get with it. We honor u w our business. U r the only one in town so I guess u want the business to get less? Nice marketing genius...NOT!!PS. USUK.

If this review site allowed negative,I would have rated the dismal service here appropriately. Being ignored by the juvenile punks who were arguing about how to prepare a confection and dropped unripe banana slices on the counter on the way to a split dessert is one thing, but being asked by the young adult shift manager of we had been helped and then further ignored by her after she gazed incredulously at the clueless cultivators of the marketplace of the future was more than we could tolerate. McGregor needs food establishments, but I would passively give my assent to the devise and failure of such a dysfunctional enterprise. My only regret concerning our walk-out is that I will need to search for the feedback line number that I intend to occupy for several minutes.------------------I am disappointed by the progression of prices but the regression of portion size. The interior has been modernized recently.

This place needs to check their employees. They are rude, have no customer service skills at all and they need to be taught about cross contamination. They gave my daughter the wrong food and after my daughter had touched the food, they gave it to another customer and laughed it off.

For sitting in the drive thru for damn near 30minutes just to get a sandwich, I would expect it to be nice and hot like it just came fresh off the grill. I live two minutes around the corner and my sandwich is freezing cold as if it had never been cooked. What was the long wait for exactly? I could’ve went to subway if I wanted a cold cut.

Evelynn wasn’t very friendly, staff was more occupied playing around on their headsets and talking about how “my dad dropped out, my mama dropped out” and just taking their time goofing off. One girl kept asking for help and people were ignoring her, my food took over 35 minutes to get to me (which is ridiculous imo)The remodel is super nice, I’m just upset over the level of customer service (yes I understand they’re children or teenagers, but they should still take their job semi seriously in front of customers)

I've been here 3 times in the past couple months. They are ridiculously slow, even though there weren't but maybe 4 customers. They are not very clean as a food establishment. The bananas on display were a shade of gross grayish-brown-green, I thought they were joke bananas. There was a nasty tshirt laying by the entrance with what looked like a disgustingly dirty doormat inside it. When asked about it, no explanation was given, and several employees walked past it doing nothing about it. There were containers lost under the grill I could clearly see, but apparently they could not. A lid to something topping related was dropped on the floor, and ignored. I sincerely hope it actually got washed. My burger was half the height of my companions, we ordered the same thing, mine looked like it had been sat on. The fries were scalding hot, and not tasty to me. Overall I probably will not be going back.

I’m sad I have now had to update my review from 4 stars to 1. 😞After waiting for over 25 minutes for 3 combo meals I approached the counter to check on our order. 3 of the employees were standing together looking at a phone. One young man then came to the counter and shared that our order was given to the wrong person and they were remaking our order. After another 10 minutes we finally get our order expecting it to be fresh and it wasn’t even warm. The fries were cold and the jr burger that I had was room temperature at most. Not to mention I had two top buns and my husband had the two bottom buns on his chicken sandwich, which was also not warm. The vulgar words heard from the staff was unacceptable. Using the ‘f’ word where customers can hear is not ok.

3 cars in front of me and it took over a half hour to make it to the window. Steak strip basket and a beacon cheeseburger , JUST the sandwich and it cost 20 dollars even….not worth it.

I can't even, I ordered a steak finger bask from this place and ended up with a completely different order. What really gets me though... I was the only person in line. I also got super sick from here the two times I've been here. I give this restaurant a single star because the snickerdoodle blizzard is great. I don't think the food is being handled properly at this place.

Just when I needed a good homestyle meal I happened upon this place while I was in Texas visiting my mother. She had gone to church for the morning so I went looking for food. Found It! Who would have thought they would be open on a Sunday morning but they were! Plus the employees were very sweet to me. Fairly priced and good food.

Just left the McGregor Texas dairy Queen, I just wanted a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. inside it appears that the management is not in control of the flow of customers because you only have one person inside the facility and two cars in the Drive-Thru normally from past management that I've had. You have one person dedicated for the inside of the store, and the others for the Drive-Thru.But not this location, they took care of the drive-thru first while I was waiting for my ice cream in the dining hall. Then another truck came to the window & they waited on them. The cook turned around and looked at me funny and said nothing. , I eventually got my ice cream but someone needs to truly train them professionalism and the priority order which should have been taken when three people are behind the counter. Actually, two behind the counter and one cook I'm sure the cook and the other lady was capable of finishing the drive-through while the one young lady made me a medium size cheese strawberry blizzard.

Went inside yesterday and the lady who took our order was very good! She was friendly, took very good care of us, patient on waiting for us to order, service was great! our food came out fast. Restaurant inside very clean. Keep it up and thank you for your kindness 😊

Please make up y'all's damn mind on the 8 piece tenders I'm tired of coming to order and one day y'all have it and one day y'all don't and have your prices set I order the same thing and it's always a different price lately more expensive than before sometimes cheaper first it was 13.04 now it's 15.03 once it was 16.14

Always super slow. Order is wrong 90% of the time. Keep going back hoping it was just the crew having a bad night or there might be better crew members there. But, always the same. Unfortunately Sonic doesn't have Malts anymore and my husband is a malt fanatic. So this is our only option. Hoping one day they can get their act together but I'm not holding my breath.
