If I could I would give ZERO stars. I’m not one to give ugly reviews or rant over little things,BUT let me tell you. We waited about an HOUR. They said our server was near and then the message deleted from the screen. Then we thought okay let’s go to drive through and see. We WERE NEVER HELPED WAITED ABOUT 15 minutes there. a girl kept passing by and never looked our way almost as If she knew someone was there... we had three drink 13 dollars worth and we never got our drinks. THEN I called about 5 times no one ever picked to the phone! Even tried the next day and STILL NO ANSWER. I’m very upset. They took our money. I wouldn’t go here even if it was the last place open.

I ordered the special cheeseburger and medium shake for $5. The shakes are always very good. I think they are better than DQ but the cheeseburger…..ooooh. It had a “not so good”!taste to it. I think it was the meat. This isn’t the first time I have experienced this. I told myself, never again. Disgusting and a waste of money. I was hungry too and usually everything tastes better when you are hungry. I could only down about half of it before I couldn’t swallow another bite. I’ll drive the extra mile or two to McDonald’s next time.

3rd time stopping in at the Mathis location. All 3 times never got cherries with the cherry limeade. Any other location will put cherries but not this one. Fast service but not making drinks right.

Went there the other day for a simple order of 4 corn dogs. 3 out of 4 we burnt so bad I couldn't eat them. Called them after I got home and the female I talked to apologized and going to give me 4 more for free. I just hope the next ones aren't burnt. It seemed that they were understaffed that day and I'm pleased that they are going to correct it.

From the get go the person taking our order had attitude, and then after odering our food the drinks were all watery. The food looked old and burnt, the ice cream we ordered we were told they didnt have larges but they put the ice cream in large cup and didnt put the whip cream like we asked. Its a dam shame what this place has come down to. Will not come back. And if you're in town do not bother stopping by theyll definitely ruin the order!

With the limited possibilities in a small town, it's thought that the few places you can eat would have good service. Unless you have time to kill and like waiting on service, food, or any sort of response from anyone just avoid this sonic. One of the worst sonics I have been to With little or no service. Poorly managed based on lack of supplies, lids for cups, napkins, sauces. It also seems like no one want to work at this location based on the fact it is poorly managed.should be replaced by a whataburger, atleast the food would be good.

Breakfast has always been good. Dinner was not. I ordered the chicken dinner with bbq sauce. Did not get bbq sauce. They gave me gravy. That's not that big of a deal. The gravy (if you could call it that) was chunky. Any person who puts gravy in a cup can tell it's bad. So someone gave me the lumpy bad gravy knowingly. Picture included.

6:30 p.m. 8/8/23Waited a few minutes at drive thru speaker,no answer. Pulled up into parking and pushed red button,waited for a few more minutes, no answer. Called phone 6x's and busy all times. Very disappointed,coming over from another town. Went over to McDonald's and had the best service.

Waited 45 minutes at drive thru, car In front of us left. They tried giving us the wrong order twice. It Always takes more than 30 minutes just to get a drink and sometimes they are watered down and no syrup. This has been going on for too long simply ridiculous and bad customer service.

Quite possibly the most disgusting Sonic we have ever had! My wife's burger had lettuce that was brown & slimmy. Wanted to try the new sourpatch float but apparently they didn't have ice cream so I got a sour patch slushy. It took well over 15 minutes to get ALL our food (they brought it a few items at a time) . According to online description I was supposed to get signature sauce with with my rubbery chicken tenders...but I didn't. My wife wanted a sonic blast but wait..no ice cream! I hope everyone who reads this, takes it as a stern warning! Stay away! There are way better ways to spend your money for a more quality product!

Slowest sonic ever! I use the app often and at many locations across TX. This location takes 15+ minutes to bring me 3 drinks from an app order. It will day they are headed my way ans it will take another 10 minutes to get my drinks. They also have made more nasty drinks that I've had to have them remake more than any other location.Today it took 20 minutes and I had to push the button to ask where my order was. Then they bring my drinks but 2 of the 3 were wrong and the 3rd tasted awful. Second try was 22 ounce drinks when I ordered 44 ounce drinks. Finally the manager got me set and they did give me coupons for screwing up but this has been an issues the whole 8 months I've lived here.

I don't often leave bad reviews, but my experience here was pretty bad. We waited 45 minutes for ice cream only, and when it finally came it was very poorly made. I hope they are able to be better in the future.

The speaker 🔊 out side didn't work, and before that I have been having trouble ordering my meals it has poor service most of the time the speaker 🔊 outside has not been working properly 😑 and they don't take orders at times it's very disappointing 😞 so I go to D Q,to get my meals or ice cream very poor service at times. I'm very disappointed with the service this is happening in Mathis Texas, it wasn't like that before. Thank you .

It was a horrible experience we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our food. We also ordered 2 shakes after wards to see if it was just a mistake we were put last, and we wanted somethin sweet, but we had to wait again 25 minutes

Despite all the other reviews, my experience at this Sonic location was excellent! Olivia greeted me with professionalism. She was kind and courteous. Melody who carried my order to me was doing a great job in making sure my order was complete and that I recieved exactly what I ordered. I moved down here from the Philadelphia Pennsylvania area and the Sonic restaurants up there have very greasy food, the food here was almost perfect. The lettuce was a little soggy is all, other than that, GREAT job!
