I’m leaving this to inform you of how your manager acts at different retail companies. I was at Walmart and saw your manager Raymond yelling at the self checkout cashier. He was upset because she didn’t jump to help him right when he requested. She was cleaning the register and politely told him she would be right there. He then proceeded to get a manager and told them she didn’t care about her customers. Meanwhile the young lady trying to hold back her tears helped him anyway. How would he feel if customers went into his place of employment and treated his employees that way. Shame on you Raymond for treating the young lady the way you did. And remember just because you are not in your Brookshire attire people still recognize you.

Stopped in to pickup chicken for lunch. They didn’t have 8 standard pieces so I bought some tenders, gravy, rolls, green beans, mashed potatoes and peach cobbler from the deli. Thank you for cooking Brookshire Brothers

Typical small town grocery store. There were regular every day items(2 liter coke&more) out of stock. The staff was very friendly, and whatever they were cooking on the in store kitchen smelt amazing.

Needed some celery. Didn't want to drive to HEB so stopped here. When cost was rung up I was a little shocked. $ 3.98 was very high considering it was $ 1.73 at HEB. Mentioned it to the teller and she just shrugged her shoulders. Celery wasn't even fresh. I think it's called price gouging

Pharmacy used to have nice friendly people working. Now it's just blah I don't wanna talk to you people. If it wasn't so close to me cause I work nights then I would change Pharmacys. 2 days in a row same excuse 2 different people and no one can tell me why it's not filled yet. Should be filled after 3 oclock day after day is getting old.

Well stocked and well managed small town grocery. They have good fresh meat selections, a bakery/deli combo and a good pharmacy. And a pretty good beer and wine section. Gluten free choices are a tad bit limited but otherwise just about everything you'd need from a quick run to the grocery..

I bought a rotisserie chicken yesterday - awful. The seasoning was caked on , making it way too salty. Bought this around 5 for dinner. It was already dried out. Will not try this again

Meat department has plenty of selection but had green meat out. Twice the cost of HEB on most items throughout the store.Very Clean and great customer service. Lines move fast. Great for quick stops

Good selection for a smaller store. Prices are slightly higher than going into town, but the staff is incredible. Always willing to help or special order. Nice because they have a pharmacy and a butcher on premise.

I went in (a year ago)and was going to take a picture of their yummy produce for this review (and explained that when immediately asked) the manager told me no pictures in his store- I can respect that. But he was rude enough right off the bat about it that I just simply left. I give 3 stars because it looked like a decent neighborhood grocery store from what I did see for the 3 minutes I was there. Although I did not feel welcomed. You decide.

My husband recently had a bad experience at this Brookshire where he was felt to be racial profiled. He was told that he was lying about where a item was located. After the manger and employee went to check the camera they saw that he was correct. To assume my husband was trying to get over to pay a lower price is insulting. He did pay the regular price also informed manager to not assume someone is lying. On what basis did you have that he was not telling the truth? Is it impossible for the stockers to have put the item in the wrong place or is easier to assume a black man with gold teeth is lying.

It's important nowadays to be able to get in and get out when you need just a couple of things. I wasn't sure what we were going to eat for dinner since we were running so late, so I scoped out the deli, and I found the meatiest half-rack of ribs just calling out to me. Well I took it home put some potatoes and a salad made with fresh garden tomatoes 🍅and made us both a meal for less than $15. Thank you Brookshire Brothers.

Well, when there aren't many options for grocery shopping, it is sooo appreciated when that one option has a great selection! I love Brookshire Bros! I can get all I need for Tuesday night Barn Fellowship Potluck! Need a birthday card right now? They got you covered! The oh-no-i-forgot-that-ingredient----most likely, they carry it! Bakery items, holiday whats-its, and did I mention produce?! One good thing I'm discovering about Central Texas: you're never far from a Brookshire Bros!

I went to the Deli for lunch meat today and was helped by one of the sweetest and most helpful young ladies. Even though she was wearing a mask, I could see she was smiling from ear to ear when Katy asked if she could help me and and remained just as friendly and helpful from her first word to hey last well wishes. With more people like her, the world would be so much better.. but she did make mt day better...THANK YOU KATY!!

Great sales, very friendly staff but produce should NEVER be gotten here. There is a LOT of spoilage, mold, and just neglected produce. As a local I've shopped here on a heavy schedule and never seen worse produce ANYWHERE!

Overpriced. Produce section is a joke, most of it was LONG past time to pull off the shelf. Employees are rude, and have no idea what customer service is. The store stinks, literally, it smells like dirty water. The cashier was texting on her phone instead of paying attention to the customers. Never Again will I shop here, total bullshit experience.

While I love the store and the employees. The deli is horrible. This is the 3rd time I've tried food from the deli and this time the potato wedges are raw. Last time our chicken was. The first time time chicken was to salty to eat. Everything else in this store is great but avoid the deli.
