Went in place my order and paid , order the 4 piece chicken strip . Sat down to wait on my order to go , 25 minutes later an employee came out and asked me what I had order . God what is wrong with these employee's , there were 6 of them working and the place wasn't even busy . I ask for my money back and left , they need to shut this place down with the kind of service and people working there .

Terrible service. The worst I've ever experienced from Dairy Queen. Not only did we have to wait a ridiculously long time, the staff where extremely rude, condescending and insulting. They didn't want to give me the food I ordered and wouldn't look at my receipt and then had the nerve to suggest I would be dishonest. I left extremely angry.

Sorry to say that my childhood favorite was ruined this visit by employees incompetence. The staff stuffed two large burgers and two large fries into one bag. Bag ripped and asked for new fries staff said we should have held the bag from the bottom. Fries remake would take 10 minutes. This after waiting for 25 minutes for to go order. No apologies, no concern, from staff. Well the ice cream I ate while waiting was good. Left without fries, hope the birds enjoyed them.

The worst place I been to in awhile , been there 5 times and not once have they got my order right don’t think the staff likes there job. If you ask me if I want this and that on my burger and I say yes how about making it that way I paid for it that way so make it that way. Tired of paying for stuff and not getting it , want ever be back at a DQ ever again.

Family decided to eat here on the trip back home and we regret it immensely. Location was a little busy due to church just getting out and other travelers and they had 4 visible workers not including the counter clerk. It took about 45 mins to receive our order and instead of large fries, we received medium and the jalito burger that was ordered was a plain cheeseburger. Took those items back and was going to be corrected. Another 35 minutes passed and we had to go back up to the counter to ask about items and the counter clerk thought someone brought it out to us. The bag was sitting in the window seal between the kitchen and the front counter area for who knows how long. The fries and cheeseburger were both cold and once again was not a jalito burger but a cheeseburger with cold jalapenos. We decided to just eat it because it wasn't worth the time to try and fix it again. We still made the lady clerk aware of it and she apologized after correcting us how to properly pronunciation it and said that she is not working the kitchen.The lack of care this location has is disturbing and it is not living up to the Dairy Queen quality or reputation. Several people placed orders before us and never received their order. A gentleman ordered immediately after us and had to change his order to out of stock, no problem, he ordered steak fingers instead. After he waited almost an hour, he went up to ask for his order. A lady just received her order of chicken strips and steak fingers and she ordered only 15 minutes prior. They then told the man that they were out of steak fingers and he asked why they didn't tell him that until now when he ordered an hour prior. He then asked why did this lady come in, place an order, and then get it quickly while everyone else waited almost an hour. He then proceeded to get a refund and left.If you want speed or accuracy, this is not the place to come to.

Judy r. Was rude and very unprofessional. Took over 20 minutes for a kids meal burger when asked where my order was she grabbed it and threw it on the counter. Food was cold when told her about it she yelled across the store saying I shouldn't be complaining cause she did not charge me the way she was supposed to.

I ordered my food and take a number. There were only a couple other people here. When I saw the other customers got their food before me, I look at my ticket and saw I’d been waiting exactly 20 minutes from the time I ordered. I walk up to the counter and let the woman know what happened to my meal? She then looks back and sees my food sitting there and all she has to say is, oh, I’m sorry. So I just had a cold chicken fried steak sandwich and cold fries. The employee didn’t even bother to ask if my food was okay or not. Well it wasn’t!

Food was nice and fresh, but customer service sucks they saw me standing at counter and just went on about their buisness. The tables were dirty had to clean it myself guess cause it was close to closing time? But still not an excuse

Took a really long time to get food inside. On top of that they do not have any other sauces to go with your chicken tenders. I mean come on, what place doesn't have any kind of sauce for chicken? My husband and mother each got a burger and they tried to "toast" their buns and they failed miserably. This was just a pit stop from the beach so I will not be going here ever again.

This location is usually pretty good and they are pretty quick so you don’t have to wait in line for very long. This particular occasion, their computer was down so we had to order at the window. It didn’t seem to slow them down much. Recommend.

The food was good but there was 5 or 6 people working and service was slow slow there was 4 tables with customers and dirty tables not cleaned off and the drive thru was backed up and moving very slow. The girl that finally brought our food out was acting very strange she seemed confused and daised. If she was not high on something she sure acted like it.
