I just ordered almost $50 worth of food to get 2 of the greasiest nastiest burgers I have ever seen. I bit into my burger and all I could taste was grease it was dripping off the wrapper and my hands like they dipped it in the deep fry. And it took over 20 minutes for us to get our food. Never again. I have loved the DQ brand forever now I may never eat there againParking: They have maybe 3 parking spots.

The service was exceptionally good. I didn't expect such friendly, and competent service from such a young staff. I was waiting on by Mackenzie Powell she was very pleasant friendly and got my order out in a very timely fashion and deliver with a genuine smile! Are going to steakhouses for the service wasn't as good as it was in dairy Queen. I will definitely be going back.

They NEVER answer their phones. When i go there they say they couldnt answer because they were so busy but ive never seen more than one person in the restaurant when I arrive. The young lady at the window is rude and has been for several visits there. Its a shame they don't even know who owns the place as I asked for that info. If I were an owner I would want to know what is going on at my establishment period my senses that they did not want that information given to me because they did not want me to call . So if you're the owner and you happen to be reading this, you might want to check in with your people and make sure that they are answering the phones and giving people the kindness that they deserve.

This Dairy Queen is in a small town. Only burger option that is reasonably priced and on some days the only option. But I will say that DQ here is the same product you would get at any other DQ.. Food quality is the same as any DQ brand. That being said I love they're burgers but not a fan of the fries. Everybody has their own preference of fries. But if it's eats and treat's are what your looking for then this is the spot.

It gets 1 star because I can't give no stars. Super slow service waited 25 minutes for 1 meal nobody else in line. The burger was burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside. Not sure what type of meat they serve as "bacon" but it's absolutely disgusting. Their soda machine always produces little to no carbonation making every drink flat. The only reason this restaurant is still operating is because it's the only fast food place in Mart.

I see reviews saying it was a bad experience because of the time they came. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for almost half an hour on two items for myself and my child. It’s 1:45 and there’s maybe one family inside that came in after I ordered. They walk up to the window a couple times and walk away. No “it’ll be out soon”. No apology. No explanation. Can’t even ask for a refund cause the girls inside will not open the window to let me talk.

Awful service. Granted we hit the drive through around 8:45. The lobby already closed no big deal. Told one of the servers that we were going to get ice cream. We appreciated them letting my 7 year old use the restroom, however when we pulled around to the drive through the 2 workers hid in the back and ignored us. Just plain lazy and rude!

We came at a bad time- 11:45 am lunch rush with only 2 employees trying to serve 12-15 orders; not counting drive through orders. The customers stayed patient. The 2 employees dud their best. It would have gone faster if they did not stop to chitchat between themselves or with every customer who they happened to know. When we came in, there was a table with 8 people, we were the 4th in line of 6. We waited about 10 minutes to order a salad and tacos meal, and another 45 minutes before our food came. We waited because we weren't really in a rush and I was craving their soft serve for dessert. 😄They did keep apologizing for the long wait.

Visited this Dairy Queen a couple months ago. The service was slow and a little rude to begin with. They kept referring to our order for 5 people as “the big order” so we kind of understood why it took a little longer. We finally get our order and guess what? We had the freshest veggies on our burgers. It was delicious. By far the best we’ve gotten at any Dairy Queen. 4 stars because customer service could improve some.

We waited THIRTY minutes for our food. Went through the drive through and eventually had to go inside to inquire the status of our order. Granted, they did prepare the order correctly, albeit half of our order was cold (it should have been hot). The staff was indifferent, almost seeming annoyed to have to be working. We were extremely patient, but especially after reading others reviews, we will not be returning.

Do Not Waste Ur Time For This Trashy Food !!! It's Onvious The People Who Work At This Location Do Not Care About Food Quality Or Customer Satisfaction. I Waited Over 30 Minutes For Food That Was Not Even Properly Cooked . The Fries Were Not Fried They Were Still White In Color As If They Had Been Barely Cooked . The So Called Texas Toast Was Not Even Toasted And Had Butter On It . The Steak Fingers Were Cold As If They Had Set Out After Being Cooked . The Only Decent Thing Was The Gravy .

Stopped in Wednesday, ordered a large steak finger basket. Menu said (8.99) girl told me 12.99, I said no,then she said 10.99, finally she agreed it was 8.99. After a lengthy wait, I got my food and got back on the road. The steak fingers were like leather,bread wasn't toasted and the fries were horrible. Don't know how they are still open.

Ive gone to this store about 10 times and everytime I do there's always something. Last time I waited 30 minutes just to find out they haven't even started my order. This time I got a 6 peice chicken strip. And I had one strip and a few little nuggets. I'm done wasting my money and time at this store

Definitely not worth your time stopping here. The food tastes like old grease, and you will be waiting for an hour for a simple order. Im ussually a big fan of DQ but this one on an average day does not exemplify the brand that their corporate is trying to promote. Simply not worth your valuable time to stop here. Period

The last time I came here was over a year ago. We didn't come back due to workers talking about how their hands smelled like their armpits! While we were eating! Today, called in an order said it would be ready in 5 minutes. It takes 20 minutes for me to get here. Been in mine waiting for 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of me. Hire more workers or do curbside pick up for call ins.

Waited for atleast 15 minutes for a strawberry shake and a dilly bar before leaving empty handed. While waiting at window watched employee licking fingers while making two shakes. Guess I won't be stopping here again. Extremrly slow service and needs extra training on food prep!

Food took forever to get and the roof is caving In from the rain leaking into the ceiling. Water is literally dripping onto the floor while sitting down eating my food the walls at the booth I was at complete dry rotted from all the moisture in the walls. Guaranteed mold throughout this place. However the food was good and ice cream as well

It was okay. Wish they had healthier options, but then again it is fast food. My fiance mentioned his burger was way spicier than normal and they don't give you enough at all it was like they dumped almost all the fries into the bag and we payed for a medium and they only gave us small fries and the drinks where tiny too. Its over priced and you don't get what you pay for in size at all.

My wife and I stopped in Mart and the service was excellent 2/23/23 @ 1130 am . Very seldom I get a chance to stop @ DQ but I will stop @ DQ @ Mart more often . Thanks.
