Absolutely the best location I've been to!They couldn't make blasts tonight (they said a technician would fix it tomorrow) but the wonderful person who took my order hooked me up with a shake that hit my craving PERFECTLY.They are always fast and delicious and have never messed up my order. Love, love, LOVE the employees here and their dedication to quality!I will absolutely drive here for my cheesecake cravings every time! (And the bacon cheeseburger is pretty darn delicious too 🤤).

I don't know if there was a new cook or what, but the onion rings we received were a tad overcooked. We sent them back and the 2nd batch was not burned but soggy. We threw them away.

This place has been going downhill for years!!! I don't remember the last time I was there and actually received a FRESH hot burger the way I order it!!! I ordered a #1 with no onions or tomatoes add bacon with ketchup and chili cheese tots with a root beer... easy enough right??? It's 745 pm and I'm the only one there so I really don't see why I get my food and there's no bacon. I'm definitely charged for it on the receipt though!!!! I press the button and tell them I want a refund on the bacon that I didn't receive. She said we can make you bacon and bring it out to you. I repeated that I wanted a refund because I'm not assembling a burger in my car when they should've done it inside before bringing it to me!!!! The burger was gross!!! It had a foul taste to it like it had been sitting out all day and the lettuce was soggy. The cheese literally just sat on the cold meat!!!! My tator tots definitely had been sitting out for a while because they was like mini bricks and tore up the roof of my mouth!!!! Its really not hard to give quality food but for some reason sonic just can't get it right!!! My dog enjoyed the my $11 meal so at least somebody was happy!!! The root beer was excellent though!!!!

Online is always down for this location always! Food is alright they mess your order up around 30% of the time based on the last few months but they will fix it if you can be bothered to do so. Customer service is alright it’s no Chic-Fil-A but no complaints on service.

When I went it was about 8:30 pm and I ordered a couple of things. I admit i did have to wait a while because I'm guessing they need more help because of the for hire sign. But the food which was a route 44 cherry limeade and a footlong honey which was right on the money the drink cold and the hotdogs was warm but good. I liked this place I gave it four instead of five because of the wait.

Just check your food before you leave. I had to put two orders in because they are in such a hurry they don't give you time to put your whole order in. Food was good. Also can order anything on the menu at breakfast time.

Used to love this sonic. But now everytime we go, something is always made wrong or missing completely. Went to eat there on Saturday and they kept clearing where I had pushed the button to order. Finally I just ordered through the app. When. It said my order was on the way they cleared that as well. I had to call them and tell them my full order again, then they brought it out cold and my drinks were wrong. Took almost 45 minutes to get it, I would have just left but it had already charged my card. I would hate to see how long it would have taken to get my money back. Not sure if they have just changed management or they need better training.

Two separate times I’ve had to wait 10+ minute after checking in a mobile order and seeing the “_____ is on the way with your order”. And this time my Dr Pepper with cream tastes like cream with a dash of Dr Pepper. It’s gross.

It was ok....our hotdog was good but we ordered a grilled cheese and you couldn't taste the cheese. It was a little over cooked and they put a small slice of cheese between texas toast bread. The bread to cheese ratio was way off. Too much bread. It was like eating grilled bread that was dry.

The service here has gotten very slow lately. Not sure if the staff changed or what but it used to be much faster.Sat in the drive thru for several minutes waiting on a drink watched 1 girl work while two others sat at the desk in the corner and played on their phones.Have noticed one of these same girls consistently sitting on the front dining area smoking.Disappointing because this used to be the best Sonic in Orange county.

After pushing the button at stall#2 no one responded so it timed out. This location is always the one Sonic where I receive the absolute worst service. How do they keep the franchise is beyond me. I have reported this location repeatedly. I have also given them very bad reviews. And once again they screwed up my sister drink. This is so ridiculous!!!!!

They gave us the wrong order, but the correct bill was on the bag. Very happy I checked before driving off because we were traveling out of town. When they remade our order the food was great. The manager came out & apologized he even gave us coupons. I would eat here again.

Drove thru the drive thru a little before 6pm on Saturday October 30th, 2021 and no one ever acknowledged we were there. After waiting for 5 minutes we pulled up to the window thinking their speaker may have been broken. The employees stood there looking at us. No one ever came out to see what we needed. We drove across the street to Dairy Queen and ordered.

Pulled in 1 stall to order, waited so long thought maybe it wasn't working so moved to the next stall. Pushed button to order , in a few seconds the screen was showing an order that I hadn't ordered. Pushed button again. Man came on and asked was there anything else I needed. Had to explain that I hadn't ordered yet. So needless to say I was brought the wrong food. Very un organized today.😟

Went last nite, pulled into stall 18, there was stuff already on screen, i pushed the button anyway and told them about the screen, she didnt seem concerned, so my order didnt show. We ordered a number 1 with cheese, we wanted the meal and a regular cheese coney.The carhop took my card ran it inside.Got home in Orangefield and the order was totally wrong, it was a double cheeseburger meal and a foot long hotdog. Cant call because apparently phone is not working!!!!

Ordered a foot long chili cheese hot dog and a large chili cheese tatar tot , nothing was hot just room temperature, I ask them if they have a microwave so the food could be heated up they said no, I talked to the manager, let him know that the food was cold and could tell that it had been made for a while before it was served , he said that they have been busy and he would have the order remade , when it was delivered to me it was worse than the first order! I had the manager come to my truck and showed him it was not hot and fresh and was worse he said they were going to refund me my money but I know that's not going to happen! This Sonic in Mericeville has to be the worst Sonic I have been to , I'm giving them one star because that is the least it will allow me to give.

What can I say 🤷 it's hit or miss...some people are born with customer service skills and others just aren't..also I really wish they would read the ticket everytime I go there they get my order wrong and I have to get it fixed.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Sonic. I got the wrong order I sent it back. They brought me another one and it was made extremely sloppy. I ask for the manager she said she would personally make it. She came back with the same thing I sent her with chili all over the outside of the rap so I know she did not remake it she just went in there and brought back the same thing. We'll never stop in to this one again.

Very friendly, quick, and always fresh.My go to 3/4 times a week considering Mauriceville has only a Sonic in a Dairy Queen. Turn left not right Dairy Queen needs to be shut down or a new manager needs to take over I would not recommend Dairy Queen to anybody remember turn left not right Sonic's where it's at
