Our family doctor called in prescription s for my wife and we waited four days to get them. They repeatedly denied the doctor had called, which he certainly did. In fact our insurance had to call and have them fill them, then they text and said it would be ready the next day. Then texted at ten and said it would be ready at one.Went to pick up the meds and was trying to explain my concerns to the cashier and she asked me “ and that’s my problem how”? This is the rudest, most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Same with the front counter they will let you stand there while they stock shelves and never look at you..

Front end employee vacuuming when I went in. She apparently didn't see me standing in front of her waving and staking my claim at the checkout for 5 minutes before she looked around. It was all good, except.... Other employee just stared at me. C'mon people!

Cvs is listed on MoneyGram as a place of their service and according to the representative that answered the phone today at CVS said corporate is aware that they don't have a machine so you can not receive or send money

They never answer their phone. I have called and held.for over 7 minutes . Called back did the same thing. Called again and pressed to say I was calling from doctors office thinking they would answer but no answer. Are they just lazy or is their phone system messed.up? This is not the first time this had happened

After a pleasant visit to West's Horse Ranch and Museum of Country Living, I had the pleasure of visiting CVS pharmacy.Ms. C. Landino, the pharmacist is very gracious and professional , willing to take whatever time is required to answer any questions asked regarding insurance or prescriptions.The place in Mathis for all your pharmaceutical needs.Ms. Landino , seeing her , makes your visit worthwhile. If'n you're really lucky you might get to see the legendary owner of the world famous West's Horse Ranch and Museum of Country Living ; the one and only Ol 'Ron.Every once in a while all the bronc bustin' and heart breaking he does takes it's toll. When it does, he heads right on over to CVS pharmacy. The staff, specially Ms. Landino , always has exactly what the doctor ordered to get me , and Ol 'Ron, owner of West's Horse Ranch and Museum of Country Living back up and fit as a fiddle.
